In 1997, the WWF and WCW are in a blood feud over who would become THE number one wrestling company. Irritated by being misued, and annoyed by the absolute lack of respect for wrestling in this alternative universe, William Regal leaves WCW and forms a new company under his beliefs, hoping to produce the absolute best talent in order of restoring honor in professional wrestling. Enter Pure Wrestling Entertainment for the top tier talent in America today.
