TEW IX External Editor Reference ListThis document is a reference list intended to be used with the new external editor feature that debuted in TEW IX. Below, in alphabetical order, you’ll find a breakdown of each table (except those that have no values to list) in the database together with a reference list of legal values. It is recommended that users have this document open when their editing the database.
Please note that not every data type is covered. Those types that are self-evident or don’t require explanation (for example, ‘yes / no’ values) are omitted for clarity. Additionally, when a value says that it requires a number between X and Y, that is inclusive (e.g. if it says “a number between 0 and 100” then both 0 and 100 are valid amounts). The point of this document is not to explain what each piece of data means. If you do not know what a piece of data does, please see the in-game editor and / or the handbook. Note that there is an appendix that lists some of the more common types of data, such as the region names, as these are used so frequently. This means that they don’t have to be replicated multiple times.
