NEW INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION CROWNED; HUGE EIGHT MAN TAG TEAM MATCH FOR WRESTLEMANIA
SmackDown! opens with Wade Barrett coming out talking about WrestleMania and the last nine months. Barrett has said that he's won NXT season one, won the NXT Championship, led NEXUS to the biggest SummerSlam win, beat John Cena and became the WWE Champion and that he has one of the most successful rookie years in the history of the WWE. Barrett says the last few months have been rough but tonight he's going to make sure he goes on to his first WrestleMania and make a statement like he's been doing. Barrett calls out the WWE Intercontinental Champion, Kaval to a match at WrestleMania for the championship. Kaval comes out and talks about how he's a fighting champion unlike Barrett and Kaval doesnt hide behind a group. Kaval says he's ready to fight tonight and accepts Barrett's challenge but tells Barrett they ae going to fight, RIGHT NOW. The Intercontinental Championship match starts and Barrett and Kaval go back and forth. Kaval got the challenger Barrett down and goes up to the top rope ready to hit the Mushroom Stomp before Heath Slater and Justin Gabriel come down and distract the referee and Kaval. Rycklon Stephens comes out and pushes Kaval off the top rope giving Barrett the opportunity to hit Kaval with the Wasteland for the pinfall and to become the new WWE Intercontinental Champion. Barrett grabs the microphone and says that tonight was the debut of the newest faction of the WWE "CODE". The members continue to attack Kaval before Kofi Kingston comes out to make the save but the numbers are too much, CODE keeps the beating on both men before the Big Show comes out and clears house. the Big Show comes on the microphone and challenges Wade Barrett to a eight man tag team match at WrestleMania between the Big Show, Kaval, Kofi Kingston and a mystery partner vs Barrett, Gabriel, Slater and Stephens.

TWO HUGE CONFRONTATIONS BEFORE WRESTLEMANIA
RAW opens with the Game, Triple H coming down to the ring. Triple H talks about his WrestleMania history and that on Sunday he's going to continue to make history and be the only man to defeat the Undertaker on the biggest stage. Triple H talks about last years WrestleMania main event between the Undertaker and Shawn Michaels which resulted in Michaels retiring. Triple H says that at WrestleMania XXVII this match will mark the End of an Era. Triple H says that the Undertaker is here tonight and tells the Deadman to come down to the ring. Out comes the Undertaker and Taker talks about how beating Michaels at WrestleMania was just business but what the Undertaker is going to do to Triple H this Sunday is strictly personal. Triple H says that the stakes are about to get bigger and challenges the Undertaker to a No Holds Barred match. the Undertaker says that he's going to end the career of Triple H just like he did to Shawn Michaels. All of a sudden Shawn Michaels comes out and confronts both men. Shawn tells Triple H that he stood in the same spot that Triple H was in a year ago and after losing to the Undertaker at WrestleMania, not only did Shawn Michaels career end, his life has been different. Shawn Michaels tells Triple H that he's accomplished everything there is to do in professional wrestling but going up against the Undertaker at WrestleMania is going to be the most difficult moment in Triple H's career. Shawn Michaels says that he's emailed the RAW Anonymous GM and they have agreed that theres only one man to referee this match and it's the Heartbreak Kid!. Michaels says that he's going to be the official for the match and will make sure the better man will walk out of Atlanta.
 Three of the biggest legends in the history of professional wrestling six days before the WrestleMania match between Triple H and the Undertaker. Shawn Michaels announces that he will be the special guest referee for the "End of the Era" match. the WWE Champion Miz comes out to host a special WrestleMania edition of MizTV. the Miz says his guest tonight is the challenger for his WWE Championship, John Cena. the Miz says that he knows the Rock is the guest host of WrestleMania and tells the Rock to keep his nose out of the Miz's match or else the Miz will beat the Rock all the way back to Hollywood. the Miz says that he is a biggest movie star than the Rock will ever be and says that the Miz after WrestleMania will be filming the biggest blockbuster of all time. John Cena comes out and the Miz tells Cena how it feels to know he will lose in the main event of WrestleMania. John Cena says that he's got alot on his mind but the one thing he knows in his heart is that he will walk out of WrestleMania as a 8x WWE Champion and nobody, not the Rock, not AC Riley and not the Miz will stop that. the Miz says John Cenas time is up and its the Miz's time now. the Miz says that John Cena will once again end up a loser just like everybody in this arena. the Miz says that John Cena needs to worry about the Miz and not the Rock. the Miz says that at the end of WrestleMania, the Miz is going to stand tall and that is going to be the most AWESOME WrestleMania moment of all time. the Miz drops the microphone and stands toe to toe with John Cena before AC Riley comes out and starts attacking John Cena. the Miz attempts to hit John Cena with the WWE Championship but John Cena moves and the Miz hit's AC Riley. John Cena gets the Miz up for the FU but the Miz wiggles away and runs to the back leaving AC Riley alone before John Cena puts Riley in the STFU as the Miz watches from atop the ramp.  the Miz and John Cena face off one last time before WrestleMania. EDGE GETS THE LAST LAUGH BEFORE WRESTLEMANIA
SmackDown! opens with Alberto Del Rio coming down to the ring with BRODUS and Ricardo Rodriquez. Del Rio says that his destiny will be fulfilled this Sunday at WrestleMania when he becomes the World Heavyweight Champion. Del Rio says he's sick and tired of the two Canadian perros running around and attempting to take away everything Del Rio has worked for. Del Rio runs down the recent events ever since he won the Royal Rumble and picked Edge to face at WrestleMania. Del Rio says that this Sunday Edge will once again lose at WrestleMania. All of a sudden a tow truck comes out to the arena and attached is Del Rio's $100,000 Rolls Royce. Edge comes out of the passenger seat and gets on top of the bed of the truck and tells Del Rio that Sunday the only destiny that Del Rio will fulfill will be the Destiny of Losing and that he's faced some of the biggest names at WrestleMania and he's been in the biggest moments and Edge will once again make a WrestleMania moment when he stands tall and retains the World Heavyweight Championship. Edge looks at Del Rio's vehicle and says that black isnt Edge's favorite color and Edge proceeds to spray paint the hood of Del Rio's car! Del Rio is freaking out and sends BRODUS to attack Edge but Christian comes out and hits BRODUS with a tire iron. Both Christian and Edge proceed to not only spray paint the rest of Del Rio's car but take turns smashing out the windows while Del Rio stands in the middle of the ring in anger. Edge gets on the hood of the car and celebrates with the World Heavyweight Championship belt.  Two days before the World Heavyweight Championship match, Edge along with Christian destroy Del Rio's $100,000 Rolls Royce. |

the RAW after WrestleMania opened with the Great One, the Rock coming out to the post-Mania crowd. the Rock talks about the historical night and how there was one thing missing last night and that is the Rock laying the smackdown on some jabroni in front of the millions and millions of fans. the Rock says that he mightve been the Master of Ceremonies last night but next year at WrestleMania, the Rock is going to go one on one in the main event with whoever wants to bring it. the Rock says he watched the main event real close last night and said that he saw John Cena once again become the WWE Champion and how Cena vs the Rock at WrestleMania will be the biggest main event in WrestleMania history. All of a sudden the new WWE Champion John Cena comes out and says that the Rock needs to realize that if he wants some, he can get some at WrestleMania XXVIII. the Rock and John Cena go face to face befor the former WWE Champion the Miz comes out with AC Riley. the Miz said that John Cena is the luckiest man in the world and that the Rock will always be overhyped and overrated. Miz said that last night Cena mightve won but his WWE Championship reign wont last very long and the Miz said he will challenge Cena at Extreme Rules for the WWE Championship. the Miz taunted the Rock and said that if the Rock wants to get beat up too he will send the Rock back to Hollywood. AC Riley and the Miz went and started attacking both John Cena and the Rock but John Cena and the Rock got back at the heels before John Cena hit AC Riley with the FU and the Rock hit the Miz with a Rock Bottom. After that Cena and the Rock stood nose to nose with the Rock and John Cena exchanging taunts making the main event for next years WrestleMania official.

EDGE MAKES A HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT
SmackDown! comes to a close with the Rated R Superstar and the World Heavyweight Champion Edge coming to the ring. Edge talks about his recent victory at WrestleMania against Alberto Del Rio and talks about how he's been wrestling on borrowed time the last few months. Edge says that recently he's been losing feeling in his arms and the pain he's been through has been unbearable. Edge says that he knew that once he made it through WrestleMania that his match against Alberto Del Rio will be possibly his last match ever. The last few days Edge says he's done tests with the WWE medical personnel and said that the doctors and the management have decided that its time to retire. An emotional Edge continued to thank the fans for all their appreciation and said that he needs to vacate the World Heavyweight Championship. Edge says ever since going to his first WWF show at the Maple Leaf Gardens and WrestleMania VI, Edge knew that he wanted to be a professional wrestling. Edge talks about maineventing WrestleMania against John Cena and the Undertaker and the countless championship he's won. Edge talked about his first match ever in 1996 when he teamed with his best friend Christian in a tag team match in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Edge talked about the Brood and the Ministry of Darkness. Edge thanked Lita and Vickie Guerrero for being the eye candy. Edge thanked every member of the locker room and more importantly he thanked the WWE Universe. Edge says he gave the fans everything he's had and always had goosebumps the second his music played. Edge then puts the World Heavyweight Championship down in the middle of the ring before exiting the ring and doing his pose one last time. All the locker room came out and gave Edge a respectful farewell as the Rated R Superstar walked to the back.

SHEAMUS WINS UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP IN THE UNITED KINGDOM
After becoming the No. 1 Contender for Bryan Danielson's United States Championship last week, Sheamus was ready to fight the champion at Extreme Rules. Sheamus came out to the UK crowd and challenged Danielson to a match in his backyard (yeah, he's Irish but its the UK). Bryan Danielson came out and said it doesnt matter where in the world he is, Danielson is a fighting champion and accepts Sheamus's challenge. The two go back and forth with Bryan Danielson getting Sheamus down on the mat early on, Danielson goes for a dive to the outside with a picture perfect dive through the ropes. Danielson rolls Sheamus back in the ring and attempts a high risk maneuver but Sheamus catches Danielson and slams him on the mat. Sheamus works over the champion before bringing Danielson on the ropes and laying in some blows for the referee's count. Sheamus gets Danielson on the mat and works on the champion's neck. Danielson reverses Sheamus over the top rope which looks to have Sheamus hurt. Danielson brings Sheamus back in the ring and gets him in the LaBell lock but Sheamus gets to the rope. Sheamus gets Danielson up for the Celtic Cross but Danielson goes for a pinfall but the two roll out of it and Sheamus hits the Brogue Kick to the champion for the 1-2-3 and to become the new WWE United States Championship. Sheamus celebrates the his new championship win with the UK crowd.  And new United States Champion, Sheamus who does it in front of the United Kingdom crowd. |
