How WCW should have booked Stan Hansen

Stan Hansen has single matches with Steiner Brothers with Hansen's title on the line

Hansen wrestles with Rick Steiner, Rick delivers huge suplexes to Hansen, Hansen fights back with slugs,
finally Hansen hits a vicious lariat on Steiner. 1, 2, 3, Hansen gets the victory.

Hansen doesn't seem exhausted at all. He is trying to hang Rick Steiner, Scott Steiner comes to the ring and stops Hansen.

Scott grabs Hansen and suplex him, Hansen staggered little bit, and crowd goes nuts.
Cornette says that Scott would get executed next, Scott Steiner yells that he will avenge his brother's loss.

Next PPV, Capital Combat, Stan Hansen VS Scott Steiner.

It's a slugfest between two big guys, Steiner seems better at first, but after the match continued,
Scott gets bloodied and gets devastating beating from Hansen.

Hansen connects a lariat, Scott Steiner seems completely knocked out, Hansen looks so enraged,
he makes Steiner gets up and hits a lariat again. 1, 2, 3, Hansen wins.

Hansen hangs Steiner and Cornette grabs a mic and yells that another victim is executed from the great executioner.



So Hansen defeats almost main event level babyfaces again and again like this. 

At Clash Of Champions (June), Hansen faces Barry Windham, and defeats him cleanly.
When Hansen hangs Windham, Flair and Anderson comes out and stops Hansen.

Flair and Hansen goes face to face, Hansen looks mad but Flair doesn't back down.



Next TV show, Flair grabs the mic and says "Stan Hansen!!!!"

"You said you are the real world champion? No! You are not!"

"You wanna know who the real champion is? It's me! Ric Flair!"

"You dare said that I am not the real champion because I didn't beat you? You are wrong!"

"You are not the real champion because you haven't defeated me yet!"

"The real world champion will get you, Hansen! Ready for it! Woahhh!!!"

Hansen comes out to the ring with Cornette, Hansen stares at Flair like he would kill him instantly.
When they are having a serious stare down, Sting comes out, and says he is the next challenger for Flair.

Sting says that Hansen should wait until he wrestles Flair at The Great American Bash.
If he beats Flair, he will name Hansen as the first challenger and promise to have a title unification match with him.



So at The Great American Bash (July), Sting beats Flair with roll up like the real history.

At the same time, Arn Anderson challenges Hansen for the international heavyweight championship,
but Hansen beats Anderson cleanly and again hangs him to the ring rope.

Next Clash of Champions (August), Hansen has a double title match with Sting.
Sting is different from other victims that Hansen faced, he foughts with Hansen as even.

But in the end, Hansen hits a lariat, and makes Sting gets up, hits a lariat again.



Hansen gets the clean victory over Sting, and becomes the double champion of the company.

Next tv show, Flair announces that he will challenge Hansen, Anderson and Windham try to persuade Flair to not face Hansen.

They say Hansen is an unstoppable monster, they have never faced any wrestlers like him before, even Flair cannot be compared to Hansen.

Flair says that even though he lost his title, he is still Ric Flair, and Ric Flair is always the best wrestler in this world, and he will prove it.
Anderson and Windham looks worried and also not satisfied.



Fall Brawl (September), Flair wrestles Hansen for the double championship.

Flair fights so well against Hansen, he looks better than ever. Even though Hansen is like a monster,
Flair is fighting almost like even against Hansen. A referee goes down due to clash with Hansen,
Flair catches Hansen with a figure four leg lock, Hansen is screaming in pain.

Cornette interferes with a tennis lacket, Arn Anderson and Windham comes down to the ring and kicks Cornette out of the ring.
They make Flair gets up and try to encourage him..... NO!

Anderson and Windham beats Flair into bloodied face, and left him alone in the ring. Hansen hits a lariat on Flair, 1, 2, 3.
Hansen secures the victory.



Next tv show, Anderson and Windham says that Flair didn't listen to their advice.
They say Flair is out of his mind and also past his prime.

Anderson says Flair is not 'The Ric Flair' that he once was, and says he is not the best wrestler in the world anymore,
that's why they jumpshiped to the real best wrestler in the world, Stan Hansen. 

Cornette and Hansen comes out, Cornette announces that 'Four Horsemen' is a history,
and a new faction is made. The name of the faction is 'Execution agency'.

Flair comes out and try to beat Anderson, but Execution agency do numbers game on Flair, beat him, chokes him with bull rope.

Their beating is too vicious, the announcer says "Maybe this is the last of Ric Flair that we might able to see......"

After this, Flair becomes dormant temporarily.



Meanwhile, Harley Race announces his return on WCW, and says he will have the retirement match.

The final opponent that he wants for the retirement match, is none other than Ric Flair.

But announcers are worried that Flair would not come out to the match.

At next Clash of champions (October), Flair VS Race.

Flair doesn't come out, referee starts to count ten.
Flair finally comes out with discouraged look and wounded body.

During the match, Race keeps slapping Flair in the face and taunt Flair.
Flair gets enraged at last, attacks Race viciously and wrestles aggresively.

Finally, Flair puts Race in the figure four leg lock, Race taps out.

Flair makes Race gets up and hugs him, raises Race's hand and leave the ring.
WCW rosters come out and claps for Race, Race cries, bows to the crowd and kiss the ring, leaves the ring.

Next tv show, Race comes to Flair and says "Flair, you were used to be the best wrestler in the world.
But you lost your eyes of tiger recently. You lost it because of Four Horsemen. You leaned on them and you lost your edgeness.
Four Horsemen didn't help you. It only made you weak. But last night, when you wrestled with me, I could see your eyes of tiger.

Flair, you can beat Hansen. The best wrestler in the history of professional wrestling is still breathing inside you.
Let me manage you. I will bring your eyes of tiger back and you will beat Hansen in front of WCW fans."

Flair unites with Race, and defeats Arn Anderson cleanly with figure four leg lock at Clash of Champions (November).
Flair declares that he will challenge Stan Hansen at Starrcade. Cornette and Hansen accepted the challenge.



Flair comes down to the ring with serious look, Hansen comes down to the ring with fierce, enraged look.
They have an intense stare down in the middle of the ring, and the match starts.

Hansen is a monster and makes Flair knocks down with one slug, but Flair keeps get back to feet and fights back to Hansen.

At last, bloodied Flair makes Hansen bloody and puts him in the figure four leg lock.
Cornette, Anderson and Windham comes down and stops Flair, but Sting comes down and clear the ring with Flair.

Hansen hits a vicious lariat on Sting, and a lariat on Flair too. Flair gets knocked out and Hansen pins him.

1..... 2.... 3, NO! Flair gets his shoulder up at right before 3. Flair fires up and beats Hansen with knuckles,
Hansen tries to hit Flair with another lariat, Flair ducks and it hits Cornette instead, Flair takes Hansen down.

Flair locks Hansen into the figure four leg lock, Hansen screams in pain..... He taps! Hansen tapped out!!



Your new WCW undisputed world heavyweight champion of the world, Ric Flair.

That's how I would utilize Stan Hansen and make Flair into the top leading babyface of the company.

Since Flair maintained his prime until at least mid 1990s, Flair will be a good babyface main eventer of WCW,
until the next generation top stars like Sting and Lex Luger becomes ready.
