(John Cena is drafted to Raw and brings the WWE Championship with him, which is announced during an episode of The Highlight Reel. Christian, who believes he has been overlooked too long, attacks Cena and challenges him to a match for the WWE Championship, with Jericho also staking his claim for a shot at Cena's WWE Championship. In the buildup, Y2J turns heel on Cena after a tag match against Christian and Tyson Tomko. Christian says he’ll take the WWE Championship for the sake of all his peeps, because that's how he rolls. Jericho says it's been 3 long years since he held the WWE Championship, it's time he gets it back. Cena says that he welcomes the challenge of the 2 Canadians, but Raw is now his yard, and he proves it at Vengeance.)
Hell in a Cell Match for the Money in the Bank Briefcase
Batista (MITB Holder) vs Triple H
(Batista is drafted to SmackDown, but Triple H goads him into putting the Money in the Bank Briefcase on the line for one more match in the hopes that he can keep the Briefcase on Raw and send The Animal to SmackDown empty-handed. Batista wants to fully exorcise his demons so he accepts.)
Street Fight for the World Heavyweight Championship
Randy Orton (C) vs Edge
(The Rated R Superstar and Legend Killer continue feuding following Orton's victory over Edge at Backlash. The feud heats up after a Mixed Tag Match on Raw where Edge "accidentally" spears Lita. Edge says that his accident with Lita where he unintentionally speared her turned out to work in his favor, because now it's gonna lead him to the World Heavyweight Championship. Towards the end of the match, Lita runs down towards the end of the match, and just when she looks like she's gonna cost Edge as payback for Spearing her, she low blows Randy instead. The Ultimate Opportunist then spears Orton for the win, ending Orton's 315-day reign . Edge and Lita then celebrate in the ring, but it doesn't end there, as Matt Hardy comes out from the crowd, hits Edge with a twist of fate, before running off being chased off by security.)

Edge (C) w/Lita vs Batista (MITB Holder)
