In the Sunday Night Heat Preshow Match, Owen Hart won a shot at Eddie Guerrero's United States Championship, the man who helped Vince McMahon against Stephanie McMahon at Vengeance by winning a Preshow Battle Royal.
John Cena picked up a clean victory over Chris Benoit after a great back and forth match between the two.
The self proclaimed Legend Killer Randy Orton wanted to kill his first legend in Stone Cold Steve Austin, but unfortunately he failed.
Kevin Nash wanted to get his redemption for the nWo disbanding 7 months ago cause of Triple H and reforming the nWo to Evolution.
Nash had controlled and dominated most of the match against The Game.
But with the referee down. Batista made his return from injury to attack Kevin Nash allowing The Game to win the match.
The Rock wanted to shut Christian's mouth up and he did so by winning the match.
One of the biggest Summerslam Headlines was two of the former WCW competitors facing off together, Sting & Goldberg, this was their first time headlining a WWE Match together for the World Heavyweight Championship.
This was nothing but a solid back and forth match between these two veterans.
Goldberg had the match won by hitting Sting with the Jackhammer, but Sting was able to kick out at 2.
The epic back and forth confrontation continued with Sting hitting a modified Tombstone Piledriver on Goldberg and then locking in the Scorpion Deathdrop and also the Deathlock to get the win and retain the World Title cleanly over Goldberg!.
After the contest, in a show of sportsmanship. Sting & Goldberg shook hands with one another.
This was a match 20 years in the making as former 11-time WWE Champion Hulk Hogan took on the boss and the owner of the WWE. Vince McMahon in a No Disqualifaction Match in where stipulations stated that if Hogan lost the match, he would have to retire.
Vince wanted to wear Hogan down, but Hogan straight up refused to go down without a fight.
Hogan sadistically beat the hell out of Vince McMahon by striking him with a brutal chair shot busting him open.
Hogan was relentless for pent up frustration and aggression on Vince McMahon.
A bloody Vince was able to fight back and steal Hulk Hogan's signature leg drop off the top of the ladder.
Hogan eventually battled back in the match as Vince busted him open with a led pipe, the blood made Hogan hulk up once more.
But Vince as always had a few tricks up his sleeve as he brought in Test, The World's Greatest Tag Team, Matt Hardy, A-Train, John Cena, Roddy Piper & Sean O. Haire to beat down Hogan.
But then suddenly The Nasty Boys along with Jimmy Hart, Hulk Hogan's friends appeared to seemingly help Hogan out, but the numbers were pretty too much.
And then suddenly the lights went out as Kane's music hit in the arena, and then the unmasked Kane showed up. Vince's accomplices tried to get at Kane, but Kane one by one fought them off and even got his hands on Test, the man who forced him to unmask.
Shane McMahon then came down to try to aid his father Vince, but Stephanie McMahon came out to slap her brother,
Sable, Vince's mistress came out to try to attack Stephanie, but the two brawled to the backstage area with Stephanie getting the upper hand and even ripping Sable's blouse off causing Sable to retreat in her limousine.
After that. Hogan was able to put Vince down with one leg drop later and Hogan's career had remained intact.
After, backstage. Test had tried to run in a getaway car, but was stopped by Wall of Flames as Kane stood out there as he grabbed Test by the throat screaming that Test was going to feel his pain. Kane then smothered Test and then stole the getaway car, but then thought about it and got out of the car to pour gasoline on the getaway car. Referees and officials tried to stop Kane, but Kane attacked them one by one. Kane then told Test that it was time for Test to test the fire!. But just as Kane was about to set fire to Test's getaway car. Test snuck up from behind Kane and hit him with a wrench knocking Kane out with it. Test was able to get out and use another car, Kane then rose up trying to get in pursuit of Test, but Test drove off.
Note: This is a 2022 Photo, but the second Elimination Chamber Match in my diary happened with Brock winning the WWE Championship. Brock had regained the WWE Championship that he lost to Kurt Angle last June and is now back on the SMACKDOWN Mountain.

During the show, Kane made his appearance and grabbed a microphone calling out Test so he can put him down once and for all. Then Shane McMahon came out and said that Test was not here tonight, But if Kane wanted some competition tonight, he would face the SMACKDOWN Co-GM Shane McMahon in a No Disqualifaction Match. Kane accepted the challenge, Stephanie announced that there would be no interference in the match meaning that Shane was on his own. Shane tried his best to put down the unmasked Kane, but in his first match of being unmasked. Kane sadistically and brutally beat down Shane, after the match was over. Kane then handcuffed Shane to the ringpost and grabbed a car battery and jumper cables and attached it to Shane's testicles. Kane admired his handywork but was clear that the feud between him and Test was not over by a long shot as Test had to pay the ultimate sin for unmasking Kane at Vengeance!.
