War of the Immortals is a long running TEW Mod series, that combines different wrestling eras and puts most wrestlers in their prime. If you ever wanted to book Bruno Sammartino vs. Roman Reigns, Hogan vs. El Santo or The Rockers vs. The Young Bucks this is the go to mod. WotI VI: Fury Mania takes more of an "Attitude" approach than its previous versions, by highlighting beef between wrestlers, backstage conflicts, steamy scandals and media presence with hundreds of narratives. The Japanese, Mexican and European wrestling scene received some love as well and is now represented appropriately.
Credits go to: Tommy for the original TEW2010 Database and mrkayfabe for continuing the Mod. Togg for Shattered Glow Graphics. Fleisch, Questlove and Mammoth because i have used data from their Mods. iDOL for his Stable Logo pack. |

First of all, I would like to thank you for releasing this wonderful mod for this game as well. I already loved the mod for TEW!
Is it intentional that the events are all set to "importance: null"? The TV shows, on the other hand, seem to be set to "normal" everywhere. 🤔
Edit: I also noticed that according to the mod, all promotions were founded in January 1980, is there a reason for this or is it just due to time constraints?

First of all, I would like to thank you for releasing this wonderful mod for this game as well. I already loved the mod for TEW! Is it intentional that the events are all set to "importance: null"? The founded in 1980 thing happened while converting the mod from TEW, but shouldn´t matter as dates are screwed up anyways in WOTI (no way around it for this mod). Importance Null is not intentional, and was overseen on my part. If i ever put out a 1.1 version it will be fixed.

The 1980 is/was a converting issue, I had to fix those with SQL/Excel in the 1992 mod I converted earlier. |

Created an account to say thank you for porting this over and thanks for this great mod overall.
This brought my enjoyment of TEW from 5 to a 9. It's the only thing I looked for when researching this game and very pleasantly surprised to see it here.
Guess I'll be diving into Pro Wrestling Sim now thanks to you!

Any updates planned? No updates planed, it is just too much work editing one version for each game. So if anyone wants to pick up the PWS WOTI version and continue working on it, feel free to do so. |
