My Match: Barry Darsow vs. Barry Horowitz
Darsow: 1-0
Horowitz: 0-1
I honestly think Horowitz is a good man to kick a show off with. Also Darsow not being a member of Demolition here is a good chance to test the waters for a singles run.
Original Match: Rick Martel vs. Louie Spicolli
My Match: Big Bubba Rogers vs. Bill Goldberg
Bill Goldberg: 1-0
Big Bubba Rogers: 0-1
I know feeding another wrestler to Bill is not a fun and exciting thing, but I don't think this was the time to end it and Bill needed to compete on this show.
Original Match: Tenzan vs. Ohara
Decision: Keep this match
I made the decision to keep this match because it gave Japanese wrestlers an American audience and I feel that is important. I also could not find a list of the WCW Japanese roster so I am assuming these may have been the only two available at the time.
Original Match: Chris Jericho vs. Ric Flair
My Match: Billy Kidman vs. Bobby Blaze
Billy Kidman: 1-0
Bobby Blaze: 0-1
I could not find much about Blaze except that he was a paid employee at the time. I would have used this air time to make Kidman look good. The guy has a great shooting star press and was somebody that really should have found his footing a lot sooner than he did.
