Original Match: The bird man Koko B Ware vs. Yokozuna
My opening match: Bam Bam Bigelow vs. Barry Horowitz Bigelow 1-0 Horowitz 0-1
You still basically get your big man squash match with Horowitz’s reputation as a jobber, but it’s Bigelow who looks like the imposing figure and goes down in history as the first man to win on Raw. Also both were left off the card which I think is a shame, I would have had them in the framework of RAW moving forward for at least a few shows. Also around this time Bigelow was a World Championship contender, so I’d have Horowitz put on a good performance because I wouldn’t intend to leave him as a jobber for very long. In fact I might have Bigelow take him under his wing after he respects the fight he put up. I might even keep it up until Wrestlemania 9. As the match ends in pinfall the commentators talk up Horowitz losing streak.
WWF Champion: Bret Hart #1 Contender: Bam Bam Bigelow
WWF Intercontinental Champion: Shawn Michaels
WWF Tag Team Champions: Money Inc. (Ted DiBiase/IRS)

I will look forward to read the next. 😊

Interestingly I’m more excited with what this match does for Horowitz. I’m not interested in career jobbers, although I’ll still probably book some local competitors every now and again.
