I have recently created my own fantasy wrestling brand with completely fictional wrestlers and storylines that I wanted to share with you all. It is called 5 Star Wrestling and I hope you find interest in reading my storylines and how it all unfolds. 5 Star Opening Show: Hunter Star: Welcome ladies and gentlemen to a brand new wrestling company known as 5 star wrestling launched by The Star family, consisting of me, my wife Sylvia and our daughter Lily. We have signed 8 of the most promising wrestlers coming out of the local area and we plan to launch 8 major shows for you this year to show off their talent. Our first year will be a launch pad for just what 5 Star wrestling can really be. There will be excitement, joy, heartbreak, you will feel every emotion possible, but most importantly you will witness some of the best wrestling the business has to offer. Starting off tonight with our opening show, for you we have an 8 man royal rumble-esqe match known as the Star Bowl. 8 men will enter at 90 seconds intervals, the last man to remain in the ring will be crowned our first ever 5 Star World Champion. So let’s get fighting. Samuel Torres: Ladies and Gentlemen, I am your 5 Star Commentator, Samuel Torres alongside fellow commentator Isabella Stone and tonight, you are in for an absolute treat, as 8 of the best undiscovered wrestlers that the business has to offer will all go head to head in order to find out who will become the first ever 5 Star Champion. Isabella Stone: Our first two competitors to the ring are: Zach Cruise and Luca Riviera Samuel Torres: Zach Cruise is a man known in the independent scene as one of the most intelligent wrestlers around, every single move is calculated, every reversal premeditated and every match seems to play out exactly as he plans in order for him to come out on top. He has major success across many brands but how will he fare against some tough opposition. Isabella Stone: Luca Riviera on the other hand brings something very different to the ring. Often labelled as sloppy and uncontrolled, Riviera’s fighting style is a lot less calculated, but filled with a lot more desire. Rarely stopping to plan his next attack, Riviera has the stamina to go the distance in any match and will not give in until he has given everything to win the match. Samuel Torres: Two very opposing styles which could lead to us having a very interesting start to this fight indeed. Brains Vs Body. Two smaller gentlemen, with enough smarts and stamina to lead an army. Cruise makes his way down to the ring first as entrant number one, met by a neutral response of the fans, a favourite from the indies but a mixed reception here. He is followed out by Riviera who is met to a much healthier and more positive response as he enters as entrant number two. Isabella Stone: The bells rings and the match begins. Samuel Torres: As the match begins, it becomes more and more obvious that both wrestlers are going to approach these opening stages with different styles and speeds. Isabella Stone: Exactly, Cruise has been in the business long enough to know that you need to save yourself for the later stages of a match like this and he doesn’t want to tire himself out with Riviera. Samuel Torres: Riviera however has come out all guns blazing, trying desperately to remove Cruise from this match as early as he can, uses a lot of energy to try and keep the speed high and tire Cruise out before trying to remove him. Once the match begins, Riviera lunges at Cruise instantly to catch him off guard and put him out of his comfort zone, trying to create a high pace start to the match, bouncing off the ropes, throwing in multiple kicks. Cruise knows it’s not good for him to take a high level of damage early on and latches onto Riviera to slow him down, keeping him in choke holds and wearing him down, bringing the match to a speed he is more comfortable controlling in the earlier stages. After the first 90 seconds, neither man has successfully removed the other. Samuel Torres: And the countdown is complete, our third entrant into the star bowl is...Nathan Young. Isabella Stone: Nathan Young, also known as The Submission machine, is known for forcing his opponents to tap out. Due to his incredible size and stature, he is able to grip himself around opponents and lock in his famous Shooting Hold, a move which nobody has been able to escape yet. However tap outs are no use in this match so Young may not prove as successful as his resume may suggest. Young rolls into the ring and towers over Riviera and Cruise. The two men look at each other and nod in agreement, they know that if there is any way they are going to remove Young, they are going to have to work together. Young lunges for Cruise first and locks him in a hold, Riviera however targets Young’s left arm, if injured his submissions are rendered useless and a big part of his game is taken away. Cruise and Riviera work on Young’s arm before he begins rolling out of the ring. As Riviera approaches him, Cruise attempts to remove him from the match but Riviera is able to spin out of the way. This temporary alliance has disbanded and the two men go back to attacking one another. Isabella Stone: Another 90 seconds gone and still no eliminations, can entrant number four change that in the shape of… Ivan Gonzalez. Samuel Torres: Ivan Gonzalez is a fan favourite, not the most successful wrestler, still yet to capture a title in his career but someone who has always captured the imagination of the fans and someone who always has the majority of the crowd chanting his name. Despite his skinny nature, the man possesses a strength greater than you would imagine and is able to suplex just about anybody with the powers he appears to absorb from the crowd. Gonzalez comes down to the ring and stands on the apron as Riviera looks to eliminate Young, Riviera launches him towards the ropes and Gonzalez pulls it down, causing Young to stumble over the ropes and out the ring, getting eliminated from the match in the process. Gonzalez then enters the ring and Riviera launches himself at him as if this is just minute one. Gonzalez catches Riviera and hits him with a suplex before turning back to face Cruise and hitting him with a suplex respectively. Gonzalez screams to the crowd and fires them up, soaking up the cheering and feeling the strength pulsating through his body. Samuel Torres: Still only one elimination as Entrant Number Five is revealed… Dolph Perez. Isabella Stone: Now here is one of the most exciting members of the new 5 Star roster. A man with very little wrestling experience per say but with a wealth of MMA experience, major titles won, he is going to bring a whole new style to this business, someone who the crowd may not know but who they will want to get to know. Someone who I feel could leave a mark on this company Perez enters the ring and instantly, all attention looks his way, the crowd may not be fully aware of who he is but the three men in the ring certainly do. Perez does not hesitate and throws himself at Gonzalez, unleashing a mixture of quick fire punches and kicks. Riviera and Cruise lay in the corners recovering though it isn’t long until Riviera is back up to full speed and attacks Perez. A huge mistake, as Perez turns around and hits a Hunter’s Strike against Riviera, knocking him down to the canvas, however Gonzalez attacks him again before Perez is able to capitalize. Isabella Stone: Still only Young gone as Entrant Number six is ready to be announced, could they be the one to spice things up, number six is Logan Dreamer. Samuel Torres: Expect Logan Dreamer to be met by a chorus of boos. He is one of the most hated characters across the independent scene. Known for playing dirty and doing whatever it takes to win, this leads to him often being hated by the crowd but adding an extra something to these multi-man matches. Dreamer enters the ring and instantly causes havoc, hitting a backstabber on Gonzalez before attempting to hit a low blow on Perez which does not work out, Perez stamps Dreamer’s arm to the floor before picking him up above his head and launching Dreamer out of the ring. Perez stands tall and plays up to the cheers of the crowds however Dreamer re-enters the ring and hits the low blow, before forcing him over the top rope. Both men, now have been eliminated. They continued to fight outside the ring, battering away at each, enraged at what the other one had done, the battle on and only to be broken up by Cruise powerbombing Gonzalez over the top rope onto the two of them. Gonzalez, Dreamer and Perez all eliminated. Samuel Torres: Three eliminations in 90 seconds, four eliminations in the match now and still two more entrants to go, speaking of which, number seven, Gabriel Lee. Isabella Stone: Gabriel Lee proposes an interesting concept, a man who on his day could probably beat anybody, incredibly talented and potentially the best unsigned talents on the market, however, his days on form are few and far between, a huge lack of self confidence means he has yet to really capitalise on his talents and has very little to show for his career so far, maybe this move to 5 star could be the spark that he needs to fuel the fire. Lee enters the ring and looks to spark his career into life, however that spark is short lived, he launches himself at Riviera who ducks out of the way and as Lee comes back of the ropes, he is met by Cruise who hits a Cruise Driver ‘01 and lays Lee out on the canvas. Riviera and Cruise join together to pick up Lee and throw him out of the ring, still only Riviera and Cruise remain now after all this time. Isabella Stone: And the Lee flame is blown out, still Cruise and Riviera remain in the ring with only one more entrant to go, could these two last the whole match out and have one of them win it. Only one way to find out… our final entrant is… Hugo Felix. Samuel Torres: Hugo Felix is a controversial character within this business. A man whose wrestling reputation is being tarnished by backstage rumours. Felix possess a super human level of strength, yet to find a man he can’t pick up over his shoulders. A heavyweight champion in the making, talent alone. However, rumours are coming out that Felix may also be a favourite of Lily Star, leading to the idea that Felix may be offered an favourable entrance number in this star bowl in order to improve his chance of winning the whole match and becoming the champion. Felix enters the ring but he is not alone, his knuckles laced with gold, enough to cause blood with a single punch. He enters the ring but Cruise and Riviera are unaware of the future they are about to face. Cruise launches himself at Felix but is met by the knuckle dusters and knocked clean out. Felix stares down Riviera, who backs away and Felix removes Cruise from the ring. Leaving us down to the final two. Felix Vs Riviera. Riviera does what he knows best and brings the speed of the match right up. Deep into the match now, Riviera has the same energy as when he started, however, heart and energy alone is not enough and what he needs is to pick his moment. Riviera bounces off the ropes and attempts to clothesline Felix but is caught in the air and slammed to the floor, Felix unleashes a series of punches before launching Riviera’s motionless body out of the ring and winning the match. Samuel Torres: AND Hugo Felix BECOMES THE FIRST EVER 5 STAR WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION. Isabella Stone: The crowd are not happy and there is going to be a lot of questions about how he did it but I don’t think that matters to Hugo Felix, he is the first ever 5 Star World Champion and his name will forever be etched in 5 Star history. Hugo Felix is presented with the belt by the Star family themselves. Hunter shakes his hand and presents him the belt, Sylvia exchanges a quick hug before Lily Star latches onto Felix, an image likely to spark stories in the press. The final image shows Felix celebrating with the Star family, creating history.

5 Star Follow Up Show
Samuel Torres: Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome back to 5 Star Wrestling, given the recent success of our opening Pay-Per-View event, we could not wait to bring you a follow-up event, stars collide, where we will continue to make 5 Star Wrestling history in front of your eyes.
Isabella Stone: Exactly right, the first ever title defence in the company's history and for our champion Hugo Felix and he faces off against Luca Riviera, in a star bowl grudge match. Can Riviera make up for being screwed over or will Felix continue to manipulate his way to the top.
Samuel Torres: Indeed, but before that, we have a match fueled with hatred and one that looks like it could boil over. After their antics in the star bowl match, Logan Dreamer will face off against Dolph Perez in a winner takes all match.
Isabella Stone: A huge night with potentially huge repercussions for the company, and it all begins right now…
*Dolph Perez's Entrance Music hits*
Samuel Torres: Dolph Perez will be looking for revenge tonight, he feels like he was wrongly and illegally removed from the Star Bowl match which he thought he could win. Perez feels as if Dreamer stole his chance at being the first ever champion and he is not willing to forgive him"
Dolph Perez makes his way down to the ring and he looks like he means business. A man who is slowly becoming a crowd favourite, shows no signs of playing up to the crowd this time, he looks stone faced and marches down to the ring.
Isabella Stone: I won’t bet against Perez tonight, with a background like his and the little bit of added intensity he seems to have tonight, I do not envy being Logan Dreamer.
*Logan Dreamer Entrance Music Hits*
Samuel Torres: Speaking of which, Logan Dreamer will feel aggrieved himself that Perez was able to remove him so easily and will want to justify his talents here today by beating his rival Perez and cementing himself as the number one contender.
Logan Dreamer makes his way down to the ring, with a more playful entrance, teasing the crowd and riling them up so they boo him more, he seems to be less focussed than Perez but still possesses a level of precision in his look.
Isabella Stone: Dreamer looks less aggrieved than Perez does, but still appears ready to lock horns and try to prove his talents here.
The bell rings and the two men start grappling. Perez is the man who looks bigger in stature and size, given his MMA background, he frequently tries to take Dreamer down to the canvas and wear him down before locking in his infamous submission moves. However Dreamer is more than aware of this plan and keeps the pace high and stays out of reach of Perez. Changing his approach sporadically so it’s harder for Perez to anticipate what’s coming but equally, not being able to implement his own style into the match. Dreamer keeps leaving the ring and coming back in on a different side, infuriating Perez further.
Samuel Torres: It would appear that Dreamer’s strategy could be to wear Perez down and infuriate him into making mistakes and capitalising on them.
Isabella Stone: I’m not sure how good an idea that is, a man of Perez’s size and strength, I don’t think that infuriating him will yield the results Dreamer is looking for.
Dreamer continues to infuriate Perez by removing all flow to the match, increasing the speed and slowing it down again, stopping Perez from getting anywhere near him. Finally Perez breaks and lunges at Dreamer. Dreamer steps out of the way and plants a superkick on Perez’s chin. Perez is off his feet, Dreamer lies in wait as Perez begins stirring, as Perez gets back to his feet, Dreamer locks his arms around Perez’s waist and performs the suplex for 1...2...3. Dreamer wins.
Isabella Stone: And just like that, Dreamer proves no amount of muscle can match the power of the mind. Dreamer came in with a master plan and executed it to perfection.
Samuel Torres: Indeed, and Dreamer surely cements him as the next contender for the 5 Star World Heavyweight championship. However, what next for Perez, a showing cut short in the star bowl and a big loss in a grudge match, the man is currently struggling to adapt to the shift from MMA to Wrestling and it’s showing.
Isabella Stone: Moving onto our next match, and we have… well we are meant to have the title fight but what is this?
*Zach Cruise’s Entrance Music Hits*
Zach Cruise: Last Time out in the Star Bowl, Luca Riviera and I were robbed of our chance of making history. We both lasted from numbers 1 and 2 and were making our way through the match when that cheating bastard Hugo Felix came out with his brass knuckles and took a coward's way to the title. Luca Riviera was screwed and was given a title opportunity. I was screwed and nobody cared. Now I am not out here to cry about not being in the title match because I know it is only a matter of time until I am 5 Star World Heavyweight champion and that’s a promise that I will deliver upon. Tonight, I am out here looking for a fight so I can showcase to you what a talent 5 Star has on its hands. So who wants a fight?
*Gabriel Lee’s Entrance Music Hits*
Samuel Torres: And so it is set, a bonus match for tonight’s show, The self-professed future champion Zach Cruise will face up against The unfulfilled potential of Gabriel Lee and it promises to be a belter.
Isabella Stone: The intensity, the drive and the confidence that Cruise just brought to the ring, there is surely no way you can bet against him in this match, he promises to deliver and I believe him.
The match is over almost as quickly as it had begun. The naivety of Lee causes him to attempt a clothesline out of the blocks, Cruise ducks and meets Lee when he bounces off the ropes with a pop-up powerbomb. Cruise wastes no time hitting a Cruise driver ‘01 on Lee and pinning him for a 1...2...3. Cruise wins in no time at all.
Samuel Torres: And just like that we witness the talents of a future world champion, he arrived, he gave us a promise and he delivered. I look forward to seeing what else he shows us in the future.
Isabella Stone: Moving on now to our title match, Luca Riviera Vs Hugo Felix, a grudge match after the dishonest methods Felix used to become the inaugural champion, however it seems he may be backed by the owners.
*Luca Riviera’s Entrance Music Hits*
Samuel Torres: Here comes Luca Riviera, if he feels anywhere near as aggrieved about the Star Bowl as Cruise did then we could be in for an absolute belter. Riviera just needs to keep the speed of the match up and keep it flowing. Bombard Felix with attacks and his relentless energy, try and keep the match going. The longer the match runs, the more the balance tips in Riviera’s favour.
*Hugo Felix’ Entrance Music Hits*
Isabella Stone: On the other hand, here comes a man known around the wrestling world for his freakish strength. If Riviera gets too close, Felix can easily man handle him with one arm and then it’s game over for Riviera. Equally, Felix has proven, he is willing to do whatever it takes to win the match. He also doesn’t come down to the ring alone, as well as his belt, Felix is escorted to the ring by Hunter, Sylvia and Lily Star who are coming for some front seat viewing. Hunter… Hunter… Mr.Star, can I get any comments on the match?
Hunter Star: You are about to witness a superstar in the making.
The match begins and Riviera sticks to what he knows best. He ramps the tempo up to 11 and keeps Felix guessing. A series of quick kicks and punches, major damage inflicted whilst always maintaining enough distance using his speed. Riviera’s intelligence game is advancing, making him a better wrestler. Riviera does not relent and Felix is unable to get much offense in, a strike here or there but never enough to inflict any serious damage. Riviera increases his urgency as he senses this could be his opportunity. He launches himself off the ropes, ducks under Felix attempted attack and manages to hit a shining sweep for the 1 count...2 count...3 cou…
Samuel Torres: AND HUNTER STAR HAS DRAGGED THE REFEREE OUT OF THE RING JUST WHEN Riviera WAS ABOUT TO WIN IT! Hunter Star rolls into the ring and Riviera without question, squares up to Hunter and begins questioning what he is doing. Hunter is unphased and instead pushes Riviera backwards into the clutches of Felix who hits a big twist on Riviera, leaving him flat out on the canvas. Hunter throws the referee back into the ring and he counts the pin.1...2...3. Felix remains the champion.
Once again, the closing images show Hugo Felix, title in hand, raised aloft by Hunter Star, with Lily Star by his side. This boy has played the game to perfection.

5 Star Show 3 - Stars Collide
Hunter Star: Welcome, to our third Pay-per-View, Stars Collide. Tonight we will see our company superstar and World HeavyWeight Champion, Mr. Hugo Felix, he will successfully defend this title again tonight, this time, the unlucky opponent is Logan Dreamer…
*Zach Cruise’s Entrance Music Hits*
Zach Cruise: Are you kidding me? What do I have to do to get my opportunity around here? Luca Riviera was screwed over and he got another chance. I got screwed over, came out here and proved why I am the best asset in this company, and why I deserve a title shot and you give it to Dreamer. The man who lasted thirty seconds in the star bowl. What do I need to do to become Champion around here?
Hunter Star: Well ladies and gentlemen, it seems we will be having a change of plans this evening.
Zach Cruise: As we should be.
Hunter Star: Our title match between Hugo Felix and Logan Dreamer will still go ahead. However instead of our pre-planned Six man tournament to decide the next contender for the title, we will be having a gauntlet match, whichever man is left unpinned at the end, will be the winner. Oh, and since you decided to come out here and run your mouth, guess who will be our first match. Zach Cruise Vs Nathan Young. Good luck, you’re going to need it.
Samuel Torres: Ladies and Gentlemen, you heard it here first! Main eventing our PPV tonight, we will be having a six man gauntlet match, with whoever is left unpinned or submit by the end, will become the number one contender and will be in next pay-per-views title match, starting us off with Zach Cruise Vs Nathan Young.
Isabella Stone: But before all this excitement occurs, we have to see who the winner will be facing as Logan Dreamer takes on Hugo Felix for the title and that begins right now.
*Logan Dreamer’s Entrance Music Hits*
Isabella Stone: Despite his underwhelming showing in the Star Bowl, Dreamer came back and impressed in the grudge match against Dolph Perez to book himself a title match and he will not be willing to give it up easily.
*Hugo Felix’ Entrance Music Hits*
Samuel Torres: However, if Hugo Felix and more importantly, Hunter Star have anything to do with it, Dreamer won’t have much choice, given the manner in which every match Hugo Felix has been involved in so far has unfolded, I won’t back Dreamer too richly to win this match.
Once again, Hugo Felix isn’t alone, he is escorted to the ring once again by Hunter and Lily Star, but not Sylvia this time. However, there is still a third member of the Star family. In Hunter’s hand, there is a baseball bat. The Star family look like they mean business. Felix rolls into the ring followed by Hunter, who whispers in the referee's ear and the bells rings. Hunter instantly boots Dreamer in the stomach and Felix sweeps his legs out from underneath him. The two men then begin to beat down Dreamer and stamp him to the floor, giving him no chance to even get any offense in. Hunter picks up Dreamer from behind and holds him up, an easy target. Felix picks up the baseball bat, wields it back and smashes it against Dreamer’s body. Lily cheers and encourages Felix from the outside to go again. So he does, again and again and again and again and again until Hunter drops Dreamer’s body to the floor and he doesn’t even move. Felix stands on his chest and the referee counts 1...2...3. Hugo Felix remains champion with Hunter and Lily Star at his side.
Samuel Torres: What we just witnessed ladies and gentlemen, was inhumane. This is no longer wrestling, this is a tyrant running a company. Picking favourites and making everyone else suffer. The reign of Hunter Star and Hugo Felix is in full motion and it doesn’t look like anyone will stop it.
Hugo Felix, Lily Star and Hunter Star don’t go backstage after the title match either, they grab a chair each and take a seat at ringside to watch the gauntlet match.
*Zach Cruise’s Entrance Music Hits*
Isabella Stone: Here is the man who is the reason behind tonight’s gauntlet match. A speech made earlier in the night has led to these events seeing Cruise start off this gauntlet match. We mentioned previously that Hunter had his favourites but he most definitely has his least favourites too and Zach Cruise very quickly became one.
*Nathan Young’s Entrance Music Hits*
Samuel Torres: And with so much of the focus on Zach Cruise, could we be massively underestimating Nathan Young here, the man is a physical submission machine, we didn’t see the best of him in the Star Bowl as the match type wasn’t suited to his strengths, but this match is more in his ball park and it is very possible that he walks into the ring and chokes Cruise out in the first 20 seconds and advancing to the next match himself.
Young and Cruise lock horns and it is like the clash of the titans, two men with size and stature on their side. Young specializes in rendering his opponents motionless, Cruise favours a patient approach and capitalizing on mistakes, the two unleash hammer blow after hammer blow against one another. Right hook after right hook, both men are wearing the other one down. Cruise goes for one right hook too many and Young dodges it and locks Cruise’s arm under his before clamping on the shooting hold. Cruise is fading and fading, looking unable to escape, until he drags himself to the corner and climbs the ropes, swinging the submission round into a DDT, planting Young’s head into the canvas. However, the shooting hold has taken it’s toll on Cruise, he is barely able to get Young back up off the floor before hitting the Cruise driver ‘01 and pinning Young.1...2...3. Cruise advance. Isabella Stone: A huge performance from Cruise to dispatch Young, an effort that warrants a title itself but instead, it takes him only one step closer to earning an opportunity. However he looks spent, being in that shooting hold is enough to end the momentum of almost every opponent and now Cruise has another opponent to face right away in the form of…
*Ivan Gonzalez’s Entrance Music Hits*
Samuel Torres: Ivan Gonzalez, a man we haven’t seen a lot of, often viewed as the underdog in almost every match, he is a man who possesses a lot of talent and is often criminally underrated.
Isabella Stone: And given the fact that Cruise was the man that removed Gonzalez from the Star Bowl match, I wouldn’t expect Gonzalez to take this match too lightly either.
Gonzalez marches down to the ring and he looks like he means business. Cruise has barely recovered from his first match and still lies clutching onto the bottom rope. Gonzalez gets into the ring and looks to pick up a recovering Cruise, however, that isn’t what happens. Cruise is able to grab Gonzalez as he is on the floor and rolls him up.1...2...3. Cruise advances again. Gonzalez is furious and picks Cruise up by his neck, before deciding against trying to inflict any extra damage and puts him down.
Hunter and Felix lean forward more intently, looking more worried at the fact that Cruise has beaten 2 men already, just 3 more to go.
Samuel Torres: That’s two men down now, a much easier experience against Gonzalez than Young after a stroke of genius from Zach Cruise and the man who the crowd were so accustomed to booing, has got the cheers of a thousand followers behind him. Two men down and it seems as if the belief is beginning to take over the arena, that maybe Cruise can do this. However, there are still three more competitors to go and next up is…
*Gabriel Lee’s Entrance Music Hits*
Isabella Stone: Another of Cruise’s enemies. After demanding a match last time out, Cruise embarrassed Lee and I'm sure he will not have forgotten about it easily. Tonight seems like the perfect opportunity for revenge for Lee.
Lee charges down to the ring, he wants to try and catch Cruise off guard, however Cruise is far too experienced for that. Lee launches himself off the top rope to attack Cruise but is caught in the air, Cruise swings Lee around and slams him against the canvas. Despite this Lee kicks up and relaunches his attack, he isn’t going down as easily as last time. Lee wastes no time and out of nowhere hits a Ultimate Missile, drawing blood from Cruise’s face. Cruise needs to rethink his strategy and that is what he does, he elects for a part of his game that he is not the most comfortable with. He sweeps Lee’s legs out from underneath his and locks in an ankle lock that he calls Will Power. Lee is writhing in pain, desperately trying to drag himself to the ropes, but everytime he squirms, Cruise cranks the ankle harder. Eventually Lee can’t take anymore and is forced to tap out. Cruise advances but he is hurting.
Isabella Stone: Somehow he is still going, Cruise beats 3 men now and only has 2 to go before he gets a chance at the title but you can see that he is visibly struggling, not even able to pull himself up to his feet but he is going to have to as his next opponent is on his way.
*Dolph Perez’s Entrance Music Hits*
Samuel Torres: Here he comes a man who may feel like he has a point to prove to everyone, despite his struggles in the switch from MMA to Wrestling, Perez possesses all the components of a World Champion, it just feels like he needs someone to direct him towards that.
Perez makes his way down to the ring slowly, he doesn’t seem to be in any rush to capitalize on a struggling Cruise. Instead of rolling into the ring straight away, he first grabs a microphone.
Dolph Perez: Many of you may call what I am about to do Stupid. This is a chance to pin Cruise and have a one on one match for a title opportunity, however, I do not feel like I am ready to challenge Hugo Felix for the title, but someone who I think is ready, is this man here, Zach Cruise.
Perez goes over to Cruise and picks him up off the canvas.
Dolph Perez: That is why I am going to forfeit my match. If anyone deserves this title shot, it is you.
Perez and Cruise shake hands in an act of unity and respect for one another.
Samuel Torres: An act of unity between the two men here, but more importantly, Cruise has defeated four men, leaving just one man in his way towards his title match against Hugo Felix. Just one opponent left to beat, that opponent is…
*Luca Riviera’s Entrance Music Hits*
Isabella Stone: And what a final opponent to have! These two showed us what they were capable of in the Star Bowl, and now we have a rematch, one on one, winner faces Hugo Felix for the title.
Hugo Felix and Hunter Star now look very worried about what they are seeing unfold in front of them.
Luca Riviera makes his way down to the ring and waits for Cruise to get to his feet.
Zach Cruise: Fight me! FIGHT ME! Riviera gives Cruise what he wants and what unfolds next is 5 minutes of back and forth, high paced wrestling, neither man able to get the upper hand. Whilst Cruise’s body may be tired, his mind isn’t, allowing him to still remain in this battle. Luca Riviera is doing everything he can to desperately win this match, he wants that title opportunity to prove himself. However, desperation turns into making mistakes and that's exactly what happens for Riviera who tries one kick too many, and is reversed by Cruise who latches on the Will Power. Riviera is struggling but is slowly making his way to the ropes. Cruise pulls Riviera by his foot into a Cruise Driver ‘01.1...2...3. Cruise WINS.
Samuel Torres: UNBELIEVABLE! Cruise HAS ACTUALLY WON IT! 5 OPPONENTS AREN’T ENOUGH TO STOP Zach Cruise!
Hunter Star and Hugo Felix don’t appear to like what’s just happened, they both get up out of their chairs and roll into the ring. Cruise is bruised and battered and bleeding all over faces up to them both. However he is not alone, alongside him Riviera squares up to both men as well. Felix and Hunter decide not to take action and leave the ring. Cruise extends a hand out to Riviera. Riviera accepts.
Isabella Stone: So we have more unity in 5 Star for Zach Cruise and next time out he will be facing Hugo Felix for the world heavyweight champion.

5 Star Show 4 - Starstruck
Samuel Torres: Ladies and Gentlemen, tonight we have the long awaited Starstruck pay-per-view, with the most anticipated match of the year, Hunter Star backed World Heavyweight Champion Hugo Felix against the anti-authority, people’s hero, Zach Cruise. Who will come away from tonight as champion. However, before the heavyweight clash of the year, we have a promo lined up from yours truly, Nathan Young.
Nathan Young: I am not out here to make any demands or call out the company. Just one man. Dolph Perez. What sort of man lies down and lets another man take his title opportunity. You had a clear path to facing Hugo Felix, and you did the ‘noble’ thing and stepped out of the way. That doesn’t make you noble. That makes you a coward, too afraid to get his ass whooped in front of all these people and you know that’s true. If not, come out here and face me right now, and I’ll embarrass you in front of everyone else instead.
*Dolph Perez’s entrance music hits*
Isabella Stone: You heard it here first ladies and gentlemen. Nathan Young Vs Dolph Perez, two similarly matched men who specialized in matt-based competition. Two men who possess previous experience in other fighting based sports. A clash of the titans but who will come out on top, a struggling Perez or a confident Young.
The match begins slow and methodical, both men favour a controlling approach, the only real difference is Perez possesses more stamina but Young makes up for it with his added strength and ultimately that ends up being the difference. Not long into the match, Perez attempts to grab Young into a hold, who breaks free and clamps on a shooting hold onto Perez. Perez is fading and fading and fading until he becomes unresponsive and the referee is forced to call the match.
Samuel Torres: And Young wins! More importantly though, Perez loses again, another loss for the man who is trying to transition into the sport from MMA and he is really struggling, and looks like he needs help, someone to manage him in the right direction and help him complete the switch.
Isabella Stone: Another sluggish performance indeed from Perez. However, it is time to move onto our main event for the night, one of the most eagerly anticipated matches of recent time in the wrestling world and by far the biggest match in 5 Star Wrestling history. We have The Company Man, favourites of the higher ups and the only ever 5 Star World Heavyweight Champion, Hugo Felix. He faces the unbeatable, unbreakable, unbelievable Zach Cruise. A man who against all odds, refuses to be stopped until he is 5 Star champion and he has managed to rally the universe behind him.
*Hugo Felix’ Entrance Music Hits*
Samuel Torres: Hugo Felix coming out with the 5 Star World Heavyweight title, Mr. Hunter Star and Miss Lily Star by his side. This man must be the favourite for this match, a man who possesses superhuman levels of strengths, a man who oozes talent and a man who has the backing of the whole company, you will struggle to take the belt off him.
*Zach Cruise’s Entrance Music Hits*
Isabella Stone: However, here is the danger. Zach Cruise, the man who makes promises and always delivers them, if there is anyone who can overcome having all of the odds stacked up against him, then it has to be Cruise. A destructive machine. Surely, we are going to have a new champion tonight.
Felix and Cruise get in the ring but Hunter stands nearby, with suit jacket taken off and shirt sleeves rolled up, he looks ready to get involved whenever needed. The match begins and it is everything we wanted it to be, frantic, all action, all drama. The two men begin exchanging very blows, left hooks, right hooks, kicks, elbows, knee, anything you can imagine happening, the two men hit it. Things begin to flow more and an unbelievable exchange takes place. Felix ducks under a Cruise attack and pushes him to bounce off the ropes, when he bounces back, he pops Cruise up to go for a powerbomb however, Cruise with the most incredible shows of athleticism, turns it into a hurricanrana and slams Felix into the canvas.
The more the match goes on, the more it tips in Cruise’s favour, however, seeing the title potential slipping out of his grasp, Felix desperately throws a heatbutt at Cruise and connects clean, drawing blood. Cruise stumbles backwards to recover on the ropes but is pulled out of the ring by Hunter. Hunter and Felix begin the beatdown on Cruise now, stamping him into the concrete floor until Felix picks Cruise up and throws him against the barriers. Hunter walks away before facing back towards Cruise. On Felix' instruction, Hunter begins charging at Cruise.
Samuel Torres: Cruise is up against the barrier and Hunter is charging at him! He is going to drive him through the barricade! This could spell the end for Cruise. Hunter is charging! SPEAR! HUNTER HAS BEEN SPEARED! Luca Riviera WITH THE SAVE! CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS!
Just as Hunter was about to connect with Cruise, Riviera appears from nowhere and spears Hunter through a different barricade, saving Cruise, who knows makes his way back into the ring but is grabbed from behind by Felix. However, the grapple isn’t strong enough and STUNNER! Cruise hits Felix with the stunner. Cruise wastes no time getting back up and hitting a Cruise Driver ‘01 on Felix. For the title. 1...2...3. Cruise wins.
Isabella Stone: IT HAS HAPPENED! WE HAVE A NEW 5 STAR CHAMPION. Cruise HAS FOUND A WAY TO BEAT THE SYSTEM AND THAT WAY WAS Luca Riviera.
Zach Cruise is presented the title and has his hand raised by Luca Riviera, the two men embrace before Cruise grabs a mic. The whole crowd is behind him and chants his name.
Zach Cruise: I set out with another promise and I delivered! I don’t need to come out and beg for opportunity, I don’t feel like I am owed anything. I came here and I destroyed the competition and I earnt my title opportunity. Tonight, I came out here and I defeated Hugo Felix at his own game and I earned the title. I deserve to be champion because of my own hard work but I could not have done it without one man. Luca Riviera. You came to my aid when I needed you most and I have a lot of respect for you for that so I would like to offer a shot at my title at the next pay-per-view. I want to be the best champion and in order to do that, you have to beat the best. So what do you say?
Luca Riviera: I will see you at Stardom.

5 Star Show 5 - Stardom
Samuel Torres: Tonight we see the first defence our the 5 Star World Heavyweight title by our brand new champion, Zach Cruise, the man who appears to have won the hearts of the crowds has granted a title opportunity to 5 Star favourite Luca Riviera and we will see who will see who comes off best in the start of a new era.
Isabella Stone: But before that, we have a battle royale to see who will be the next challenger to the title, all 6 men not involved in the title match tonight will be placed in the ring and will battle it out until we are left with only one man. Whoever remains will challenge our 5 Star Champion at our next pay-per-view and we begin now.
Logan Dreamer, Dolph Perez, Nathan Young, Ivan Gonzalez, Gabriel Lee and Hugo Felix all make their entrances down to the ring and enter, ready to compete in a 6 man battle royale, as soon as you get pinned you are eliminated, last man not pinned wins the match.
Samuel Torres: All the big names in one match but who is going to come up good today. I have to back Hugo Felix, the only other 5 Star Champion in the business, a man who won a multi-man match to win the title and held onto it for a series of months, coupling this up with his superhuman strength, you are going to struggle to see past him in this match.
Isabella Stone: Well, I am considering someone else, I reckon this could be the environment where we get the best out of Dolph Perez. A man who comes from a close-combat sport, being in a small space with a series of other people having to fend for himself, this could be his area of expertise to exploit.
The match begins and the 6 men split off into 2s, the heated rivalry of Perez and Dreamer seems to fire up again as they fire away at each other, Hugo Felix and Nathan Young take it out of the ring, whereas Ivan Gonzalez and Gabriel Lee begin scraping in the middle of the ring. As the match continues, the men rotate who they are fighting until things begin to heat up.
Perez is finally able to hit a powerful knee strike onto Dreamer’s chin and knocks him to the ground, Perez looks ready to dive to the floor to get the pin but instead falls backwards and is rolled up by Gonzalez.1...2...3. Perez has been eliminated.
Almost instantly, Young has Dreamer’s motionless body in a shooting hold, retching back Dreamer’s arms until he is forced to tap. Dreamer is eliminated.
Samuel Stone: In a matter of seconds, two men are eliminated, Young looking destructive with those submission moves, and Perez will certainly not be happy with Gonzalez, a man desperately trying to prove himself has had yet another chance ripped away from him. I feel like Perez is going to be a very unhappy man.
The match continues now but it is not long until more eliminations occur and a beast emerges from the pack. Gonzalez is showing his talents, bouncing around the ring, firing superkicks at Felix and Lee, springing off the rope but into the clutches of Young who catches him and begins suffocating him, Gonzalez isn’t even able to respond, before he can tap out, he passes out. Gonzalez is eliminated.
Almost immediately after forcing Ivan Gonzalez to pass out, he picks Gabriel Lee up off the floor by his neck and slams him back into the canvas. He places his foot across Lee’s chest for the count.1...2...3. Lee has been eliminated.
Isabella Stone: And just like that, we are done to two. Young looks like a different animal here, taking people out left and right. Two submission eliminations and a pin as well. Young now finds himself in a 1 on 1 against Felix for a chance at the title.
A clash of the titans now, Young Vs Felix, the two biggest and strongest wrestlers in the company going head to head and neither of them holding back. No rest holds here, just two men throwing lefts and rights, kicks, knees, elbows and even headbutts at each other. A back and forth seeing both men take the upper hands at various moments. Eventually though, Felix becomes fatigued and his punches lack power, his kicks lack timing and Young is able to latch on the bear hug, Felix is already fading and is struggling to get to the ropes, he is stranded in the middle of the ring with nowhere to go but refuses to tap so Young keeps the hold on until Felix passes out. Felix is Eliminated.
Samuel Torres: Young wins! What a machine he has looked like in this match, really capturing the form that led him to 5 star, capitalising and focussing on what he does best. Using his submission moves and stature to dominate the competition and dominating this six man battle royale.
Isabella Stone: But who will Young face? We will find out next in the competition between Zach Cruise and Luca Riviera. I have to back Zach Cruise, a man who has delivered on every promise he has made here, destroying all the competition on his route to becoming the 5 Star World Heavyweight Champion, and I don’t think he is going to give it up that easily.
Samuel Torres: Very true, however, don’t write off Luca Riviera. Zach Cruise wouldn’t have won the title without Riviera and I feel like he may have a little soft spot for him, causing him to take Riviera a little bit lightly. With Riviera’s determination to always prove himself, he will not be taking this match lightly at all, and will do everything to win that title.
Luca Riviera and Zach Cruise both come out and the crowd cheers both, they have become some sort of super duo within the 5 star universe. The crowd is electric when both names are announced. The two men meet in the middle of the ring and shake hands, even embrace in a show of respect. However as Riviera heads back to his corner, even before the bell rings, Cruise drags him back and…
Samuel Torres: STUNNER! THE MATCH HASN’T EVEN BEGUN AND Zach Cruise HAS HIT Riviera WITH A STUNNER!
Zach Cruise hits Luca Riviera with a stunner before the match has even begun. However that is not where Cruise stops. He picks Riviera up off the floor and throws him against the ropes before hitting a pop-up powerbomb. Cruise is currently brutalising Riviera. He obtains a steel chair and relents on Riviera, striking him again and again and again just like Felix and Hunter Star did to him. Riviera takes a Cruise Driver ‘01 before being thrown out of the ring. Cruise follows but leaves him alone and instead grabs a mic.
Zach Cruise: There are no handouts here! You helped me win my title, great, that doesn’t mean you deserve a chance at my title. You have to earn it. There are no friends at the top. Everyone just wants you for what you have and I am not going to let that happen. I don’t need anyone else. I am the best here and I will continue to prove by destroying every single person in my way. I am the champion and there is nothing any of you can do about it.
The final images of the event show an ambulance pulling into the arena and Luca Riviera being stretchered out of the arena, put into the back of an ambulance and driven to hospital. Cruise exits the ring and leaves the arena, dragging his title behind him.

5 Star Show 6 - All Stars
Samuel Torres: Welcome back ladies and gentlemen to another 5 Star Wrestling Pay-Per-View. After his actions last time out against Luca Riviera, how will the 5 Star universe receive Zach Cruise and his devilish antics when he faces up against our Number 1 contender and surprise package of recent times, Nathan Young.
Isabella Stone: An exciting clash indeed, in our other match for the night, a frustrated and aggravated Dolph Perez who claims he is having all his chances stolen away from him will face up against Ivan Gonzalez, the man who rolled him up and eliminated him from our multi-man number one contenders match, Perez was fuming with how he was eliminated and demanded a match against Gonzalez to prove himself.
Samuel Torres: Speaking of which, he comes Perez now and tonight he looks like he means business.
*Dolph Perez’s Entrance Music Hits*
Isabella Stone: Perez is a dangerous man and for one reason or another, his switch to wrestling has not been met with the same success that many anticipated. He has all the components of a future world heavyweight champion yet nothing is clicking for him and he is now becoming easily angered and led by aggression as opposed to thinking smartly, which is what has led him to engaging in this match.
*Ivan Gonzalez’s Entrance Music Hits*
Samuel Torres: Maybe today could be Perez’s break as he faces off against this man, Ivan Gonzalez. This is Gonzalez’s first one-on-one match in 5 Star, so far he has competed in a range of multiman and gauntlet matches where he is yet to register any real success, he is one of the wrestler’s really in the shadows of some of the bigger wrestlers such as Cruise and Felix but maybe today could be the start of him proving his worth here in this company.
Perez looks furious, and full of rage. Gonzalez looks calm. Either he has a plan or he is a full blown psychopath. Perez charges straight at Gonzalez but he easily evades. One thing Gonzalez possesses is speed, he has the footwork to avoid a variety of attacks but also the speed in his own attacks to get off a few hits before his opponent can react. Gonzalez frequently lures Perez in to charging at him with attack but avoids, even hitting a few kicks and punches of his own which seems to be angering Perez further. Gonzalez looks like he is toying with Perez until Perez finally makes contact with Gonzalez and spears him to the ground. Gonzalez kicks up and now he looks angry too. Without a second of hesitation, Perez and Gonzalez launch at each other at the same time but Gonzalez catches Perez with an end of days still move and plants him face first into the canvas. Gonzalez then makes his way to the corner and waits for Perez to recover to his knees but planting a powerful knee strike just behind Perez’s ear, rendering him unconscious. The referee calls the match and Gonzalez is victorious.
Samuel Torres: Another missed opportunity for Perez, another match and another underwhelming performance where he has let his emotions get the better of him and he is unable to perform to the same level that his talents should allow. Something has got to change drastically for him soon or else he will be heading out of the door as quickly as he entered it.
Isabella Stone: But let’s not just focus on Perez here, not a spectacular but a textbook performance from Gonzalez and one he also needed, a win under his belt will allow him to push off this performance and try to build up his attempt to get a world title shot.
Samuel Torres: Speaking of the World Title, Zach Cruise still possesses it but has a challenge on his hands in his next title defence. In the elimination match last time out, Nathan Young looked destructive last week and may actually prove to be a viable threat to Zach Cruise this time out.
Isabella Stone: However, Zach Cruise looks ruthless. Despite Luca Riviera helping Cruise win the title, Cruise showed no favourites and no loyalties. Cruise came out and destroyed Luca Riviera. Cruise challenged the system and the owner of 5 Star wrestling in order to get his chance to become 5 Star Champion and he is not going to let anyone beat him for it or let anyone get close enough to challenge him for it.
*Nathan Young’s Entrance Music Hits*
Samuel Torres: I am going to back Young in this title match, he looks like a new kind of monster after the match last time out and I am sure he will be able to have enough power to take the title off Cruise.
*Zach Cruise’s Entrance Music Hits*
Isabella Stone: Well I am going to stick behind the Champion, he has worked his ass off to get to this position and I don’t think a little run of form from Young is going to be enough to dispose the Champion.
Cruise and Young start and it appears this time Cruise isn’t sending out a message attacking Young early. Cruise wants to defend his title legitimately this time. Cruise does come flying out the gates with a flurry of powerful strikes, landing several punches to the torso of Young, trying to tire him out but Young continues to strike back. The match is back and forth with Cruise frequently looking the stronger of the two until Young pegs him back. Eventually, Young seizes his opportunity and locks on a submission hold from behind, similar to a full nelson hold. Cruise is struggling due to Young’s superior strength and submission expertise however Cruise fights away and is just about able to reach his arms around Young’s neck and pull down, performing a stunner on Young. Young is now left startled on the floor and Cruise latches, picking him up and hitting a Cruise Driver ‘01Scot on him before going for the pin.1...2...3. Cruise retains.
After the match has concluded, Cruise is done. He performs another two stunners on Young before throwing him out of the ring and power-bombing him against the barricade. Cruise decides this is enough and leaves the arena, again dragging his title behind him. Young is taken away on a stretcher and similar to Riviera in the previous Pay-Per-View, Young is taken to hospital.

5 Star Show 7 - Starcast
Samuel Torres: We return once again Ladies and Gentlemen to another 5 Star Pay-per-view with Starcast. Tonight we have one match and one match only but it’s a huge match. In light of recent events, with Cruise launching attacks on Scott and Collyer in light of their recent matches, he damaged both men enough to put them out of action. 5 Star owner Hunter Star has had enough of Cruise’s recent actions and has decided that in his most recent title defence, Cruise will be placed inside a chamber alongside 5 other men, with whoever is the last man standing will become 5 Star Champion.
Isabella Stone: Indeed, Cruise will start in the ring Logan Dreamer with Perez, Gonzalez, Lee and Felix in chambers. Every two minutes, a random superstar will be released from their chamber and will join in the match. If a superstar is pinned or submitted they will be eliminated from the match and lose your chance at winning the title. The last match not to be submitted or pinned will become the 5 Star World Champion.
*Zach Cruise’s Entrance Music Hits*
Samuel Torres: Here comes our current World Champion Zach Cruise, who has all the odds of the world stacked against him, facing 5 other men who are desperate to take his title off him. Hunter Star has done everything he can to try and forced Cruise to lose his title and nothing as of yet has worked however, this is the biggest challenge yet for Cruise.
*Logan Dreamer’s Entrance Music Hits*
Isabella Stone: Here comes his first competitor, Logan Dreamer, a man who has failed to capitalise on the momentum he should have got from his major victory over Dolph Perez, but could today be his chance to make up for that and become the brand new 5 Star Champion.
The match begins with Cruise and Dreamer going head to head, Dreamer looks tentative whereas Cruise looks motivated to fight. Cruise comes out all guns blazing, throwing Dreamer all over the ring. Dreamer is barely able to get any offense in, but Cruise doesn’t look like he wants to pin Dreamer just yet, he seems to be having great fun manhandling Dreamer all over this ring. Cruise proceeds to powerbomb Dreamer against the steel chains of the chamber. Dreamer is barely moving.
Samuel Torres: Our first competitor is set to enter the match and who is it going to be… it’s Perez, the man looking to prove himself, is he able to make an impact in this match as our third entrant.
Perez’s chamber opens and he enters the match but also looks tentative. Cruise just stares Perez down before throwing Dreamer back into the ring and gesturing at him before saying “Time for revenge”. Perez without hesitation, picks Dreamer up and hits a superkick on him before going for the pin.1...2...3. Dreamer has been eliminated.
Isabella Stone: And like that, there goes Dreamer, Perez is able to get revenge on Dreamer and could we be seeing the start of an alliance between Perez and Cruise.
Cruise climbs back into the ring and sticks out a hand for Perez to shake. Perez obliges and shakes his hand but Cruise doesn’t let go. Cruise proceeds to launch Perez against the ropes and pop up powerbombs him into the canvas. Cruise proceeds to hit a Cruise Driver ‘01 before pinning him.1...2...3. Perez has been eliminated.
Samuel Torres: And just like that, Cruise has betrayed someone else and pins Perez, eliminating another member of this match. Leaving himself alone in the ring and with time to recover until superstar number 4 is released who is…
*Gabriel Lee’s Entrance Music Plays*
Lee leaves his chamber and refuses to be scared of Cruise, which isn’t the wisest decision. He climbs to the top rope right away and tries to launch himself at Cruise but is caught. Cruise with Lee in his hands, runs at the corner post and cracks his back against the post before lifting Lee high above his head and throwing him into the canvas. Cruise picks Lee back up by his neck and slams back into the canvas. 1...2...3. Lee has been eliminated.
Isabella Stone: Cruise is absolutely unstoppable. He has gained a ruthless streak to him, destroying every single person in his path without a single moment of hesitation. Nothing else appears to matter to him, just the fact that he wins and he is carrying it out to perfection, he is a machine and there appears to be no way to stop him.
Once again in this match, Cruise is standing alone in the ring waiting for someone else to enter the ring and this time it’s the turn of Ivan Gonzalez who is the next to enter the ring. Gonzalez poses a much harder challenge for Cruise as he is finally carrying a bit of momentum and this is when the match begins to carry a bit more flow and speed to this match. An amazing series of high octane moves and clash between the two wrestlers, carrying all the way through to when Hugo Felix is released from his chamber and this is when the match reaches its peak, all three men are involved in an unbelievable three man match including some major moments. Gonzalez launches Felix into a pod outside of the ring but when he turns round Cruise is charging and spears. Gonzalez leaps over the spear of Cruise and instead Cruise collides with Felix spearing him through the pod, smashing it. From there Cruise climbs back in the ring to recover but Gonzalez now on top of the pod, dives off the top and lands on Cruise with a huge frog splash and goes for the pin.1...2...Cruise kicks out. Gonzalez was seconds away from pinning Cruise. Cruise proceeds to hit Gonzalez with a stunner and pins him.1...2...3.
Isabella Stone: We were seconds away from having a new 5 star world champion! Everyone thought Gonzalez was about to eliminate Cruise and leave himself one on one with Felix but instead Cruise lives on and shows why he is a class above by eliminating Gonzalez instantly.
Felix finally begins stirring but is in no condition to really carry on wrestling and is there for Cruise to pin him and end this match. However Cruise doesn’t want to make it that easy. Cruise manages to get Felix to sit on top of one of the pods and proceeds to stand on top of the ropes in front of him. Cruise jumps off the top rope and stunners Felix on the top of the chamber. Felix is now motionless and Cruise rolls over and pins him.1...2...3. Cruise is victorious again.
Samuel Torres: You can stack all the odds against him but nothing seems humanly possible to stop Zach Cruise being 5 Star Champion. 5 competitors he outlasts to hang on to his title. Can he be stopped? Find out at the Super Star Showdown.

5 Star Show 8 - SuperStar Showdown
Samuel Torres: Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to 5 Star’s biggest show of the year. This is SuperStar Showdown. This is 5 Star’s last designated show of the year, the climax to a whole year of work. Tonight we conclude our first full year as a company and what a year it has been. We’ve had heroes and villains, success and disappointment and yet we aren’t done yet. Tonight, we have our first ever Kickstarter match for a Kickstarter contract. This contract will give the winning superstar a chance for an instant title match or the chance to enter a current title match. Due to recent injuries caused by Zach Cruise, it has been announced that this match will be competed between Dolph Perez, Ivan Gonzalez, Logan Dreamer and Gabriel Lee.
Isabella Stone: After that we will have our final title match of the year, yet to be announced, Hunter Star himself will come to the ring for the main event and announce Zach Cruise’s competitor for the first time right now. Who will it be? Will Cruise be able to retain his title on the biggest stage of them all? He has looked unstoppable so far but right now we have Hunter Star here to announce who will take on Cruise.
Hunter Star: Zach Cruise has been the champion for too long in this company. He has paraded around here and injured far too many superstars. Our champion should be a leader, someone that everyone can look up to, not a crazed maniac going around damaging the competition. That’s why I have decided that Hugo Felix should be the man to challenge Zach Cruise. He has all the assets of a true champion and had the belt stolen from him by Cruise originally.
Samuel Torres: You heard it here first people, Hunter Star has announced our All Stars main event, Zach Cruise Vs Hugo Felix for the 5 Star Heavyweight Championship, who will emerge victorious, last time out it was Cruise with the help of Luca Riviera but you can guarantee he won’t have that this time.
Isabella Stone: But before we see how that match unwinds, we have our four men in the ring ready to take part in the inaugural Kickstarter match and I am going to have to back Ivan Gonzalez, he is carrying the most momentum out of the four men and I think he will be able to capitalize on that and grab that contract first.
The four men begin the match with a feeling out process, nobody wants to be the first to launch an attack and leave themselves vulnerable. Dreamer decides a smart plan is to roll out of the ring and not be the first to make a mistake, however that decision may have been a mistake as Gonzalez instantly launches himself over the ropes and straight into Dreamer, knocking him over. Lee is mesmerized by what has just happened but Perez capitalizes and attacks Lee from behind, slamming him into the corner before he bounces back into Perez who proceeds to clothesline him down.
Samuel Torres: Rumours have it that Perez has found a training partner behind the scenes to help him adapt to life in 5 Star Wrestling which may help bring his performances closer to his level of talent, if these rumours are true then we could be looking at a dangerous assets in 5 star next year.
The match continues to progress with all four men showing a flurry of offence and staking their claim as to why they are going to win this match. As the match begins to wind down towards a finish, the action picks up considerably. Perez finds himself fighting Lee outside of the ring and Lee is able to get the better of him, throwing him onto the announce table. Gonzalez climbs the ladder and instead of grabbing the contract, he decides to put on a show, standing up on the ladder and facing away from Perez. Gonzalez proceeds to backflip off the ladder in Perez’s direction however Perez gets up and slams Gonzalez into the announce table, incapacitating him. Perez is also down. Dreamer is in the ring now climbing the ladder, looking like he may win the contract, but Lee slides into the ring and pushes the ladder over with force, causing Dreamer to fall off and onto Perez who was slowly getting back to his feet. Lee now sees his opportunity. He picks up the ladder and climbs it as quickly as his body will allow him. The other three men are stirring but none of them are close enough to stop him. Lee unhooks the contract and holds it aloft. Lee wins.
Isabella Stone: The most unlikely of victores, Lee capitalises on the right moments falling in his favour and grabs the kickstarter contract. A man who has struggled to make an impact in 5 Star over the course of year one but now has the power to cause some damage in year two, we are looking at a future 5 Star Champion.
Samuel Torres: And speaking of champions, we have our current champion making his way down to the ring now, Zach Cruise with his last title defence of the year. Can he retain it again?
*Zach Cruise’s Entrance Music Hits*
Isabella Stone: I believe he has all the talent to retain the title in a fair one on one match against Hugo Felix, but something tells me that Hunter Star isn’t going to let that happen against Cruise. Hunter has professed his hatred for Cruise and I feel like he may have a few tricks up his sleeve to make sure he loses it.
*Hugo Felix’ Entrance Music Hits*
Hugo Felix comes out alongside Hunter Star and Lily Star, Hunter has a microphone in hand and looks set to make an announcement.
Hunter Star: Oh Zach Cruise. You have been nothing but a pain in my ass since you turned up, trying to walk around like some sort of hero but you aren’t that, you are not a hero, you are a coward. Someone wasn’t willing to fight so he snaked those close to him and wormed his way to still be 5 Star Champion. Well, tonight that ends. This isn’t going to be a simple one on one match for you Mr.Cruise. Oh no. Tonight we will have Zach Cruise Vs Hugo Felix Vs…
*Luca Riviera’s Entrance Music Hits*
Samuel Torres: HE’S BACK! WE HAVEN’T SEEN Riviera SINCE Cruise PUT HIM ON THE SHELF! AND IT LOOKS LIKE HE JOINED FORCES WITH HUNTER AND Felix. Felix, Riviera, Hunter and Lily march down to the ring in unison. Felix and Riviera roll in from either side and stare Cruise down. The bells rings and the massacre begins. Felix and Riviera are relentless; they battered Cruise without hesitation. Cruise is able to get some strikes in himself but not enough to mount any formidable attack. Riviera and Felix always find a way to get the better of him. They punch and kick him until he can’t fight back anymore. They take it in turns to hold him up and perform big moves on him, before dropping his body back to the floor.
Isabella Stone: Ladies and Gentlemen, I think we are going to be having a brand new champion here tonight, Cruise looks beaten and bruised.
Cruise is bleeding on the canvas but Felix and Riviera break into argument. Each demanding that they are going to be the one who pins Cruise to become 5 Star champion. The argument gets heated and Hunter is forced to intervene. They can’t come to a decision as to who should win. Cruise staggers to his feet and performs a low blow on Felix, before attempting to roll Riviera up. Riviera escapes but is hit with a stunner rendering him unconscious. Cruise picks up Felix who is writhing in pain and performs a Cruise Driver ‘01 before throwing Felix body on top of Riviera. Cruise makes his way back to the corner… He is about to curbstomp both men at the same time. Cruise launches himself out of the corner…
Samuel Torres: WHO IS THAT! Cruise HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN! IT’S Lee! SURELY HE ISN’T CASHING IN NOW!
After knocking Cruise to the canvas with the briefcase, Lee drags Cruise’s body and drops him on top of Riviera and Felix before returning to the corner of his attack. He launches out of the corner and Curbstomps all three men into the canvas at once. Blood pours out.
Isabella Stone: Lee IS CASHING IN! WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A NEW CHAMPION!
Lee cashes in his Kickstarter Contract. He picks up Riviera who is now bleeding relentlessly into the canvas, his stitches have reopened. Lee DDTs Riviera into the ground and goes for the pin.1...2...3. Lee is victorious.
Samuel Torres: HE HAS DONE IT! WE HAVE A BRAND NEW CHAMPION! Gabriel Lee IS THE NEW 5 STAR HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION. WELCOME TO THE NEW ERA!
The show ends with Lee standing victorious on the ropes over the bodies of Cruise, Felix and Riviera with Hunter watching on. The crowd are electric for Lee, his music plays as he soaks in the moment.
