Juvi says Psicosis was like a brother to him, you don't just betray familia like that, he's gonna give him what he deserves. (Ric Flair and Triple H renew hostilities after The Game costs Flair a Money in the Bank qualifying match with Carlito on Raw. Flair returns the favour by costing Trips a match with John Cena. For weeks, both men attack each other backstage and brawl around arenas until acting Raw GM Jonathan Coachman decides that there’s only one way to end this - a last man standing match. This is the culmination of their feud. WWE Intercontinental Championship
Gregory Helms (C) vs Shelton Benjamin
Hardcore Match
Mick Foley vs Shawn Michaels
(Instead of HBK feuding with Vince McMahon, taking a live urinal test and whacking five male cheerleaders (sorry Dolph Ziggler) with a megaphone, things are done differently. Because f*ck Vince, am I right lads. Mick Foley returns for a one-off appearance on Raw. Foley says he’s never had a WrestleMania moment and this year, he will get it no matter what. Shawn Michaels interrupts and says if Mick is looking for a WrestleMania moment, then he can always step up to the man with dozens of Mania moments to his name. Foley challenges Michaels to a match and says that since Shawn is known as Mr WrestleMania, he wants to make it a hardcore match to make sure the odds are even. HBK accepts and promises to be the one standing tall at the end. Foley then says "We’ll see" and turns to leave, but turns heel and viciously attacks HBK, leaving him a bloody mess. Both men beat the absolute hell out of each other.)
Triple Threat Match for the World Heavyweight Championship
JBL (C) vs Rey Mysterio vs Kurt Angle
(On the SmackDown after No Way Out, JBL throws a party for himself in celebration for his win. He proclaims himself a "Wrestling God" and that he’s taken the brand to new heights since he’s been World Champion. Rey Mysterio interrupts and says that the people are sick and tired of having JBL run SmackDown, and that he’s tired of a deluded loudmouth disrespecting the name of Eddie Guerrero. Bradshaw attacks Rey and lays him out with a Clothesline from Hell, before Kurt Angle, still not finished with JBL, runs down for the save. Thanks to a distraction from Rey, Kurt finally beats JBL in a non-title match on Smackdown to get added to the match. In the build, Rey says he beat JBL once at WrestleMania and that he’ll beat him again and become World Heavyweight Champion. Angle says that JBL keeps on lucking out time and time again, this time, there's gonna be no excuses when he snaps his angle and becomes World Heavyweight Champion. Bradshaw says that lightning won’t strike twice when it comes to Rey, and Angle has had 1 chance too many to try and defeat him, and not only that, he’ll continue making Eddie’s name proud. JBL comes out in a low rider adorned with his signature longhorns. This proves to be JBL’s last act of disrespect as Rey beats him for the second year in a row. The match also goes longer than 9 minutes.)
Falls Count Anywhere Match for the WWE Championship
Edge (C) w/Lita vs John Cena
(John Cena defeats Triple H on Raw to become the number one contender. In the build, Edge says he’s not going to be a transitional champion at Cena’s expense and will show everyone why he belongs at the top of the mountain. Cena says that he wants to batter Edge all over the United Center (not The Allstate Arena, seriously WWE, why do you never use The United Center?) to become a 3-time WWE Champion. Cena AA's Edge off the apron through a flaming table for the win, becoming a 3-time WWE Champion in the main event of Wrestlemania 22.)

Rey Mysterio (C) vs Kurt Angle
(Following Rey's world title win at Wrestlemania, his first challenger is the man who he didn't pin in the triple threat, Kurt Angle, who beats JBL in a #1 contenders match on Smackdown to get the opportunity. The match initially happens on an episode of Smackdown, but JBL interference causes it to end in a nonfinish. This match is made a lumberjack match following JBL's antics on Smackdown.
