ECW November to Remember 18.11.1995 Philadelphia, PA
1. Stevie Richards (w/ The Blue Meanie) def. Bubba Ray Dudley (w/ DW Dudley, Dudley Dudley and Big Dick Dudley) (6 mins) This had little to no build, but it’s a way to feature both guys, as Raven is upset that the stuttering Bubba has made the Dudleys kind of a comedy act, rather than his enforcers. Bubba debuts in the Arena and works as a babyface, despite his half-brothers being heels. Stevie introduces his sidekick, Meanie, who is not really “fit” to be a wrestler, and Joey Styles wonders how will Raven react when he sees Meanie. Meanie moonsaults the Dudleys outside the ring, while Stevie beats Bubba with a stevie kick
2. Mexican Death Match: Rey Misterio Jr. def. Psicosis (13 mins)
This is their third match of the series and the blowoff of their little ECW feud, the fans were really into this and it felt like a nice little deal. It’s pretty much a last man standing match, but I won’t indulge in the “Texas” or “Mexican” rules of pinning your opponent to start the 10 count, I think they affected the pace of the bout. This was a great match and I liked the original finish of the hurricanrana from the eagle’s nest, so Misterio Jr. hits that on Psicosis and wins the match (and the feud)
3. ECW World Television Title: Taz (w/ Paul E. Dangerously) def. 2 Cold Scorpio (c) (5 mins) This feud has been a thing for like 6 months now, they were 1-1 in their series, but then Scorpio broke Taz’s neck and Taz hasn’t been cleared since August, despite almost beating Scorpio in a match that Fonzie stopped because Taz wasn’t “allowed to fight” while injured. This is built as Taz’s revenge, he looks more intense and mean than ever. The match is short and hard hitting, they go straight to the spotfest. Scorpio misses the 450 splash, as Taz grabs him in mid-air and locks in the tazmission! Scorpio taps!
ANGLE: The fans clap and Taz is announced as the new TV champion… but he doesn’t release the hold! He wants to snap Scorpio’s neck, like Scorpio broke his! Both Paul E. and the referee try and plead Taz to stop the hold, but he refuses… and the referee reverses the decision! Taz has been disqualified and Scorpio retains the belt! Taz is furious and wants to murder the referee, but Paul E. gets on his knees and begs him not too, making him hesitate just enough to let the referee run out of there!
4. ECW World Tag Team Titles Three Way Dance: The Pitbulls (c) (w/ Francine) def. The Eliminators (w/ Jason) and The Public Enemy (11 mins) The “please don’t go” chants are addressed, as Joey Styles confirms the rumours of the Enemies being lured by other companies. So, I got two Three Way Dance tonight and it’s not ideal, but it’s to keep everyone on the card without committing to 12 meaningless matches. This is mostly fought among the crowd. The Eliminators are still undefeated and look like a threat, but at one point all the babyfaces team up against them and so Rock pins Saturn after a moonsault, crushing a table. It’s Pitbulls vs Eliminators now, for the first time in nearly a year. It’s a close match, but Rock is stopped on his moonsault quest and the Pitbulls superbomb Rock on top of poor Grunge, pinning him to retain!
ANGLE: Before intermission, Paul E. gets in the ring and wants to address Taz’s actions from earlier tonight but… the lights go down! And Sabu returns!!! Like in real life, despite the fans siding against Sabu for choosing New Japan over ECW, the crowd goes crazy when he returns. This moment was great and I’d change two things: firstly Sabu doesn’t need to wrestle tonight (especially if it’s not a great match, as he got fed Hack Myers) and we can keep his return match for the next show; but also, I’d put more emphasis on his handshake with Paul E., as it will mean a lot. Sabu looks quite torn, but then accepts to shake Paul E. hand and whispers “deal”! Mind you, we don’t know a) what Paul E. would have said about Taz; b) what Paul E. and Sabu just shook hands about. However, the general happiness of Sabu’s return wouldn’t make fans consider this too much
5. Knockout Match: Hack Myers def. JT Smith (7 mins) This is the blowoff. JT has turned heel on Myers, starting their feud, and his botches have made him annoying and paranoid, so the fans just want to see him beaten. JT arrives with a protective helmet, as he moans about getting too many concussions lately, but then he hands up taking the helmet off and using it as a weapon. JT dives on Hack, who ducks, and JT falls face first onto the front row barricade! Myers hits him with his facebuster onto a chair and the referee stops the match, as JT is knocked out!
ANGLE: JT is stretchered out of the ECW Arena and Joey Styles suggests that this must have been another concussion for JT! 6. Contract vs Career Lumberjack Match: Bill Alfonso def. Tod Gordon (6 mins)
This feud has been quite prominent for months, since Fonzie made his debut in ECW as the referee that wanted to “change” ECW. All the unused wrestlers are the lumberjacks here (Axl Rotten, Puerto Ricano, Konnan etc.), with 911 being the most hyped one due to his issues with Fonzie. This match was what it was, you can’t expect a masterpiece of course, but fans were into it and it meant so much in terms of storylines. 911 grabs Fonzie for the chokeslam, but Taz stops his friend, tells him to leave Fonzie to him… but Taz suplexs 911 from behind! Taz also suplexs Gordon and puts Fonzie on top of him! 1… 2… 3!
ANGLE: The crowd is shocked, Taz sold out! He knocked out his friend 911, but also commissioner Gordon, who signed him in the first place! Paul E. looks at this in disbelief, clearly hurt, and walks away. Taz cuts a promo on ECW (similar to the real life one) and vents all his grievances: ECW not paying him when he got injured, the referee disqualifying him earlier tonight, Paul E. giving him a stupid savage gimmick because “he needed to be a character”, but the last straw happened earlier tonight… the ECW Arena popping for Sabu’s return! Fu** Sabu! He costed them the tag team titles, he costed him main event money (Taz hasn’t main evented a show since the team broke up) and, instead of accepting his challenge, he quit! He is a coward and his fans make him sick! Fonzie says that, with his new ECW contract, he will be Taz's manager and lead him to the top! He always believed in Taz. A few shows ago, Fonzie interrupted the Scorpio vs Taz match, costing Taz the title, because he wasn’t “cleared”, but he did it to protect him from taking bumps when hurt: Paul E. didn’t and allowed him to fight Scorpio just to take his cut, while Fonzie cared too much about Taz’s well being and decided to stop the match for his own good! (Sorry, this was long, but this recaps a year of stuff and will lead to the next 2/3+ years; it is key that all of this takes place AFTER Sabu’s return, as we all felt bad for Taz getting screwed out of TV Title, but now he showed his true and frustrated colours)
7. ECW World Heavyweight Title Three Way Dance: Mikey Whipwreck (c) def. Steve Austin and The Sandman (w/ Woman) (12 mins)
The Mikey/Sandman feud brought us to the unexpected title change and Woman’s furious reaction to it. Also, Austin makes his debut in ECW and gets a title shot as, according to him, it was the only reason he accepted to work in such a sh**hole like the ECW arena. Contrarily to the tag three way dance, this is with more technical wrestling influence, at least from Austin working on Mikey, while Sandman brings his unpredictable and violent nature. Austin seems to have Mikey beaten, but Sandman and Austin have an argument about which one of them will pin Mikey! They argue and Austin beats Sandman with a roll up, by keeping his tights! Sandman, furious, canes Austin and Mikey rolls up Austin to retain!
8. Terry Funk & Tommy Dreamer def. Raven & Cactus Jack (w/ Beulah) (15 mins) Star power loaded main event, also full of storyline dynamics: Funk and Dreamer mentor/student relationship; Raven taking advantage of Cactus’ violent but naïve nature; Funk and Jack still against one another, after in early 1995 Funk was exposing Cactus (in hindsight, he was right!); Dreamer and Raven eternal rivals; Dreamer and Cactus now bitter enemies; Funk and Raven never touched before, but Funk blames Raven for brainwashing Cactus. This was a good match. It was a night of turns, overbooking, returns, reverse decisions, etc. so it’s nice to end with a “simply booked” main event and send the crowd home happy. Dreamer has both Raven and Beulah in the ring, on their knees, and Raven points to Beulah telling “Tommy” to hit her, she was the reason of their war and she started it all (Raven proved to be a total scumbag, as he told Stevie to stop dating Francine, he is using Cactus’ feelings against Dreamer, now he always seems fine with sacrificing Beulah, it’s not like he loves her or anything, she is just there to make Dreamer feel bad about himself). Dreamer hesitates, as hitting Beulah seems a good option, but then piledrivers Raven, while Beulah exits the ring scared and relieved. Cactus is by himself, so Funk and Dreamer hit a double DDT and Dreamer pins Cactus to win

Pretty good introdution of Meanie, which is a character that somehow worked in the wild world of ECW. Straightforward match between Rey Rey and Psicosis. Nothing to add. How fair is it for Taz to be DQd AFTER the match? It doesn't make sense and it will lead to a heel turn that's somehow justified after that finish. "It’s Pitbulls vs Eliminators now, for the first time in nearly a year."... no it's not The Eliminators will end up getting their shot and, obviously, the tag team belts soon. Public Enemy will be missed. Nice twists in the Sabu segment. Fun little story told in the Meyers vs. Smith match. Oh, yeah, Taz and Fonzie is a hell of a duo and a level-up from the previous Taz, even if previous Taz was already a menace. Austin should probably know better that to argue over a simple first elimination in a 3-way match, but then again, it's a simple and smart way of protecting both him and Sandman, which you did right. Mikey stays alive, which I thought maybe he wouldn't. You tell us it's a "simply booked" main event, but it is really the beginning of Beulah's babyface turn. It's probably not happening in the next show, but it is happening soon. It's good to have the faces win, even if the heels are more legit by the end of 1995. 1996 looks good.

I'm new here and just getting acquainted with everything, but I read your first show and this most recent show tonight. I know a lot about ECW, the angles, everything involved, but I have never read anything written up quite like this about it. Even though you are changing things, you are explaining the changes and I feel like it is very informative. Plus, you have a pretty entertaining writing style, so I appreciate that. I am going to be sure to read through the other shows to try to truly get up to speed, but I just wanted to give you a shout out and let you know how much I appreciate this.

Quick note: I have a lot of regulars working with other companies, plus doing an Ultimate Jeopardy as a main event... so this show will suck!
ECW December to Dismember 09.12.1995 Philadelphia, PA
1. Advantage Match: Stevie Richards (w/ The Blue Meanie) def. Pitbull #1 (w/ Francine) (8 mins) The main event is Ultimate Jeopardy: Raven, Stevie & Eliminators vs Dreamer, 911 & Pitbulls. Whoever wins this match gets the advantage in the main event, so you know the heels are winning. This is done just to get an extra decent match to a poor card, I have chosen these two to prevent the big guys from working twice. Stevie is getting momentum, maybe thanks to Meanie? Francine slaps Meanie, but the distraction makes Stevie beat Pitbull #1 with a stevie kick
2. Bubba Ray Dudley (w/ Big Dick Dudley and DW Dudley) def. The Blue Meanie (w/ Stevie Richards) (3 mins) This is a follow up from the Stevie vs Bubba match from N2R. Raven is done with the Dudleys, he has bigger problems to deal with, but the Dudleys took exception with Meanie moonsaulting them and this match is signed. As soon as the bell rings, Raven pulls away Stevie dragging him by the hair, as he can't "waste his time with this idiot"! Meanie is by himself and gets beaten after a few comedy spots and the bubba bomb
3. Hack Myers def. Tony Stetson (4 mins) Squash. Myers won the feud with JT Smith and can use the momentum here (by the way, JT hasn't appeared since N2R; Joey Styles informed us that he had a bad concussion at N2R and so he is at home). Myers is not a main eventer (and his run is almost over), but I can still get a little something out of him. He fights a dominant match here and beats Stetson with his facebuster
ANGLE: Joey Styles interviews Myers, who reveals that Tod Gordon gave him another shot at the TV Title at the next show! 2 Cold Scorpio defeated him by crook in October, this time he won't have any JT distractions and he wants this to be a Knockout Match, so he can knock him out too and get the belt
ANGLE: Before Mikey vs Austin, Austin gets on the microphone. He says that, 10 years from now, he will be remembered as a legend... but nobody will remember Mikey. The kid has guts and is quite funny too, he's not a one trick pony... but he might be a three tricks pony! Austin says that New York and Atlanta will soon fight over him... And he might take Mikey with him, away from this sh**hole, finally able to buy some decent gear (Mikey's gear was actually awesome!) and afford a cheeseburger! But, if he wants to be Austin's sidekick, he needs to lay down and give him the belt! The crowd chants for Mikey, who shows Austin the middle finger!
4. ECW World Heavyweight Title Match: Mikey Whipwreck (c) def. Steve Austin (13 mins) So, the match starts and Austin attacks Mikey to get revenge. This is Austin's last show and I needed to get something out of him, the promos he did in real life were great, but most of them were done to put himself over and insult WCW (which will never become an angle, as I can't work with them), so I have also used him to put Mikey and in general ECW over. This goes for almost 15 minutes, Austin shines and Mikey sells, so it should be fun. Austin attempts a stungun, but Mikey elbows him on the head, so Mikey rebounds on the ropes and hits a frankenmikey, falling on top of Austin for the 3!
ANGLE: The Sandman tries to hit the ring with a cane to punish Mikey, but Austin stands up and so Sandman stops. Sandman yells at Mikey that he wants his one on one rematch and leaves! Austin takes two of the beers Sandman was carrying and gives one to Mikey, to do a toast and then leaves. Not only this puts Mikey over, it also makes Austin leave with his head high... “While Doink the Clown had green hair and a rubber nose, Stone Cold Steve Austin was having his first beer in ECW, damn you!"
5. Taz (w/ Bill Alfonso) def. El Puerto Ricano (5 mins) Taz and Fonzie were a great pairing, not only because they had good chemistry, but Fonzie was so hated that, even if you thought that Taz kind of had a point against Sabu... you'd still boo him, due to Fonzie! Ricano debuts here and he was a fine jobber, so I delayed his debut until he could bump around and sell big time for Taz. Taz is mean and aggressive, he wins with the tazmission in just a few minutes
ANGLE: The fans chant "Sabu" and Taz says that, incredibly enough, the piece of sh** is not here! He is in Japan, again! Taz takes a dig at 2 Cold Scorpio, saying that he managed to keep the TV Title thanks to a dumb referee at N2R, he's lucky because right now Taz has other plans (it's not like WWE, where now Taz magically loves Scorpio because he's a heel too, he still hates him for breaking his neck!). But 911 arrives! 911 seems ready to get in the ring and attack his former partner Taz, but Tommy Dreamer and Pitbulls restrain him (they don't want to lose the Ultimate Jeopardy); even Paul E. arrives and they struggle to keep him away! Taz keeps instigating 911, saying he's a coward, just like Sabu, and one day he will break their freaking necks!
6. The Public Enemy def. The Heavenly Bodies (8 mins) We have the Bodies for this show and it was fine, I know that their style is not really the best against the Enemies, but the limitations on this show are so many than any little helps really. The fans keep chanting "please dont't go" at the Enemies, even though they fight like they would normally do. This doesn't go too long as it wasn't great, the Enemies win when Grunge pins Prichard after a Rock moonsault
ANGLE: The Gangstas return and assault the Enemies like never before, to get revenge from the South Philly Massacre! The Gangstas do this for several minutes with lots of weapons, until they are finally stopped! When they leave, both Rock and Grunge are bleeding healingly! Joey Styles says that the Enemies are scheduled to have a title shot at the next show, but will they be able to compete?!
7. The Sandman (w/ Woman) def. Bruiser Mastino (4 mins) Woman walks out with Sandman, but stands about quite far from him and she doesn't look happy about Sandman's recent track record. Due to this mood (but also because Mastino sucked), Sandman is even more ruthless than usual and just obliterates him times and times with the singapore cane! Sandman was pretty much cheered by everyone by now and this match would actually help that. After a few minutes, he simply pins Mastino to win
ANGLE: Woman cuts a sarcastic promo, saying that Sandman is so good that he can beat such a big guy within minutes... and then he gets defeated by Mikey, twice?! It makes no sense! Sandman just smokes and drinks in silence while she barks at him. Woman says that he has Mikey at the next Arena show, this time in a Dual Singapore Cane match, and he better get her the belt back... or she will replace him! Before she took his career to the next level, Sandman was a fat, out of shape, alcoholic, smoke addicted idiot! Woman storms off and Sandman seems to be boiling on the inside
8. Ultimate Jeopardy Match: Tommy Dreamer, 911 & The Pitbulls (w/ Paul E. Dangerously and Francine) def. Raven, Stevie Richards & The Eliminators (w/ Beulah, The Blue Meanie and Jason) (22 mins) I guess everyone knows this, but anyway: Ultimate Jeopardy is basically a War Games match in a cage, where the guy that takes the pinfall will pay a penalty (if the guy refuses to pay the penalty, he is suspended and has to pay a $100,000 fine). Here are the penalties, shall any of these guys be pinned or submitted: - Dreamer: he won't have an ECW World title shot for a year - 911: the chokeslam is banned forever - Pitbulls: the man that pins either Pitbull wins the Tag Team Titles (and gets to pick his tag partner) - Raven: Beulah will spend a week with Dreamer - Stevie: his head will be shaved - Eliminators: Jason has to face 911 in the cage after the main event Of course, the main feud here is Raven vs Dreamer. Pitbulls and 911 also feuded with Raven and Richards (remember the Gangsta's Paradise title switch) and so they are an united front. On the other side, the Elimiantors join the heels side to continue their feud with the Pitbulls. So, Dreamer and Raven are fresh and start the match. Then I'd get the good workers in, like Saturn and Stevie, 911 of course is the last man to enter the cage. Dreamer DDTs Raven, but he falls exhausted and can't pin him... however the unaware Stevie suplexs Pitbull #1, who falls on top of Raven and so it counts as a pinfall!!! (Dreamer doesn't get to pin on Raven, of course, but Stevie messed this up despite not being his fault)
ANGLE: Joey Styles is shocked as, per stipulation, Beulah has to spend a week with Dreamer! Raven slaps Stevie, horrified and angry, because he doesn't want them to be close, rather than because of his feelings. Raven snaps Stevie's arm, injuring him! Dreamer actually seems annoyed by this, while Beulah's face is not readable: she seems nervous about it, but in what way? Dreamer leaves the cage and walks away, while Beulah follows him!

Fantastic use of Austin if he's not sticking around. Really helps to legitimize Whipwreck. And if with Austin not doing the beer gimmick yet, the fact that he gets them from Sandman dropping them makes total sense. A bit of an Easter egg for those who know what's coming.
I never liked 911, but you use him well here.
I love all those stips for the main event. Any of those could work or at least be fun. Dreamer getting Beulah is all about storyline, but I want to see where it goes.

Scorpio vs. Meyers in a Knockout Match for the belt is interesting, as we are sure that Scorpio retains, but how will he knock the much bigger and brute Shah out? Interesting.
Great promo by Austin before the match with Mikey, who was put over huge... by the promo, the clean win and the post-match segment. Austin is leaving, but you used him very well. I'm sure the whole thing with him and Mikey in this show will be one of the show's highlights.
Ah, heel Taz is the real deal. Cool little segment with some interesting dynamics.
The Gangstas butchering Public Enemy in their sendoff is frankly great, even if I'm not a fan of them.
Alright, we're having Sandman turn babyface very soon, which is cool. After all, Woman has been manipulative and downplaying him at every chance.
OH. MY. GOD. Beulah having to spend a week with Dreamer is a great penalty for Raven and a huge switch in the whole narrative. We know just how this will work out: Dreamer will actually treat her well, way better than Raven, and she will side with Dreamer after their time at home. It would be great if we could have a little pre-somehow-recorded-segment airing in the next show portraying both at home, with a deep conversation or so.
Amazing detail added to the best story in wrestling's history.

ECW Holiday Hell 29.12.1995
Queens, NY
1. Taz (w/ Bill Alfonso) def. Koji Nakagawa (5 mins) I liked the idea of Taz opening the ECW debut show in New York. It's a quick one, but I'd make it a couple minutes longer than they actually did (I need some more wrestling in the first part of the show and Nakagawa wasn't bad). Taz keeps being a rutheless machine and suplexs Nakagawa up and down, before using the tazmission to win!
ANGLE: Taz offends the NY crowd (to avoid hometown chants), saying that Sabu is in the main event, so fu** them, because they support that piece of sh** at his expense! Taz is about to call Sabu out but, before he can (so we save it again), Tod Gordon walks to the ring, making his return after Taz hitting him at N2R and costing him the match against Fonzie! Fonzie tells Gordon that he can't fire Taz, he did put his hands on Gordon, but that happened during a match and Gordon was to be considered a competitor! Gordon agrees and says he can't fire Taz for touching him during a match (let's keep this realistic, shall we?!), but he will fire him if he touches him ever again. However, he's still the Commissioner and can make sure Taz never gets a title shot (which would save us from the illogic status of Taz having a great win/loss record and never getting a chance at anything)! Taz is outraged, but Gordon is not finished: at House Party, next week in Philly, Taz will finally face his former friend that he turned on at N2R... 911! Taz wants to hit Gordon, but Fonzie holds him... so 911 comes from behind and chokeslams Taz! Fonzie and Taz quickly leave the scene
2. Bubba Ray Dudley & DW Dudley (w/ Big Dick Dudley) def. Stevie Richards & The Blue Meanie (3 mins) Stevie is not as happy as usual, Raven broke his arm for the Ultimate Jeopardy result, as that made Dreamer and Beulah spend a week together (more on that later). This is a comedy match, nothing more, as DW and Meanie are weak workers and Stevie is injured anyway. Stevie is distracted by Missy Hyatt, as she's in the front row! Stevie tries to hit on her in vain, while Bubba beats Meanie again with the bubba bomb!
ANGLE: Stevie and Meanie go away, with Stevie trying to save face saying that Missy doesn't look good anyway. Missy stays on her seat, takes Bubba's glasses off and kisses him! Joey Styles says that Bubba will probably stutter for the rest of the week now! (I know what to do with Missy, but it's too soon now; this is just a fun angle, she's not getting in a story with Bubba). Big Dick pushes Bubba away with his crutch and they leave
3. ECW World Television Title Knockout Match: 2 Cold Scorpio (c) def. Hack Myers (7 mins) Joey Styles hypes this match, as finally Myers has a fair title shot without JT Smith getting involved. By the way, says Joey, he tried to call JT to say Merry Xmas and an unkwown bloke that speaks broke Italian picked up. Go figure. Anyway, the match. Myers wants to knock out Scorpio too and dominates the brawl, but Scorpio has many tricks and hits Myers with the belt, then with his moonsault leg drop, right in the face, knocking out Myers to retain!
4. #1 Contender: Raven (w/ Beulah, Stevie Richards and The Blue Meanie) def. Tommy Dreamer (13 mins) Not only a title shot for House Party is on the line here, but these men face off after Beulah spent a week with Tommy. On TV, Raven cut desperate and pitiful promos, while Dreamer was away for a week and refused to comment. Beulah tries to comment on the week, but Raven forbade her to talk about it on TV! Now, Beulah stands in Raven's corner with Stevie and Meanie, but doesn't talk much and seems torn. Dreamer has some kind of smirk on, which infuriates Raven, and Joey Styles says that it might be just mind games... but they are working. They bring their feud to NY and I liked this match on the real show. Dreamer hits the interfering Stevie and Meanie, but Raven kicks him low and wins with the DDT!
ANGLE: Raven, Stevie and Meanie keep beating on Dreamer. Beulah looks actually confused and sad about it, but Raven drags her in the ring by her hair and gives her a chair. Raven tells Beulah to hit the man that ruined her childhood and teenage years, hit him now! Beulah hesitates, but finally Pitbulls, 911 and Mikey Whipwreck come for the rescue and the heels retreat quickly. Joey Styles wonder if Beulah would have hit Dreamer at all, as she didn't look confident. Raven is angry at her actions, despite winning the title shot for next week's show
5. ECW World Tag Team Titles: The Pitbulls (c) (w/ Francine) draws The Public Enemy (2 mins) We get back from intermission and this babyface match starts. It's the first time they fight in a tag match in a year (Moore, did I mess this up too? 😄) and Rock is wearing a huge bandage on his forehead, after the Enemies received a beatdown from the returning Gangstas at the last show. Anyway, the match starts and, after just a couple of minutes, both Eliminators and Gangstas interfere to attack both teams! The referee can't help but call the DQ! Boo!
ANGLE: The 8 men finally get separated, but Tod Gordon says this is ECW and that is not accepted, so orders an eight men tag match... Right now!
6. The Gangstas & The Eliminators (w/ Jason) def. The Public Enemy & The Pitbulls (w/ Francine) (10 mins) Joey Styles hypes the Gangstas/Enemies and the Eliminators/Pitbulls feuds during this. It's a brawl, of course, quite out control, but mostly fought on the ring with a bloody Rock as babyface in perils. Finally, Pitbull #1 gets the hot tag and this becomes a complete chaotic bout. At last, #1 is hit by total elimination and Kronus pins him to win! Jason gropes Francine to stop her interference!
ANGLE: The babyface teams are in the ring and the Pitbulls are upset, as Jason keeps messing with them and Francine. This was meant to be a surprise, but at House Party there will be the first ever Triple Dog Collar Match, as them and Francine will destroy Eliminators and Jason for good! The mic goes to the Public Enemy, who address the rumours and admit that next week, at House Party, it will be their last ECW match. Gordon told them they could have any match they please, so they want to make sure they finally put an end to the Gangstas before they go! All the ECW Arena fans are invited to bring all the stuff they want, because they will face the Gangstas in a Fans Bring The Weapons match!
7. ECW World Heavyweight Title Dual Singapore Cane Match: Mikey Whipwreck (c) def. The Sandman (w/ Woman) (11 mins) Joey Styles says that this has been billed as the last chance for Sandman, in his specialty match that he never lost. Woman is extra aggressive here and Sandman just tells her to relax, because this will be fun. Poor Mikey is beaten for most of the match and also Woman hits him with her own cane! Mikey bleeds and, despite his efforts, Sandman breaks Mikey's cane in half when he tries to finish him and Mikey uses the cane to protect his head. Poor Mikey doesn't have a cane, he's hopeless! Woman celebrates and raises her hands in victory... But Mikey steals her cane, snatching it from her hands! Woman is horrified and Mikey hits the unaware Sandman in the back of the head with the cane! Mikey crossbody, 1... 2... 3! Mikey retains with a smart and desperate tactic!
ANGLE: Sandman now is the one to be furious with Woman, who is really defensive about this, but they leave the ring quickly because Raven, Stevie and Meanie arrive to attack Mikey! Joey Styles says that Raven will now face Mikey for the title next week and so he's trying to inflict as much pain as he can! Dreamer runs down to save Mikey, but he's outnumbered! But Cactus Jack arrives and stands in front of Mikey, who's on the floor in pain! "Not Mikey", Cactus tells Raven. Raven wants to move Cactus and keep assaulting Mikey, but Cactus is firm and repeats "not Mikey", saying that him and Raven had a deal! Raven has a tantrum but decides to leave without inflicting more damage. Joey Styles says that Raven has a title shot next week, but his world is upside down... What happened between Beulah and Tommy, that Raven is hiding? Why is Cactus so protective of Mikey? Is Stevie now all focused just on having his own lackey?
8. Sabu def. Cactus Jack (12 mins) Cactus stays in the ring for the main event and Joey Styles notes that Paul E. is not accompanying Sabu. It seems that, since N2R, he hasn't managed anyone else anymore. Is it because of Taz's betrayal? Or is it because of Sabu's return? By the way, this is Sabu's return ECW match (that makes tape, at least) and so it should sell out the NY debut on its own, also because he is facing Cactus (funny, as Sabu was Cactus' first opponent when Cactus made his debut in 1994). So yes, this starts as a "traditional" match and then it turns into an ECW match: Joey explains that Cactus has to use hardcore tactics or Sabu will eat him alive, or it's just that fighting Sabu brings back some of Cactus' old spirit. Sabu hits an arabian facebuster with a chair and wins!
