Hello, I am a longtime Fantasy Booker....I have been apart of fantasy world projects were you basically build a dream roster and compete with others to see who was the best booker of the bunch. I have done that for about 10 years. So what I am looking to do is start up an actual project by taking over a certain year and booking from then on. So the reason I made this post is I need to some help in figuring out which company, and year that you guys would be interested in reading. So far I have it narrowed down to this.
WWF 1993 (starting at KotR)
WCW 1992 (It would be a rebooked version of Halloween Havoc and going from there.)
ECW 1997 (Starting the night after Barely Legal)
AEW 2020 (before pandemic starting with Blood & Guts)
So those are the ones that I feel would be the most fun to write and I would like to sink my teeth into. I am open for any other suggestions that you guys might have on where to start or what promotion to use that you might like to see and read.

I voted for WWF, but ECW would also make a interesting diary.

So I will lock the poll tonight just to give anyone else that might want to vote a chance.
I do think ECW would have been interesting tto do as well but it looks like The WWF in 1993 with The New Generation is going to be taking place. Which I am pretty excited to sink my teeth into. HBK coming into his own, the emergence of Bret Hart, Hulk Hogan on the way out, Yoko taking the crown....Now to see what happens with guys like Lex Luger....does he become the Lex Express or will the fate of the Gods see that mistake and go a different direction but if that is the case who gets on the USS Enterpise and slams Yoko or does he even get slammed. So many different ways to go here and I am already getting excited just thinking about it.

I chose WCW. AEW, not much to fix, ECW, too much to fix (not because they were creatively bad, due to their style, which cannot become a mainstream) WWF, it was very interesting time to book, but WWF managed to survive anyway. So, my choice is WCW 1992. Thank you for good article and poll.  |

This is a lot closer than I thought it would be. I have to say that I am not sure which is going to win but it feels like WCW 92 and WWF 93 are the front runners. Like I said I will close the poll around the time I get off work tonight and we will go from there. I am very excited though.
I will say that WCW was fun time period around there. You have a great array of talent from the lower card to the Main Event. You have a solid tag division and then to top it off you have Sting feuding with Jake Roberts. I will say if it wins don't expect Coal Miner's Glove to win the "Spin the wheel make the deal" just saying. I am excited about possibility of getting a run from Jake.
I will say that whatever wins don't expect me to follow all the transactions that happen in real life. I will explain certain moves so don't expect to see major stars keep switching with zero explanation. Every move will be explained and hopefully we can start off with a solid foundation and move from there. I am already studying up on both promotions and getting rosters and pictures set up so whichever wins I am ready and excited about.

Well it seems we are still tied but this time with ECW coming alive and to quote Michael Cole "from out of nowhere" to replace The WWF. So now it looks like either The Tribe of Extreme or World Championship Wrestling is going to be booked. This is pretty exciting to see. I was hoping we would have a winner but it seems that we don't yet but who knows maybe the tie will be broken a little later today. lol

I have actually went ahead and made a decision based on WCW still being tied that would mean that it still lead the voting long enough to be the winner. So I am going to start WCW if things go sour or I feel that nobody is enjoying the content than I will switch it up to ECW 97. I appreciate everyone who voted and everything. So I am going to go ahead and start the new post and WCW 1992 live from Halloween Havoc will be coming at you soon!
