Judgment Day 2003 Live from the Compaq Center in Houston, TX
Theme: "mOBSCENE" by Marilyn Manson
Sunday Night Heat Sean O'Haire with Roddy Piper vs. Diamond Dallas Page
Winner: Sean O'Haire at 6:58
Result: Page spent the first half of the match taking O'Haire to school. Things changed when Piper distracted the ref, allowing for a Superkick to Page. O'Haire took it to Page with some power moves for a bit before ducking a clothesline that took the ref down. This allowed Piper to enter the ring with his pipe. He went for Page, but he ducked. A few moments later of Page beating on Piper, he hit him with the Diamond Cutter. He turned around into a lead pipe by Sean to the head. Sean then hit a Widowmaker to Page as a new ref came in and picked up the win.
Main Card
The intro package plays focusing on girls giving a nursery rhyme about evil and facing evil. We then get a narrator talking about the evil of men and facing the evil as your destiny, all leading up to "this moment." This is interspersed with shots of Eric Bischoff, Mr. McMahon, Hulk Hogan, and Goldberg. After that, we get clips of Triple H and Booker T talking about wanting to destroy the other for the WWE Title. We then get into Brock Lesnar's biggest obstacle yet against the World's Largest Athlete, The Big Red Machine, and The Deadman. Following that we talk about The Rock and Shawn Michaels and how for the first time ever these two will get it on in the ring when played against the "evil" of present Rock versus the "evil" of past Shawn Michaels. "Have you had a good life?" the narrator asks while showcasing Eric Bischoff and Chief Morley's recent "evils", and then has Goldberg Spearing Hogan through the wall. The narrator continues to ask questions on if you regret your evil or if you lived your life as you wanted, all while shots of the top matches are given more showcase. "Are you ready to accept your fate? Judgment Day is upon us. God have mercy on their souls..." The last shot is of somebody being dropped from a noose.
"mOBSCENE" by Marilyn Manson plays over the PPV graphic before we fade into the arena.
------------------
John Cena, Test, and Matt Hardy with Shannon Moore vs. Chris Benoit, Rhyno, and Billy Kidman
Winners: John Cena, Test, and Matt Hardy at 3:55
Result: The match gets started before the bell rings with these six men not caring about anything but brawling with each other. Things soon break down with Cena and Kidman being the legal man, allowing the bell to ring, but all that matters to them is brawling around the ring and inside of it. Eventually, we get some sort of peace when Kidman hits a BK Bomb to Cena. Moore pops into the ring to interrupt the ref, allowing Rhyno to run in and Gore Moore out of his shoes and out of the ring. He turns around into a Twist of Fate. Matt gets up and suffers a Triple German Suplex. Benoit does the cutthroat, but before he can climb, he turns around into a Big Boot by Test. Test does some celebration, but turns around into a Flying Hurricanrana by Billy that sends him out of the ring. While the ref is distracted getting Moore out of the ring, Billy goes to grab Cena, only to be blasted with the chain. Cena then hits an FU to Billy to score the win that Rhyno just misses breaking up.
------------------
Before the next match, we go to a Skybox where Stephanie McMahon is seen watching the remains of the last match. She tells herself that this will all get settled when they face each other on Thursday (promoting the show and these matches further than the last match did because branding). She is interrupted when Eric Bischoff enters. The two mention that Mr. McMahon must've been playing a joke because he had this Skybox reserved for both of them. The two get to arguing for the other to leave when Vince himself walks in. He tells them that they should get along for tonight. It's Judgment Day! But not only that, it will be the last time they will have a pay-per-view that isn't one of his initial creations...together. He tells them both that starting at Bad Blood with Raw, they will have individual pay-per-views for their own brand. So the big pay-per-views will be the only time the two of them will be able to interact. So he booked them together in this Skybox one last time. He then tells them to put on their best pay-per-view, because after SummerSlam's 4 hours...their performance review starts. Eric and Stephanie allow Vince to leave before Steph puts over her tag team ranks, leading into the next match. Eric is doubtful that they're as good as she says they are.
We then head over to Josh Matthews who is with Eddie Guerrero and Rey Mysterio. The two of them give an interview talking about with Chavo's absence, Rey stepped up and agreed and that the two of them are best amigos, they are hermanos, and that tonight, the two of them will defeat Team Angle and regain those tag team belts...though this time officially.
WWE Tag Team Titles in a Ladder Match
Team Angle (Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin) (C) vs. Eddie Guerrero and Rey Mysterio
Winners: Eddie Guerrero and Rey Mysterio at 9:10
Result: The ladder doesn't become part of this match until both Haas and Benjamin are taken down. Eddie and Rey then each grab a ladder and begin hitting their opponents with it. Eddie goes to climb it, but Haas hits a belly to belly suplex to Rey. It sends him into the ladder and takes both it and Eddie down. Team Angle throw Eddie out of the ring while Benjamin knocks him down off the apron with a ladder. They each start to climb, but Rey responds with a dropkick that makes it all topple. Rey hits his bulldog to Haas and lowers the top rope when Benjamin runs at him, taking Shelton to the outside. Eddie reenters the ring while Rey has Haas on the middle rope. Rey goes for a 619, but Haas dodges. Haas goes for a German Suplex, but Rey lands on his feet, hitting a leg drop to Haas. Eddie and Rey get Haas seated in a corner before jamming the ladder into his crotch. They add to that by Eddie scoop slamming Haas onto a ladder and placing another one on top of him. Eddie hits a Hilo to Haas at the same time as a leg drop by Rey, both onto the top ladder. Benjamin breaks that up by hitting an exploder suplex to Rey into the corner. Shelton then takes Eddie down with a Superkick. He sets ladder up into a corner, turning around into a charging Eddie. Shelton catches him and hits a T-Bone Suplex to him onto the ladder. Haas and Benjamin take control of the match to the point of hitting a Leapfrog from a ladder to Eddie while Charlie is holding another ladder up that Eddie is lying on. Things break down a bit until Rey hits a headscissors that takes Shelton into the turnbuckle post shoulder first. Eddie hits a Three Amigos to Charlie with the last one sending him over and the top and out of the ring. Eddie then hits a Three Amigos to Shelton before nailing a Frog Splash from the ladder. Rey climbs up top, going for something, but Haas crotches him up top. Eddie goes to climb, but Haas is on the other side to join him. The two brawl at the top of the ladder for a moment before Rey springs from the top turnbuckle onto the ladder. He climbs past Eddie, vaulting past him to hit a sunset flip powerbomb to Charlie. Eddie then grabs both titles to win the match.
------------------
Before the next match, we see Hulk Hogan backstage with the doctor, with his stomach taped up. The EMT advises Hogan not to compete, but Vince approaches him, telling Hogan that if he doesn't compete tonight, than he can consider his contract with WWE terminated. Hogan tells Vince that he was never not going to compete. Hogan was there when Goldberg fell in WCW and he will be there again to make sure he is slain tonight.
We then get a video package regarding Booker T's week in Houston promoting WWE and the WWE Title, being on local radio shows, giving some nice press, and even receiving a key to the city. It's a huge homecoming for Booker.
WWE Intercontinental Title in a Fatal 4-Way Elimination Match
Rob Van Dam (C) vs. Christian vs. Chris Jericho vs. Lance Storm
Winner: Rob Van Dam at 9:55
Result: 1. The three heels manage to focus on RVD long enough until Storm goes for the cover. Christian and Jericho break it up, with Storm confused because it's elimination. Jericho and Christian nod to each other before teaming up to take out Storm. They throw Storm out of the ring, allowing RVD to push Christian into Jericho and take Y2J out. RVD then rolls up Christian with the O'Connor to eliminate the CLB. 2. Jericho and Storm team up for a few more moments before RVD fights back. Storm goes for a Superkick to RVD, but RVD ducks, having it nail Jericho. RVD hits a heel kick to Storm and pins Jericho. 3. RVD goes for a Five Star Frog Splash to Storm, but Chief Morley runs in and crotches him up top. Morley then hits a DDT to RVD whilst his legs are on the top turnbuckle. That nets a two. Morley calls for more help and out comes A-Train and 3 Minute Warning. They start a 5 on 1 assault of RVD until reinforcements arrive in the form of The Dudley Boyz, Mark Henry, Gunn and Palumbo, and Maven. The six men manage to get rid of the interferers, leaving Morley alone to be taken out with a 3D. Storm looks lost for a few moments before finding himself a victim of a World's Strongest Slam. RVD then hits a Five Star Frog Splash to Lance to keep his belt.
------------------
We go back to the Skybox where Eric Bischoff is pissed at Morley and his cohorts once again failing to remove the title off RVD. Stephanie asks why him he's so focused on taking something off a guy who clearly deserves it, and Eric tells Stephanie that he doesn't like RVD and doesn't want him to be his IC Champion. Eric tells Stephanie that at least he has a belt for his understudies to hold, unlike her Cruiserweight brand that'll never main event a show. Steph takes that personally, but tells Eric that that isn't a bad idea. Eric compliments her for finally seeing the light, and then lets her know if even if Morley failed, he has one more guy who is guaranteed to succeed.
With that helpful transition, we get a video package promoting the next match.
Hulk Hogan vs. Goldberg
Winner: Goldberg at 3:10
Result: The two have a minute of staredown before locking up. Goldberg shoves Hogan away. The two do it again, but once more, Hogan is shoved away. Hogan gets up and tries once more, but Goldberg picks him and military presses him to the mat. Goldberg sets up, so when Hogan rises, he is hit with a HUGE Spear. Goldberg picks Hogan up and hits a Jackhammer. Hogan kicks out at ONE! Hogan then starts to Hulk up, eventually getting the Big Boot and Running Leg Drop to Goldberg. Goldberg kicks out at ONE! Hogan is shocked, but wastes no time and goes for another Running Leg Drop. Goldberg dodges! He gets up and waits for Hogan to rise, hitting him with that Thrust Kick! Again, JR and King remind folks that that move retired Bret Hart AND Steve Austin! Goldberg waits a bit for Hogan to rise, clearly out of it and in a daze, before hitting him with another Spear. Goldberg picks a nearly unconscious Hogan up and hits him with another Jackhammer. Goldberg hooks the leg and gets the three.
Afterwards, Goldberg screams, looking to the camera and giving it another check mark. He wipes his feet next to Hulk and goes to leave, but instead comes back. He goes to untie Hogan's boots, but stops when he looks up at Eric. Eric is smirking and shakes his head. Goldberg nods once before leaving the ring.
------------------
Before the next match, we go backstage where we see The Rock with Terri Runnels. Rock gives his usual Hollywood Rock promo, demeaning Houston and HBK in his typical fashion. He ends it by saying that even if Shawn Michaels is the best wrestler the WWE has ever had...The Rock will always be the best wrestler that wrestling has ever seen.
WWE Women's Title
Jazz (C) vs. Victoria with Steven Richards Winner: Victoria at 4:20Result: Steven looks like he might play a factor early on, but Jazz hitting him with a Powerbomb onto the floor seems to be the end of that. Victoria tries her best to take control from there, but Jazz overpowers her at every turn. That being said, for all the power moves Jazz nails to Victoria, she always kicks out. Jazz looks to end it with a Powerbomb, but Victoria back body drops out of it. Victoria hits some clotheslines to Jazz and then one in the corner. She goes for a ten punches, but Jazz hits a Powerbomb mid-way. She looks to have it, but Steven puts Victoria's foot on the bottom rope. Steven gets on to the apron, allowing Jazz to nail him off. She turns around into a small package which she kicks out of. Victoria distracts the ref, allowing Steven to nail her in the back with the Women's Title. Steven gets down, allowing Victoria to hit her with the Widow's Peak for the win. ------------------
Before the next match, we get a video package detailing how we got here.
WWE Title in a Street Fight
Booker T (C) vs. Triple H with Ric Flair
Winner: Booker T at 15:22
Result: The two start off with a huge brawl, taking them all around the arena. Flair tries to get involved a couple times, but he is sent into a trash can by Booker. HHH uses this time to take advantage and beat him down back towards the stage. The two fight for another bit around with HHH going for a Pedigree. Booker reverses it into a back body drop onto the ramp. Booker gets back into it, beating Hunter up and whipping him into some scaffolding set design. Booker goes for a leg catapult, sending Hunter face first into the scaffold and busting him open. Booker drags Hunter to the Raw announce table nearby. The two fight for a bit more with Booker slamming a monitor into HHH's face. Booker goes for a Book End, but HHH fights out of it, eventually going for a Pedigree, but Booker again fights out, rolling out of it into a Book End attempt. Flair then pops in and low blows Booker from behind. HHH uses that time to hit a Pedigree to Booker through the announce table. HHH drags Booker back off the platform, throwing him into barricadec and even hitting a Double A Spinebuster onto the ramp. Eventually, Hunter grabs some camera wire, wrapping it around Booker's throat and hanging him off the scaffolding stage design. After a bit for the crowd to boo the hell out of that, Hunter and Flair bring Booker back to the ring. They throw Booker in, but don't enter before getting out the sledgehammer. HHH gets on the apron, but is hit with a Superkick that takes him and the hammer down. Flair runs into the ring and beats on Booker. Flair goes for a Figure 4, but Booker boots Flair, sending him into the metal on the turnbuckle. He is down and busted open. Booker beats on him a bit before hitting a Scissors Kick to him. He stands up into a sledgehammer by HHH, which busts Booker open. HHH hits a Pedigree to Booker for a TWO! HHH grabs his hammer and goes for another shot, but Booker dodges it, sending the hammer out of the ring. Booker begins fighting back with clotheslines and kicks. He goes for a Scissors Kick to Hunter, but Flair pulls HHH out of the way. Flair rushes for Booker and suffers a Book End for his troubles. Booker reverses another Pedigree attempt into a leg catapult, sending HHH into the corner. Booker hits a Book End to HHH for a two count. Booker grabs the Sledgehammer from outside of the ring, going for Hunter. He nails the sledgehammer to his face before tossing it away. Booker hits one final Scissors Kick to HHH to score the three and pick up the win in his hometown!
------------------
We then head to the Skybox where Eric laments Booker's win but tells Stephanie that THAT is how a World Title match on a pay-per-view should go. Stephanie disagrees and tells Eric that if he wants to see real competition, real wresting for the REAL World Title belt...then look no further than her main event. Eric starts to laugh, but agrees to watch it just to humor her.
We then get a video package detailing how we got here featuring "mOBSCENE" by Marilyn Manson.
World Heavyweight Title in a Fatal 4-Way Elimination Match
Brock Lesnar (C) vs. Big Show vs. Kane vs. The Undertaker
Winner: Brock Lesnar at 16:19
Result: 1. Lesnar takes control of the match, taking all three men down individually before focusing on Show. He suplexes him across the ring a few times before getting him up for an F5. However, Kane and Undertaker pop in with a double choke. That gets Show down and they hit a Double Chokeslam to Lesnar. They then do the same to Show. Undertaker raises his fist in the air to call for Last Ride, but turns around into a Chokeslam by Kane. Kane goes for the win, but Undertaker kicks out! Kane goes for a choke to Show, who chokes back. The two fight for a bit before Lesnar comes in and chucks them both out and over the top. Lesnar turns around into a Chokeslam by Undertaker. Undertaker them does his cutthroat and goes for a Tombstone. Lesnar reverses it into a powerslam position and then a fireman's carry before hitting an F5 to eliminate the Deadman. 2. The three remaining giants begin to fight across the arena, eventually finding themselves near the scaffolding. Show and Kane team up for a bit to throw Lesnar into the scaffolding and then bring him back to ringside. The two clear the Spanish announce table, making sure to beat on Lesnar for a bit before hitting a Double Chokeslam to Lesnar through it. Show then hits a Chokeslam to Kane through the uncleared SmackDown! announce table. Show picks up Lesnar and military presses him into the ring from the floor. Show then taunts Lesnar for a bit before going for a Chokeslam. Lesnar gets out of it, going for something off the ropes. Show catches him mid-rush with a choke, hitting a Chokeslam to Lesnar for a TWO! Show calls for another one, but Lesnar avoids the choke. He runs for the ropes again and clotheslines Show a few times, not getting him down at all. On a third attempt, Lesnar dives for Show, hitting him with a top rope shoulder tackle. Lesnar then starts taking it to Show with suplexes before hitting an F5 to Show to eliminate him. 3. Lesnar gets up, but is met right after by a Flying Clothesline by Kane. Kane looks to end Lesnar with a Chokeslam, but Lesnar reverses it into a DDT for a two. Lesnar and Kane fight for a bit around the ring and inside it before Kane goes for a Chokeslam to Lesnar from the top rope. Lesnar fights out, hitting a belly to belly suplex from the top rope. Lesnar and Kane meet in the middle of the ring, with Lesnar getting Kane up in a fireman's carry. Kane gets down and goes for a Chokeslam. Lesnar powers out and hits an F5 to Kane to win the match.
Afterwards, Kane and Lesnar meet in the middle of the ring before shaking hands.
------------------
We get Eric and Stephanie up in the Skybox one last time with Eric admitting that Steph put on a hell of a performance. He then mentions that Stephanie has one hell of a SmackDown! coming up. Well, Eric wants to put on a hell of a Raw for tomorrow night. How about Lance Storm taking on RVD for the IC Title in a Steel Cage? How about The Dudleys defending their titles against 3 Minute Warning? How about Mark Henry taking on A-Train? Steph does say that that could be one heck of a Raw, but tells Eric that she is much more interested in how he's going to be able to maintain Rock and HBK after their match. Eric pays it little mind, telling her that two egos as big as them means nothing to someone like him. In fact, he's going to make it Rock and HBK taking on Triple H and Flair tomorrow night.
After that, we get a video package detailing how we got to the main event.
First Time Ever
The Rock vs. Shawn Michaels
Winner: Shawn Michaels at 17:35
Result: The two spend a good chunk of the beginning of this match letting the crowd soak everything they do in. Eventually, HBK goes for his comeback, but Rock rolls out of the ring before he can do it. The two begin fighting out there, ending when Rock sends HBK into the steps. Rock then focuses on Shawn's back, taking him down with some backbreakers. Eventually, Shawn starts to fight back until Rock hits him with a DDT for a two. Rock then goes for a Rock Bottom, but Shawn reverses it into a DDT. Shawn then starts his comeback. On the nip-up, Rock reverses whatever Shawn was doing into a Samoan Drop for a two. Rock then goes for his Sharpshooter, but Shawn kicks him away, sending him back into the ref and taking the ref down. Rock gets Shawn up, going for a move, but Shawn reverses it into a scoop slam. He then nails a few clotheslines to Rock before hitting another scoop slam. Shawn goes up top and hits his Flying Elbow. HBK goes for Sweet Chin Music, but no ref allows Rock to low blow him mid-move. Rock school boys HBK as a new ref--Earl Hebner--rushes out. That nets a two, and allows Rock to lock in a Sharpshooter to Shawn. Rock and King call for Earl to ring the bell, but he doesn't. Eventually, Shawn manages to make it to the ropes, but Rock pulls him back. Not long after that, HBK manages to pull Rock through, reversing the Sharpshooter which nets an even bigger set of boos when Earl looks to call for it. Eventually, Rock rolls through and kicks Shawn away. Shawn runs for Rock, who gets hit with Rock Bottom for a TWO! Rock goes for another one, but Shawn elbows out and nails a spinebuster to Rock. Shawn then starts to get into it, going for another Sweet Chin Music. Rock ducks it and hits a Spinebuster to Shawn. Rock goes for a People's Elbow, but Rock stops mid-way. He then shakes his head and goes for a Rock Bottom with commentators confused until King realizes it's how HBK got him last time. Rock gets Shawn up for the Rock Bottom, but HBK elbows out, nailing him with a clean Sweet Chin Music for another TWO! HBK gets up and goes for another one, but Rock dodges it, sending HBK into the corner. On the rebound, Rock nails HBK with some Sweet Chin Music of his own! It nets a CLOSE two! Rock looks to his remaining elbow pad and then looks down at HBK who is not moving. He fixes Shawn's arm, testing it to see if he moves, but he doesn't. Rock takes the pad off and throws it to the crowd. He goes for a People's Elbow proper, but like his worst fears, he is caught mid-move with Sweet Chin Music! Shawn falls on Rock's chest as Earl counts the three!
Afterwards, the two share a few moments of a staredown in the ring. Rock holds out his hand from his seat on the mat. Shawn takes it and the two share a solemn moment in the ring just talking to each other. Rock taps Shawn's chest a couple times before exiting the ring and leaving HBK to end the night with a celebration.

Alas, it appears nobody thought RVD's reign would continue, which, fair, it would technically bring everything back to canon and bring things full circle. Unfortunately, Christian does not benefit for a title run this year. I'll go back and edit Judgment Day once the remaining posts are up for Insurrextion and the Bad Blood card.

He lets him know that Raw can't run with Eric the way things are. So to counteract that, the board has agreed with a general manager will share the role on a 50/50 basis. It's then revealed that Stone Cold is the new co-GM. He capitalizes things off with a handshake and a Stunner to Eric.

Booker and HBK isolated HHH as much as they could for a bit, eventually taking him through the Spanish announce table with a double back suplex from the barricade. Booker and HBK then fought by themselves for a bit. Eventually, Booker reversed a Sweet Chin Music into a Book End which HBK kicked out of. Booker went for a Scissors Kick, but HHH pulled him out of the ring mid-move. HBK then took it to HHH, throwing him around ringside and taking it to him as much he could. Eventually, HHH reversed a Sweet Chin Music by low blowing Shawn. Booker tried for a Scissors Kick, but HHH reversed it into a Double A Spinebuster. HHH got out his sledgehammer, but before he could do anything with it, Flair came out and took it from him. The two had a staredown in the ring. HHH turned around into Sweet Chin Music that took him out of the ring. Flair and HBK had a staredown with Flair holding the hammer. Eventually, Flair handed it to HBK, who tossed it away. Flair walked away as Booker and HBK began to battle once again. HBK went for a final Sweet Chin Music, but Booker dodged it, hitting a Scissors Kick to HBK to seal the deal and retain his title.

Live from the Charlotte Colosseum in Charlotte, North Carolina
Raw Branded PPV
Theme: "Headstrong" by Trapt
Sunday Night Heat
3-Minute Warning (Jamal and Rosey) vs. Spike Dudley and Goldust
- 3 Minute Warning have been Bischoff and Morley's stooges since they debuted last year. With their time to shine quickly becoming less and less focal, they went to Eric and demanded a match for Sunday Night Heat. They were given Spike Dudley and Goldust and I don't need to tell you the desire to win that these four men face. Can Spike and Goldust topple the Samoan squad? Or will 3 Minute Warning take them before their own time is up?
Main Card
Christopher Nowinski and Rodney Mack with Theodore Long vs. The Dudley Boyz (Bubba Ray Dudley and D-von Dudley) - Thuggin and Buggin Enterprises (courtesy of Theodore Long) has been targeting D-von Dudley recently with the idea that he is being kept down by his white brother Bubba Ray. They have targeted Bubba specifically in beatdowns and have only been watching D-von whenever he is in the ring. Nowinski joined up Mack and Long when his time on TV was severely limited due to his facial injury. He believes in Long's message and stands by him. After they cost the Dudleys the World Tag Team Titles in TLC by throwing Bubba off a ladder through four stacks of tables, they have elected out of a rematch clause in favor of being granted this match. Bischoff happily did so with Austin reluctant but willing to give them a fight. Can Long and his Enterprise defeat the dangerous Dudleys? Or will Bubba and D-von regain some revenge?
First Time Ever
Ric Flair vs. Shawn Michaels
- Two of the greatest icons in wrestling history going at it for the first time ever. This all started when HBK called Flair a stooge for HHH. Flair took it personally and tried to put a stop to HHH's antics. Things came to ahead on the Raw after Insurrextion. Flair teamed with HBK against HHH in a Handicap Match. Flair quickly revealed his card when he turned on HBK once he was tagged in. With a returning Randy Orton's help, the three of them triple teamed Shawn Michaels and laid him out, leaving him bloodied in the ring. Flair revealed it was all a ploy to get into Shawn's head. He was never going to turn on his best friend Triple H because unlike Shawn, HHH was there for him when he was at his lowest. While he was toiling in the lower card due to his own failure as owner of WWE, Shawn was doing what he could to topple the nWo and not giving a damn when a legend like Ric Flair needed him most. He told HBK that all he will ever be is a Ric Flair wannabe. Can Shawn Michaels defeat the Nature Boy in their first ever encounter? Or will Ric Flair walk into Flair Country and rule over HBK as the Dirtiest Player in the Game?
WWE World Tag Team Titles
Billy Gunn and Chuck Palumbo (C) vs. Christian and Chris Jericho
- After winning the World Tag Team Titles in TLC in what many called an upset, Christian and Jericho were quick to call them out. Eric agreed they deserved a shot, but Austin told them to earn it. They defeated Mark Henry and Maven to earn this shot at Bad Blood, but not before being humiliated with their pants down on TV, or more correct, their towels down. After stealing their clothes whilst they were in the shower and throwing them away, they had Goldust and Spike sneak up behind them when they were on the stage and yank their towels. Despite being at the expense of humiliation, Jericho and Christian promised revenge. Can they uphold their promise over the team of Gunn and Palumbo? Or will the two best friends be humiliated once again by Billy and Chuck?
WWE Intercontinental Title vs. Chief Morley's Job. Morley Can Not Be DQed. If RVD is DQed or Counted Out He Will Lose the Title.
Rob Van Dam (C) vs. Chief Morley with Lance Storm and A-Train
- Linda McMahon allowed Eric and Austin two contacts that they could do with as they pleased with the other GM allowing them only one change. The first contract Eric made happen was one final step in his war against RVD as Intercontinental Champion. He made it RVD defending his title against Chief Morley with Lance and A-Train at ringside. Eric said that Morley and his crew can not be disqualified. And if RVD gets DQed or counted out himself, then the title changes hands. Steve Austin was quick to insult Eric and Morley over this decision, but made his change rather quickly. He sees Morley's assistant to the GM position as unnecessary as there are two GMs. Therefore, if Morley were to lose, than his job as assistant GM would be eliminated and Morley would be fired. It was made official and Morley and his Army made it their duty to make RVD's life a living hell. Over the course of the two weeks since RVD beat Storm at Insurrextion, RVD has been left battered and bloodied by Morley, Storm, and A-Train. Walking into Bad Blood, with that title go to Chief Morley and win Eric the war? Or will RVD continue his tremendous reign and overcome the seemingly insurmountable odds?
Hulk Hogan vs. Eric Bischoff with a Mystery Manager
- Steve Austin's contract was a lot simpler: he went to Hulk Hogan and asked him what match he would want at Bad Blood. Hogan was allowed to pick the opponent, and he seemed to have his decision made. However, Austin let Hogan know that Goldberg was Eric's monster and it was him that sent it after him. He then also reminded Hogan that he was fired from Raw initially by Eric last year. As a final reminder: Austin told Hogan that Eric was the one who didn't stand up for Hogan in WCW when Russo fired him. Hogan's decision was made and he wanted Eric Bischoff at Bad Blood! Austin knew that Eric's change couldn't be an easy one, so he allowed himself one caveat: a manager to accompany him to ringside. It was made official, and after a few weeks of Bischoff teasing Hogan with who his manager was going to be (bringing out Brutus Beefcake, Horace Hogan, and even teasing Ultimate Warrior), it was the final week that left Hogan bloodied when Eric blindsided Hogan in the back of the head with a brick. Eric smashed the brick over Hogan's head again, taunting over the Immortal with a smirk on his face. Will Hogan be healthy enough to defeat Eric? Or will Eric and his unknown ally be enough to topple Hogan?
Goldberg vs. The Rock
- Following Judgment Day, nobody saw Goldberg for a couple weeks. When he didn't make himself known at Insurrextion, JR and King started to question where he might've gone. It wasn't until after The Rock had gave a speech where he forgave the people for turning on him that he made himself known by Spearing Rock nearly out of his leather pants. Eric gladly made it Rock vs. Goldberg, which Austin suspicious of the latter's actions. He nonetheless cosigned and these two icons will do battle for the first time at Bad Blood. Rock managed to get one over on Goldberg in a live concert the following week by slamming a guitar into Goldberg's head mid-Spear. Will The Rock be able to outsmart the monster to get a win over the yet-to-be-beaten icon? Or will Goldberg continue his monstrous path of destruction and defeat the Great One?
Hell in a Cell for the WWE Title with Mick Foley as Special Ref. Triple H's Last Chance.
Booker T (C) vs. Triple H
- Booker has had Triple H's number all year, and quite frankly, Austin is sick of seeing it. Eric agreed, but reminded him that Triple H didn't get pinned in that match at Insurrextion. Following the handicap match later that night, upon which Booker and Shawn were both laid out by Evolution, Austin announced that he and Eric had come to a compromise. Triple H would get his match with Booker at Bad Blood. However, it would be his last shot at the WWE Title as long as he was champion. And...to make sure this is the last chance...the match...will be Hell in a Cell! Triple H's life flashed before his eyes as Raw came to a close. The next week, with the Hell in a Cell looming over the ring, Raw started with the referees not wanting anything to do with the match, especially given how violent they've been so far and how Tim White's career ended in the last one Triple H was a part of. Eric asked Austin where they were going to do and Austin quickly had a solution. Later on, he announced that the only crazy enough and sick enough ref this Hell in a Cell match was none other than a returning Mick Foley! He spoke briefly before Triple H came out and reminded Mick that he retired him in Hell in a Cell and that Foley needs to rethink his decision, or Triple H will do it for him. Later that night to sign off the show, Foley said he was going to take a beating, and he decided he was taking a beating that night! The two brawled with Foley seemingly getting one over on HHH. That was until a chair and a low blow made itself known. With Hell in a Cell around them, Triple H Pedigreed Foley onto the chair. Booker T then ran out and beat on Triple H, slamming him into steps and the cell before hitting a Scissors Kick to him. Booker pinned HHH as Foley counted the symbolic three count. Can Booker continue his dominance walking into Bad Blood and topple Triple H yet again? Or will The Game continue to go undefeated in Hell in a Cell and unseat Booker T for what he calls his title?
