Stone Cold Steve Austin (C) vs The Undertaker
(On the Raw after Backlash, The Undertaker reveals that not only has he kidnapped Stephanie McMahon, he’s also kidnapped Shane McMahon as well. After footage of The Ministry of Darkness torturing Shane and Stephanie is shown, 'Taker promises Vince that if he hands him the WWF Championship at Over the Edge, not only will he return his children to him, but the Higher Power will reveal itself to the entire world. Stone Cold just wants to kick The Deadman’s ass. Stone Cold hits Undertaker with a Stone Cold Stunner, but Vince hesitates to count to three because he wants Shane and Stephanie back. An enraged Stone Cold gets in Vince’s face and they exchange words. Vince then snaps and strikes Stone Cold, allowing 'Taker to land a Tombstone on The Texas Rattlesnake. Vince then reluctantly logs the three count to screw Stone Cold over.)
Note
(Vince comes out on the Raw after Over the Edge and demands for the Ministry to come out, instead, Stone Cold comes out, pissed off cause Vince screwed him out of the title, and gives him a stunner. Outcomes The Undertaker, with The Ministry, Vince's kids, and The Higher Power. Taker gives Vince his kids back, and the higher power takes off his hood to reveal himself to be (NOT JAKE ROBERTS!, cause Heroes of Wrestling happened around this same time, and let's be real, yes Jake makes the most sense, but do you want "you wanna play 21, well I got 22" Jake as the Higher Power?) THE MILLION DOLLAR MAN TED DIBIASE! "IT"S ME AUSTIN! IT WAS ME, ALL ALONG AUSTIN" *cue Ted's laugh*. The Million Dollar man reveals his hatred for Austin, for losing to Savio Vega on purpose to banish him from the WWF, and his hatred for Vince, for hiring Jack Tunney, who made him actually compete in a tournament for the WWF Championship, so he reached out to the Undertaker, the same man he brought to the WWF, to bring him back so he could exact his revenge. Ted then says "I cost Austin, the WWF Championship, and I'm about to cost Vince, his son". Shane then attacks Vince, turning heel and joining the Ministry, as the Ministry bloody both Austin and Vince.)
