How to use Photoshop effects in Paint.NET

Photoshop PSD file plugin

Plugin for loading and saving Photoshop files.

Download PSD file plugin

Place the PSFilterPdn.dll file in the paint.net > Effects folder

Place the actual Photoshop effects in the paint.net > Effects folder

Inside Paint.NET go to the Effects menu and select 8bf Filter to run the Photoshop effects.
