Tutorial on how to create Hall of Fame / Hall of Immortals pictures with Paint.NET
These are the pictures in the nGo picture pack ending with CL
These pictures wasn't created with the Paint.NET software, but you can use a similar method for creating compatible pictures.
The original CL pictures were created with a Oil Painting effect followed by an Sepia effect.
Download the CL template and paste a nGo picture in the correct layer.
