Looking forward to this as this is one difficult era to book but with a lot of potential for an indy company.

LEGION Starting Roster Announce Team Referees
Road Agents Almost every wrestler I currently have signed are on handshake agreements with a certain set number of appearances. The reason for this is due to me planning out a year worth of monthly shows in advance seeing who's available to hire, putting them on which show's card, and seeing how many times they're booked and correlate that with the number of appearances I give for each of their respective contracts. The likes of AJ Styles, Glen Gilberti and Samoa Joe have only one appearance due to them being under contract with TNA and other bigger indie feds; but are available to book on certain dates. Others like Dustin Rhodes, Marty Jannetty and Tatanka also have one appearance due to them being hired for their popularity and possibly help drive interest in the shows. To peel back the curtain and share my booking philosophy for the beginning stages LEGION, the idea is two sign bigger names like those mentioned before to help drive interest and help give the shows better ratings. The undercard would have some newer talent, guys not so popular and try and thin out who I want to be main stay within the company and WWE and NJPW don't try and snatch them up. That's happened already as I wanted to get people like Daffney, Masato Tanaka and The Great Sasuke signed but they got written contract offers by the big dogs I mentioned. In fact, just as I finally signed Hamada, WWE came calling and now she's got a month's deadline before being permanently on their roster. With all that said, I'm willing to make some adjustments to the plans I already made and push on to make Legion Professional Wrestling a success.

You have a fairly good roster, tbh with a good mix of styles. There's a team I'd love to see coming up that could have definitely been something huge, yet they weren't. I'm positive you'll bring them along the way!

I'm positive you'll bring them along the way! That is what I was aiming for; one because LEGION's product is a "No-Style Style" product and it'll require each show to have up to three different match aims, and two because I like some variety in my wrestling. One match can be an old school wild brawl, the next is a high-flying X-Division style matchup, with the main event being a something akin to a Japanese deathmatch.

Decent opening show, but it will get better, I'm sure. Screw Disco Inferno! Also, by "Southern Kick", the finishing move of Tracy Smothers, you mean... Napoli or Sicily, right? He's obviously Italian! So... some of the biggest stars of your roster were only in short temporary deals?

He's obviously Italian! So... some of the biggest stars of your roster were only in short temporary deals? Unfortunately, yes, they were. Guys like AJ and Joe were signed by other companies like TNA and ROH (with AJ it's both) so any plans I would have for them could be complicated if one of those companies were holding a show on the same night. Thankfully, they were the only two that were considered stars, everyone else was either considered unimportant or at most recognizable. I might bring them [AJ and Joe] back in the future but for right now, I think I'll be fine. I was kind of disappointed by how the Pimp Fatha, Headbangers vs. FBI match went. Maybe it was because how I booked it to lift the crowd back up from the Disco Machine vs. Glenn Gilberti match, but either way wish it could've gone better. Although, the aforementioned match with the two Discos did turn out better than expected. As for Tracy Smother's finisher name, that's just how it came when I signed him.
