Hogan Knows WCW Best
The year is 1994 and WCW has…
A endless supply of money
As much TV time that are needed
He is paid like the owner
He has creative control
He is a survivor
He know how to book himself strong, so why not give him the task of making the entire promotion look strong
Some would describe him as a….
Self-serving
Ego-ridden
Greedy megalomaniac
His name is Hulk Hogan and he will bring in his lapdogs Ed Leslie, Jim Duggan and Jimmy Hart for the ride
Hogan will receive a cut of the pay-per-view revenues
Ted Turner has agreed on letting Hogan become a shareholder
Will Hogan focus to make serious cash for himself and Turner in the process?
Hulk Hogan…Creative Genius or Complete Jackass?
Fantasy booking WCW as Hulk Hogan using TEW 2016!

Comments: The starting goal is to find a balance between profitable business and backstage politics as the Head Booker. So expect some of Hogan’s friends and cronies to be hired and pushed, but also expect that some of the current wrestlers (that are not allies of Hogan) will not be completely buried since they are useful to make money for Hogan and Ted Turner.

The Franchise Players
Comments: So the obvious decision would be to build both Sting and Steve Austin, instead of burying them. There should be enough spotlight for Sting and Steve Austin in the WCW United States Title scene, while Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan is the main feud in 1994. Of course Vader should be pushed as the unstoppable monster heel, so that he is ready to start feuding with Hulk in 1995.

The Ring Generals
Comments: Ok so here are the ring generals that will have to carry a heavy burden to make WCW competitive against the rivals WWF. Quite old wrestlers except Sting and Vader, so it seems like a smart move to keep scouting for some prospects and to develope the talents already on the roster. One thing that i really like is that besides the obvious choice Ric Flair, there are two possible options (Vader and Terry Funk) that could carry Hulk Hogan two potentially good matches. Especially Funk vs. Hogan could be a sure card to get some great TV ratings in the war against WWF.

The Show Stoppers
Comments: So here are the list of possible show stealers and one long-term strategy would be to build and push both Sting and Brian Pillman. So the choice is to either push Pillman or take the risk that he will eventually be signing with the rivals WWF.

The Next Big Things
Comments: So here are the future WCW superstars? It’s pretty exciting with technical wizard Steven Regal as number one on the list. Hopefully he will develope into a future Ring General and Key Member of the roster. Also Dustin Rhodes tipped for success and a future star. Buff is the stuff and seems to have got a pretty good destiny roll. I’m looking forward to see how he developes. Finally maybe one of the Armstrongs can make it big time, instead of being stuck in the midcard.

Hot Prospects 1994
Ok here are the “Hot Prospects”; potential future stars of WCW. Pretty cool with Buff Bagwell and Booker T getting nice destiny rolls. Two of the Armstrongs on the list? Maybe time for a new tag team with Steve and Brian? Currently Brian has Brad as partner, while Steve is teaming with Scott. Finally a very big surprise with “Jumping” Joey Maggs getting a good destiny roll. Maybe he should get an underdog gimmick and become an 1-2-3 Kid ripoff?
