Incredible that so many prestigous promotions almost closed down. I forgot to list Portland Wrestling too. They are all open for now. Ring Of Honor in my save has some cool things going on like Lance Storm being the World Champion, PURE champion, and a part of the 6-Man Tag Team Champions. |

Last night I started a major business move to possibly acquire Frontier Martial Arts Wrestling from Atsushi Onita. The Lone Star Wrestling Alliance has the chance to pillage FMW and disband it, or execute a not-so-hostile takeover oF the promotion. Lone Star Wrestling is not a hardcore, blood and guts product but can get down in the dirt with the best. There are definitely talent acquisitions that could be made with Onita, Hayabusa, and some other FMW mainstays. LSW being run out of Texas proves a challenge for any foreign talent moving over, so the best plan could be leave the company be, or acquire it. The LSWA already runs AJPW in Japan and could have the possibility of having more influence in the land of the rising sun. Time will tell if this juggernaut of an alliance will be a blessing or a curse. Lone Start Wrestling (LSW) has Pro Wrestling Guerilla for a child company. Joey Ryan has been removed as CEO or the person in charge (PIC) and replaced with Gabe Sapolsky. Gabe has excellent business and booking skills and fans of PWG can't wait to see what is to come. The booker of PWG, Super Dragon, has stepped down and now Court Bauer will be the head booker of PWG. The Powers That Be of LSW and the LSWA are examining the current child companies of LSW to see if further restructuring can be carried out for the greater good of said companies. I am doing some test runs of my modified Mammoth's 1970 Db where I made a NWA World Tag Team Title and created a uniformity of Tag team, womens and territory champs in the NWA to compete with the NWA World, NWA Junior, NWA Womens and NWA World Tag Team. I tried doing some local Junior HWs and a NWA World Womens Tag Team but they were never defended or left vacant, which has me scratching my head. My new NWA World Tag Team for men is being defended and aside from a small prestige downgrade from mens to women, the titles are the same. I have lightweight men in the world who fight Danny Hodge for his title, why not hold the Mid American JR HW? I created 8 women tag teams in the NWA, why not fight for the NWA Womens tag titles? Even when I assign an inaugural champ, they never defend the belts. Other than that, it was great seeing The Spoiler beat Dory Funk Jr for the NWA title and defend it in EMLL, Stampeded, CWF, JCP and WCCW or seeing Danny Hodge relegated to Pre show when he signed a big deal with WWWF and gave up his NWA Jr HW title or seeing Bruno Sammartino sign with AWA and drop the WWWF title to Killer Kowalski and then get put in tag team hell with 10 wins and then 20 losses in a row. Verne Gagne is a bitter man lol

I took ownership and booking duties over for Pro Wrestling NOAH.
No Kenta Kobashi though. He is not on the roster for some dumb reason.
I can't hire him either because he says NOAH is too small.
My top talent should not surprise; Mitsuharu Misawa, Jun Akiyama, and Akira Taue.
They all get upset if they have to put anyone over. I get it though.
They are 3 of the Four Pillars!

Gary Albright
Samoa Joe
Bryan Danielson
The original Tiger Mask is part of NOAH too, as well as El Samurai.
I will have to start collecting screenshots and do a diary on it.

Roster bloat is a real challenge for me.
In the War Of The Immortals mod I have 2 saves that I have humungous rosters.
The AWA and a Turner owned, early 90's version of WCW.
All of my Franchise Players are mega-heels. Roddy Piper, Rick Rude, Brian Pillman, and Big Van Vader.
I feel like completely dropping the face and heel dynamics for large rosters but it could be a worthwhile challenge.
The heels out numbering the faces could make for some interesting storylines.
I am happy to have a hug tag team division on both rosters too. I am just getting started with the 2 saves as well.
I have not passed 3 months yet.
Roddy Piper is the age he was in 1986 in my WCW save. So he's top heel. He is actually the #1 Franchise Player.
All of my championships are vacant right now, so I do not know why I would not have him as my World Champion.
However there is Rick Rude, Brian Pillman, and Big Van Vader.
