No Mercy 2003 Live from the 1st Mariner Arena in Baltimore, Maryland
SmackDown! PPV
Theme: "Today is the Day" by Dope
Sunday Night Heat Trish Stratus and Lita vs. Victoria and Molly Holly with Steven Richards
- Lita is back! She made a huge return to SmackDown! on the already raucous September 18th episode and saved Trish from an attack by Victoria and Molly. In the following weeks, Victoria defended her title against Gail Kim and her own partner Molly, all with Steven proving no help. Eventually, Victoria faced Lita for the title, but Trish, Molly, and Steven got involved, ending with a massive No Contest. Stephanie made this tag team match on Heat to try and alleviate the tension between the four ladies. Can Victoria and Holly team-up long enough to get the victory? Or can Lita's momentum upon returning be enough for her and Trish to claim the win?
Main Card
WWE Cruiserweight Title
Tajiri (C) vs. X-Pac
- On that same September 18th episode of SmackDown!, X-Pac made his return to WWE by saving Torrie from being misted by Tajiri. X-Pac soon made his intentions clear when he wouldn't leave Tajiri alone. Stephanie made this match official for the pay-per-view, and Tajiri was livid, claiming X-Pac hadn't earned a shot. Her decision was final, and Tajiri responded by spraying X-Pac with mist and hitting him with the Buzzsaw Kick. Can Tajiri keep his newly reclaimed title close? Or will X-Pac be able to fight his way back onto the scene in grand fashion with the Cruiserweight Title?
Last Man Standing
Big Show vs. Kane
- Test wasn't the only one to aid in unmasking Kane. Big Show was just as guilty, and after being confined to a casket, he was none too kind to anything to do with the supernatural, Kane included. Despite this, after dispatching with Test momentarily, Kane turned his attention to the World's Largest Athlete. Show was more afraid than anything, but when Kane wouldn't let Show rest, Stephanie made this match official. To alleviate any concerns and to make sure there is a winner, she also made it Last Man Standing. Will Kane continue his dominance following the unveiling of his mask? Or will Show be able to conquer his fear long enough to topple the Big Red Machine?
WWE Tag Team Titles
The APA (Bradshaw and Farooq) (C) vs. The Basham Brothers (Doug and Danny Basham)
- The APA won the Tag Team Titles on the September 18th episode of SmackDown!. Since then, the Basham Brothers have made some great ventures on SmackDown! since debuting, including calling out and defeating the champs in a tag team match. Mr. McMahon rewarded them with this Tag Team Title shot. The APA were open to fight anybody, and so met with the Bashams in a local bar. Things took a turn when Faarooq accidentally blasted Bradshaw with a pool cue, which was the opening the brothers needed to leave them lying in a pool of alcohol and unknown knows what else. Can The Bashams continue their dominance over the champs when it matters most? Or will the APA figure out their troubles to hold onto the gold?
Fatal 4-Way Match for the #1 Cont. of the United States Title
Chris Benoit vs. Scott Steiner vs. Sean O'Haire vs. Rikishi - Stephanie announced this huge contendership match, with implications towards the US Title in play. Benoit earned his way by beating Cena (thanks to Angle's distraction). Steiner earned a spot by beating Zach Gowen while Rikishi defeated Show (via count out thanks to Kane) to qualify. O'Haire won a Last Chance Battle Royal to earn this spot, eliminating most of the competition. These four men met on the go-home show in a tag team match that saw Sean hit a Widowmaker to Rikishi to claim victory. Is that a foreshadow for what's to come? Can Steiner utilize his strength (and a lead pipe) to earn a chance at the US Title? Will Rikishi and his size prove to be what he needs to earn his shot? Or is this Benoit's time to go after the US Title once more?
Rey Mysterio vs. Eddie Guerrero
- At SummerSlam, neither Rey nor Eddie managed to win the US Title. The SmackDown! after, the two men teamed up to take on the debuting Basham Brothers. Unfortunately, a miscommunication by Rey caused them to lose. Eddie was incensed, but Rey calmed him down. The next week, it was announced that these two best friends would go one-on-one at No Mercy in the WWE for the first time. Rey questioned why Eddie would ask for this match, and Eddie let him know he has never pinned Rey in the WWE, and he needs to prove to himself that he can do it. Rey accepted this reasoning, and the two enter the match as two friends competing in an exhibition to prove who of the two is the better. Can Eddie conquer his demons once more to finally beat Rey? Or will Rey continue his winning streak over Eddie?
Kurt Angle vs. John Cena
- Angle challenged Cena (on September 18th) to step-up and be a man. Cena responded the week after by attacking Angle from behind backstage. Cena then continued to insult Angle, leading to the two of them facing-off in a rap battle that ended with an Angle victory and Cena hightailing it out of there. The next week, Angle came out as Cena, confronting a little person as Angle. Angle as Cena "tapped out" to an Ankle Lock from the mini-Angle, which caused Cena to step out pissed. The two brawled for a bit with Cena hitting Angle low and punching him out with his chain. The next week they met in the ring once again, with Cena dropping any rhymes and telling Kurt that he wanted him to step-up, but he didn't know that Cena was gonna breakthrough right through Angle. Angle gave Cena props for following his advice, but he made a mistake disrespecting him. The two looked to come to blows until Cena told Angle that at No Mercy...he gives him the biggest FU of all time. Angle just tells Cena that he has to walk to be able to do it, and he'll make sure his ankle snaps. Can Angle keep true to his promise and make Cena tap out? Or will Cena pull off a huge upset as he continues to rise the ranks on SmackDown!?
1 on 2 Handicap I Quit Match. If Stephanie Wins, Vince Will Step Down as Owner of WWE. If Vince Wins, Stephanie Will Step Down as GM of SD.
Mr. McMahon vs. Stephanie McMahon and Linda McMahon
- Mr. McMahon confronted Stephanie on September 18th, telling her that her performance was judged early: and she sucked! He asked her if she had a main event of No Mercy (which, by then, she didn't), and she named the main event, but then told her that she has been making SmackDown! a joke. It's the B-show all over again when she made it the show to watch. Vince told Stephanie that unless she did something major, her services would no longer be required. The next week, Linda confronted Vince about his recent actions. Vince promised Linda that he'll keep things fair. Later that night, he confronted Stephanie and Linda in the ring, telling them that he'll keep it fair. Stephanie can pass her performance review and keep her job...if she puts it on the line at No Mercy. Vince calls her an "ungrateful b!tch" before booking her in this match, putting his own position as the owner on the line. Linda won't let that happen, but Vince tells Linda he'll make it fair...and teams Linda up with Stephanie! Stephanie accepts, but Linda is still hellbent on saying no. A week later, we get a board meeting where Vince appeals to them to make the match official. The board overrules Linda and make it official. With Vince making his daughter's life miserable, can Stephanie and her mother make Vince quit, something he's never done? Or will Vince continue his reign of terror by ending his daughter's run as GM?
WWE United States Title
Diamond Dallas Page (C) vs. Test
- Test defeated Benoit in a match to win this shot. Test seems...changed. Focused, more brutal ever since his bouts with Kane. Many believe that he has exercised that demon, and is ready to focus on his own career. This would be the way to do it, with Test focusing more on beating up DDP than the title itself. DDP managed to get one over on Test, disguising himself as a cameraman to hit him with a Diamond Cutter outta nowhere. With the title match on the horizon, can Test beat Page to continue elevating his career? Or will Page hold onto the championship for a little bit longer?
World Heavyweight Title in a Biker Chain Match
Brock Lesnar (C) vs. The Undertaker
- Stephanie made this match a Biker Chain Match, meaning both men will be chained together with a biker chain. First person to get the pinfall or submission wins. The last time these two met one-on-one, it was Hell in a Cell from last year, and it left both men much worse than wear. With expectations huge in regards to how much war they will wage, it was expected that their trip to No Mercy would be filled with violence, but this newfound Lesnar opted to avoid any fights up until the go-home show when Undertaker defeated Cena in a match. Lesnar blindsided Undertaker, busting him open with the title and hanging him from the ropes with the biker chain. One F5 later, and Lesnar is standing tall. Will that be the sight we'll see at the end of No Mercy? Or can The Undertaker claim the Big Gold for himself once and for all?

No Mercy 2003 Live from the 1st Mariner Arena in Baltimore, Maryland
SmackDown! PPV
Theme: "Today is the Day" by Dope
Sunday Night Heat Trish Stratus and Lita vs. Victoria and Molly Holly with Steven Richards
Winners: Trish Stratus and Lita at 5:12
Result: This might be a recurring thing tonight, but part of the point of making things quicker (boy has that not happened) and streamlining things is by taking the matches that happened in real life and applying them here. Lucky for me, this is the case for this match as well. This is the match three of them had at Unforgiven, just with Victoria replaced with Gail Kim. The difference between them is that Victoria is somewhat reluctant to double team and cheat with Molly. At the end, Victoria goes for a Widow's Peak, but Trish reverses it into an irish whip. Steven tries to catch Trish, but a last minute reversal causes him to trip Victoria instead. Steven is shocked even as Molly makes the blind tag. Lita clotheslines both herself and Victoria out. Molly goes for a Molly Go Round, but Trish dodges. When Molly tries to recover, she is nailed with the Chick Kick for the pin.
Afterwards, Victoria and Steven get into a confrontation. Molly tries to get pushy with Victoria, who fights back. Molly slaps Victoria, leading to Steven confronting her. Molly slaps him and Victoria ends this by hitting Molly with a Widow's Peak.
Main Card
(the main difference is that there's mention of Linda in the match and voice clips from her as well and instead of the WWE Title it's the World Heavyweight Title)
WWE Cruiserweight Title
Tajiri (C) vs. X-Pac
Winner: Tajiri at 9:40
Result: The two trade high flying maneuvers quickly, but mixed with their technical flare. X-Pac gets the best of Tajiri the first three times, but when X-Pac does a quick "suck it" Tajiri pulls the hair down. From there, Tajiri takes advantage, using his strikes and holds to keep X-Pac down. Eventually, Pac gets free, going for a Bronco Buster. Tajiri dodges it, but Pac stops himself before crotching himself. He hits a kick from the middle rope to take the Buzzsaw down. After a bit more posture, Pac manages to hit an X-Factor. He goes for it, but a fan bumrushes the ring. Pac and the ref are distracted keeping the fan down. This allows another masked individual to run in with the title. X-Pac ducks, kicking them in the gut and hitting an X-Factor to them. Pac gets up, turning around into the green mist! Security takes the fan away as the ref turns around to Pac taking a Buzzsaw Kick. Tajiri hooks the leg and retains his title.
------------------
Before the next match, we go backstage where we see Mr. McMahon walking through the arena. He is interrupted by Josh Matthews, who is seeking an interview. Josh asks him how he's feeling heading into this match with his daughter and his wife. Vince mocks him for a bit, calling it personal and that this hurts him, but tells him that at the same time, it's business. How Stephanie failed her performance review so bad, that he now has to treat his daughter and his wife how he'd treat any other scumbag GM, like Bischoff and Austin on RAW. Vince mentions that people on the roster are rooting against him, and that if any of them interfere in the I Quit Match tonight, they will never work in wrestling again, anywhere. Vince yells at Josh to thank him for the interview, and he obliges before leaving.
After a quick commercial for the Bloodbath DVD coming out soon, we get a tale of the tape for the main event tonight.
After that, we get a promo detailing how we got to the next match.
Last Man Standing
Big Show vs. Kane
Winner: Big Show at 7:33
Result: The match gets started early by Kane who jumps Show before the bell. As soon as they enter, the bell rings, but an already bloodied Show is quickly taken out of there by a vicious and violent Kane. Kane uses a chair, pieces of wood, a trash can, a lead pipe, the steel steps, whatever he can find to take it to Show, brawling all around the arena. It gets to bad that referees and EMTs try to interfere, but Kane takes a lot of them out. This distraction is enough for Show to throw a metal container at Kane. He does so again, taking Kane down for a few moments. Show tries to flee, but Kane is quickly behind him. Kane grabs some camera wire, ripping it out of a camera. After a bit of pause of them behind the curtain, Kane drags Show out into the arena, choking him with the camera wire. It gets so bad that the bloodied Show has no choice but to pass out. Kane lets the wire go, allowing the ref to count. On a five count, Kane is whacked in the back of the head with a steel chair courtesy of Test! Test whacks Kane in the face with the chair before using some water to reawaken Show. Show falls of the stage while Test hits a Big Boot to Kane. They are on the left portion of the stage when Test whacks a down Kane with the chair a couple more times. He then tosses the chair and rips off the shirt he was wearing. Test screams before climbing a portion of the scaffolding. Test is now near the top, stationed near the titantron. He looks down at Kane, shouting that this isn't over before diving with an elbow drop!
Both men are down! The stage is torn asunder with a hole now in it! Test and Kane both look out! The ref starts counting, but EMTs and other referees are already there! Show stands up on a 7 using some barricades, but neither Kane nor Test are moving! When the ref hits 10, the bell rings in Show's favor!
Afterwards, we take a bit of time to try and get Kane and Test out of there, including some stretchers.
------------------
Before Kane and Test are out of the arena, we go backstage where Stephanie is seen arguing and shouting with someone on the phone. She's dressed to compete. When the door knocks, she yells at them to come in. They oblige, and when it's DDP, Steph angrily hangs up. Page asks what Test's status is and Steph tells him that there's no way Test is good for tonight. She has a lot on her plate to deal with, but she's still the GM of SmackDown!. She tells Page that his US Title match tonight is still on. The winner of the Fatal 4-Way match later on will replace Test as his opponent. Page agrees before heading out.
After that, Test and Kane are still being helped onto stretchers even as the Bashams and APA make their entrance.
WWE Tag Team Titles
The APA (Bradshaw and Farooq) (C) vs. The Basham Brothers (Doug and Danny Basham)
Winners: The Basham Brothers at 8:32
Result: Oh hey, another match pretty much exactly like the one that happened in real life. Not much more to say on that. The ending comes when a muscular black woman in leather with a club of some sort comes out to distract Farooq. In the ring, Bradshaw goes for a Clothesline from Hell, but Doug dodges, having it nail Farooq. Doug and Danny do twin magic, with Danny getting out of the ring as Farooq rolls outside. Bradshaw turns around, surprised at the accident, getting hit with a leg lariat by Doug for three.
Afterwards, The Basham Brothers leave with the black woman in leather, raising their new championships up high. Bradshaw and Farooq have a confrontation, before leaving amicably.
------------------
Before the next match, we go backstage where Vince is smiling. The camera pans over and we see Linda, dressed in fairly casual attire for her, especially since she's in a match tonight. She tries to beg Vince not to go through with the match tonight. She isn't sure what level Vince is broken, but this is not him. He's defeated Ted Turner twice, he's defeated ECW, he's defeated the US government, there's no reason for him to defeat his own daughter. Vince stands up, standing face-to-face with Linda. He tells her that he has long since lost his mind and become broken. When he drugged her two years ago, when he flaunted his affair live on television, when he beat his own son down until he was a bloody pulp. He then grabs Linda's hair, pulling it back. He tells her that any remnants of niceties or kindness died long ago. He forces a kiss on his wife before letting her go. Vince tells Linda that she has a match to get ready for tonight, and the last thing he needs is a distraction. With anger in her expression, Linda leaves in a huff.
Fatal 4-Way Match Where the Winner Faces DDP for the US Title Tonight
Chris Benoit vs. Scott Steiner vs. Sean O'Haire vs. Rikishi Winner: Chris Benoit and Scott Steiner Draw at 9:23
Result: The four men go blow-to-blow with each other with no one person being safe for more than a minute or so. Rikishi uses his power, Sean uses his strikes, Scott uses a lead pipe and his smarts (HA!), and Benoit uses his suplexes and submissions to all get the upper hand at various moments. Rikishi eventually hits a Superkick to Scott, taking him down in the corner in a seated position. He goes for a Stink Face, but Benoit pops in. Rikishi hits him with a Samoan Drop. On a two, Rikishi is dragged out by Sean. They brawl for a bit, eventually leading to Rikishi getting Sean against a barricade. He charges, hitting him with a back press that sends them both crashing through the barricade! Rikishi storms back in the ring, Superkicking Benoit down to join Scott in the corner. Rikishi raises the roof. He goes for the Stink Face, but Benoit and Steiner both move. Rikishi clotheslines Benoit down and hits another Samoan Drop to Steiner. He goes for a Banzai Drop, but Steiner low blows him. Steiner goes for a powerbomb, but Rikishi holds on. Benoit pops in and they hit a double powerbomb to Rikishi from the second rope. Without noticing, both men hook a leg. The ref shrugs before counting the three!
Afterwards, the ref isn't sure who to name the winner with both Scott and Benoit insistent that they are the victors. They start pushing and shoving until Steiner goes for a lead pipe that gets turned into a Crossface. Once they're separated, Steiner bolts, with a winner not yet decided.
------------------
Before the next match, Tazz gives his keys to victory for the main event.
Rey Mysterio vs. Eddie Guerrero
Winner: Rey Mysterio at 12:24
Result: This is literally their match from WrestleMania 21 with the only exception being that Rey isn't fixing his mask all throughout it. Eddie uses his technical ability to slow Rey down while Rey gets the upper hand with various high-flying moves. Eventually, Rey surprises Eddie by reversing a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker into a hurricanrana for the three.
Afterwards, Tazz is convinced that Eddie is going to snap at losing to Rey. But instead, the two shake hands and hug before leaving together.
------------------
Before the next match, we go backstage where Stephanie is talking to the referees. Benoit, Steiner, and DDP are all present. She is looking pissed. Eventually, she shouts, saying that since Benoit and Steiner both got the pin on Rikishi, they both won the match, and it's a draw. Therefore, Page will face both of them tonight for the US Title in a Triple Threat Match. She then returns to her office while everyone else continues arguing and shouting.
We then get a promo detailing how we got to the next match.
Kurt Angle vs. John Cena
Winner: Kurt Angle at 17:28
Result: Again, this is literally their match from the actual PPV. I wouldn't change anything about it. Cena goes for an FU, but Angle reverses it into a victory roll and then an Ankle Lock. After grapevining it, Cena has no choice but to tap out.
Afterwards, Cena and Angle have a bit of confrontation. Angle offers his hand, but instead of doing so, Cena just limps away, ignoring the fans and Kurt.
------------------
Before the next match, we get a promo detailing how we got to it.
1 on 2 Handicap I Quit Match. If Stephanie Wins, Vince Will Step Down as Owner of WWE. If Vince Wins, Stephanie Will Step Down as GM of SD.
Mr. McMahon vs. Stephanie McMahon and Linda McMahon
Winner: Mr. McMahon at 9:24
Result: Oh hey! The same match as real life! The only add-on is that Linda is part of the match and that Stephanie can't pin Vince. The ending comes when Vince is choking Stephanie with a lead pipe. Linda, having seen enough, throws in a towel. The ref calls it, allowing that as the symbol that Steph quits.
Afterwards, Vince and Sable take some time to share some kisses over Steph and Linda. Before they head out, Vince tells Steph officially that she's "fiiiired!"
------------------
Tazz and Cole take some time to reflect on the fact that they just lost their GM. They also lament how sick and twisted and broken that Vince has become to do this to his own daughter and his wife.
Following that, we get a commercial for The Ultimate Ric Flair Collection.
After that, we see a few of the Baltimore Ravens. We get a recap of what happened earlier tonight in order to change this match from DDP vs. Test to now a Triple Threat match.
WWE United States Title in a Triple Threat Match
Diamond Dallas Page (C) vs. Chris Benoit vs. Scott Steiner
Winner: Diamond Dallas Page at 8:27
Result: Steiner leaves the ring to allow Page and Benoit to duke it out and wrestle each other. Eventually, DDP hits a discus lariat to Benoit before leaving and going for Steiner. Steiner runs. When he gets back in, he backs up right into a Triple German Suplex. Benoit tries to go up top, but Page knocks him off the apron into the barricade. Page works on Steiner for a bit, going for a Diamond Cutter. Steiner reverses it by shoving Page into the corner and clotheslining him in the back of the head on the rebound. Benoit tries to get in, but Steiner again knocks him off. Scott works on Page for a bit with suplexes and holds before eventually going for a Frankensteiner. Page reverses it by holding onto the top rope. He then hits a diving clothesline to take Scott down for a two. Page goes for the Diamond Cutter, but Benoit slides in, locking in a Crossface onto Page before he can hit Scott with it. DDP gets to the ropes. Benoit lets go and locks in a Sharpshooter onto Page. Steiner intercepts it, but soon takes a Sharpshooter of his own. Page goes for a Diamond Cutter to a vulnerable Benoit, but Chris shoves him into the ropes, hitting a Triple German Suplex on the rebound. Benoit does the cutthroat before climbing up. Benoit goes for the Diving Headbutt but DPP hits the Diamond Cutter mid-air! Benoit rolls over and Page covers his chest to retain!
------------------
Before the next match, we go backstage one last time where we get a replay of Kane and Test earlier. We are informed by Cole and Tazz that while Test is at a local medical facility, we have received word that when Kane's ambulance to a separate one, he was not in the ambulance. A search warrant has been out by the local officers in order to locate Kane, but as of right now, they only wish him and Test well wishes and a speedy recovery. They talk briefly about Test deciding to take the fight to Kane and how it might've cost him. Kane isn't afraid of pain, but they're still both human, though Tazz even has doubts of that.
We then transition that into a video package detailing how we got to the main event. It features "Today is the Day" by Dope.
World Heavyweight Title in a Biker Chain Match
Brock Lesnar (C) vs. The Undertaker
Winner: Brock Lesnar at 19:14
Result: The big difference between this match and the one that actually happened is that they are held together by the chain itself. So thus, that plays a factor into a lot of the match. After a good bout of brawling, Undertaker is sent face first into the turnbuckle post twice, busting him open. Despite the blood, Undertaker manages to get one over on Brock by whacking him with the steel steps twice. He starts to choke Lesnar with the chain, but when that isn't enough, he hits a Tombstone onto the steps, busting Brock open. Undertaker's blood is pouring wildly, but Undertaker pays it no mind even as he starts to whip and choke Lesnar in the ring and over the ropes. He gets Brock back on the top rope, throwing some soup bones into his wound. With a smirk on his face through the blood, Undertaker hits a Chokeslam from the top rope to Brock. Before he can go for the cover, Rhyno, Matt Hardy, Shannon Moore, and the FBI run out to run interference. Matt goes for a Twist of Fate that is reversed into a devastating Chokeslam. Rhyno goes for a Gore, but Undertaker hits him with a big boot mid-move. Moore dives, but Undertaker catches him in a choke before hitting him with a Chokeslam as well. The FBI try to use a 2x4, but Undertaker dodges. He hits a big boot to Stamboli, sending him out of the ring. Undertaker then hits a Last Ride to Nunzio. Lesnar tries for an F5, but Undertaker reverses it into another Chokeslam. Undertaker then takes Nunzio and tosses him over the top, sending him flying onto all the other bodies. Undertaker calls for the Last Ride, raising his fist up. Before he can hit it, Mr. McMahon appears with the same lead pipe he used earlier. He smashes it against the back of the Undertaker's head. With Undertaker seemingly out of it, he is prime picking for Lesnar to lift him up and hit an F5 to retain the title.
Afterwards, a bloodied Undertaker stares a hole at Lesnar and Vince who stand side by side at the stage.

Survivor Series 2003 Live from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas
Co-Branded PPV
Theme: "Build a Bridge" by Limp Bizkit
Sunday Night Heat Traditional 5-on-5 Survivor Series Match
Team RAW (Mark Henry, Rodney Mack, Matt Anoa'i, and La Resistance [Rene Dupree and Robert Conway] with Theodore Long and Rico) vs. Team SD (Chavo Guerrero, Billy Kidman, Ultimo Dragon, The Hurricane, and Jamie Noble with Nidia) - Bischoff, Austin, and the new SmackDown! GM Paul Heyman all agreed to facilitate a team to open up Survivor Series on Heat, one for RAW, and one for SmackDown!. Austin and Eric were inconsolable with each other, so Eric took it in his own hands in naming a team. He left it to Theodore Long and Rico's alliance and completed it by adding the French team of La Resistance. Heyman opted instead to let his Cruiserweights showcase why they are the best, and despite the obvious weigh disadvantage, he believes that they will take down RAW and prove why SmackDown! is the A-show.
Main Card
Traditional 5-on-5 Survivor Series Match
Team Angle (Kurt Angle, John Cena, Rikishi, Diamond Dallas Page, and Hardcore Holly) vs. Team Show (Big Show, Scott Steiner, Rhyno, Matt Hardy, and Sean O'Haire with Shannon Moore)
- One team captained by the United States Champion, who beat Diamond Dallas Page in dubious circumstances after No Mercy. The other team captained by the Olympic gold medalist. Show's team is comprised of mercenaries all looking for their own advantage. Angle's team consists of men holding a grudge. Cena has made no friends, Rikishi is staring holes at Steiner and Sean, DDP wants revenge on Show for taking his title, Holly is looking to tear Show apart for being complicit in his neck breaking a year ago, and Angle is looking at Rhyno and Matt for recent transgressions. Angle and Show have chosen their teams. Which side will walk out of Survivor Series with the advantage heading into the Royal Rumble?
Eddie Guerrero vs. Rey Mysterio
- Two best friends, two hermanos, will do battle once again on a pay-per-view. These two promise each other they're all kosher, but Eddie can't seem to get his losses to Rey out of his mind, including costing them a shot at the WWE Tag Team Titles. Eddie is even so focused that he accidentally whacks Rey in the back with a chair when he was aiming for Danny. Rey is incensed, and tells Eddie that he needs to get his sh!t together. Rey tells Eddie that if beating him means so much, than he will go to Heyman and make a rematch. Eddie agrees, and before the night is out, the match was made official for Survivor Series. But Rey promises Eddie that even though they're hermanos, brothers, that doesn't mean Rey will just give him a win. If Eddie wants to earn it, he has to go through the best of Rey Mysterio. Can Eddie finally defeat Rey once and for all? Or will Rey continue to prove that he has Eddie's number at every turn?
WWE Cruiserweight Title
Tajiri (C) with Akio and Sakoda vs. X-Pac
- At No Mercy, we saw the debuts of Akio and Sakoda, two yazuka like hitmen who work for Tajiri. Ever since, the trio have not made X-Pac's road easy. He managed to win a 6-Pack Challenge comprising of the Cruiserweights in the match on Heat and himself, but not without interference from Akio and Sakoda. Week after week, X-Pac has been part of various tortures like waterboarding, constant drowning, even a good number of beatings. The week before Survivor Series, Heyman booked a 2-on-1 handicap match against Akio and Sakoda with Pac going in alone. A weakened Pac fought through them to get the win, but was victim right after to the green mist and the Buzzsaw Kick. Can X-Pac survive to win the Cruiserweight Title? Or will Tajiri and his hitmen prove the numbers advantage all they need to keep the gold?
WWE Title
Triple H (C) with Ric Flair vs. Rob Van Dam
- For over a year, RVD has held the Intercontinental Title. In order to reward him, Austin booked him in a #1 contendership match for the WWE Title against Booker T. Bischoff took umbrage with it and added Jericho and Christian to the mix. Despite it now being a Fatal 4-way, RVD survived, pulling out the win after a Five Star Frog Splash on Christian. The last time these two met it was last year at Unforgiven. Now, the prizes are higher, with HHH putting his WWE Title on the line. RVD has humiliated HHH every week despite HHH promising the world that RVD isn't good enough to beat him. This was put to the test in a 6-Man Tag Match on the go-home show that saw RVD pin HHH after a Five Star Frog Splash. He posed with both belts, embarrassing HHH and pissing him off something fierce. With RVD proving that HHH is fallible and with momentum on his side, can the longest reigning Intercontinental Champion in the last 16 years add the top prize on RAW around his waist? Or will HHH prove himself right by defeating RVD when it matters the most?
Hell in a Cell
Kane vs. Test
- This last summer, Test opened the proverbial Pandora's box when he defeated Kane in a First Blood match to cost the Big Red Machine his mask. Ever since then, Kane has been a warpath, with the destination in mind being the destruction of all those responsible. Test has been the main culprit, after an elbow drop from the titantron put Kane and Test in the hospital, this left SmackDown! a dangerous place to work in. After the aforementioned incident, Kane went missing. He showed up on the SmackDown! after No Mercy, with his goal being Test. He didn't leave until he was given what he wanted, and the first fifteen minutes of SmackDown! showed that when he beat down security and referees, even Tony Chimel wasn't safe. When a match tried to start, the were quickly hit with a Chokeslam and sent packing. He wanted Test. Paul Heyman came out, revealed as the new SmackDown! GM. He said that Test wasn't cleared to be there, and neither was Kane. He booked Kane vs. The Undertaker later that night. When the match came, the two brothers chose not to fight. Heyman said that the winner got to choose whatever stipulation they wanted for Survivor Series. The Undertaker managed to win the match due to Test interfering and hitting him with a Big Boot. Afterwards, Kane saw red and went after Test. The next week, the two started off the show by brawling constantly. Security and roster members tried to keep them separate, but it was no use. Heyman broke, and decided that at Survivor Series they would face-off in Hell in a Cell! In the weeks to come, they weren't allow to touch each other or else they would both be banished from the WWE. They found ways around this, with Kane costing Lesnar a match against Benoit, Test beating on Undertaker when he got any sort of chance, and other things that pissed off the other without touching them. Now that the edict is done and they will step inside the devil's playground, can Test finally put to rest the demon of his own design that's been stalking him since the summer? Or will Kane return to hell and defeat Test inside the vile structure he first debuted in?
World Heavyweight Title
Brock Lesnar (C) vs. Chris Benoit
- Lesnar entered Survivor Series with no challengers. Heyman told Brock that nobody could beat him, and offhandedly said that if anybody did, they would deserve a title shot. That came back to bite him when, as previously stated, Kane cost Lesnar a match against Benoit. Heyman was forced to stick to his word, but promised Benoit that he would regret ever wanting a match against an animal, a beast as vicious and savage as Brock Lesnar. Benoit responded by putting Heyman in a Crossface. Heyman was frantic, and has since made it his mission to make Benoit's life a living hell. He has put Benoit through the ringer all month long, and now with the wounded wolverine looking capture the world in the palm of his hands, can Benoit finally reclaim the Big Gold Belt for himself? Or will Lesnar continue his dominant streak and put down the rabid wolverine?
Traditional Survivor Series Match. If Team Austin Wins, Steve can raise hell on anybody he wants. If Team Bischoff wins, Austin must leave RAW.
Team Austin (Booker T, The Dudley Boyz [Bubba Ray Dudley and D-von Dudley], Jeff Hardy, and Billy Gunn with Steve Austin) vs. Team Bischoff (Goldberg, Chris Jericho, Christian, Randy Orton, and A-Train with Eric Bischoff and Shane McMahon
- Bischoff and Austin have finally come to ahead. A partnership born from hatred became one that lived in amicability. That is, until Bischoff took things one step too far. Austin now wants nothing to do with Bischoff, and Mr. McMahon promised them that once they figure out a solution, their performance review would be a passing grade. In order to solve this problem, Austin proposed he can do whatever the hell he wanted to again. Bischoff proposed this match as a compromise. If Austin's quintet won, than he would get his wish and would raise as much hell as he wants. But if Bischoff's team of five win, than Austin will be forced to leave RAW as its co-GM. Bischoff assembled a team of those he trusts to get the job done. A-Train has been his personal assailant against Rob Van Dam. Randy Orton is tied to Evolution who Bischoff has been close with. Jericho and Christian are two of Bischoff's most trustworthy hitmen. And then there's his own personal monster in the form of Goldberg. Austin, a proponent of DTA, has to trust five other people. He quickly gained people wanting revenge on Eric. The Dudleys and Jeff would like nothing more than to stick it to Eric while Gunn is tired of authority figures making his job a problem. Austin needed one more guy, and he looked to somebody he didn't know if he could trust: Booker T. The two were on opposite sides when Booker first got into the WWE, and a year ago, the two of them were on the same side as they took down the nWo. Austin put his cards on the table and asked him, and Booker accepted the role. Can Austin overcome the team Bischoff has assembled to return to the old Stone Cold? Or will Bischoff's team dominate past Austin's, forcing the beloved Texas icon out of a job in his own home state?
WWE Women's Title
Victoria (C) vs. Lita- Lita returned two months ago and made her intentions known immediately by focusing on Victoria and the Women's Title. Victoria has seen something of a change of heart recently and has shown something of respect to Lita, who was named the #1 contender by Heyman. These two will go one-on-one at Survivor Series for Victoria's title, and she's even chosen to keep Steven Richards in the back, something he has been made vocally clear he doesn't support. When the match happens, can Lita ride that momentum on through to a Cinderella story in the form of the Women's Title? Or will Victoria prove her might by herself against an on-fire Lita?
Buried Alive Match
The Undertaker vs. Mr. McMahon
- These two men have been a combustible element for almost 8 years. The Undertaker has been both an ally and an enemy of Mr. McMahon, but as of recently, The Undertaker has been a nemesis of the chairman. At No Mercy, Vince cost him the World Heavyweight Title. In return, The Undertaker has sworn vengeance on McMahon. Vince wasn't scared though. In the aforementioned match, The Undertaker won by DQ, but afterwards suffered a beat down by Vince and Heyman's heavies. A wounded Deadman crawled up the ramp where Vince mocked him. When he asked him what stipulation he wanted, he said he wanted Buried Alive. But when Vince thought he was booking a World Heavyweight Title match, The Undertaker shocked him by revealing his true opponent: Vincent Kennedy McMahon! Vince was incensed, and the slowly dwindling mind of the Chairman seemed to break just that much more. He said that he saw this as an act of God, to bury The Undertaker alive. Can Vince call true upon his word and throw his longest tenured wrestler 6 feet deep? Or will The Undertaker finally make Mr. McMahon pay for his actions over the course of what will be his 13 years with the WWE?
First Time Ever, Legend vs. Icon with The Rock as Special Guest Referee
Hulk Hogan vs. Shawn Michaels- The night after Unforgiven, HBK and Hogan had a confrontation that led to a tag team match being made against Christian and Jericho. Hogan said he wanted the old HBK to be his partner, the one he can trust to shake things up and piss someone like Eric Bischoff off. HBK agreed. Later that night, the two won their tag match. And things looked all kosher. Things were great! They were celebrating. They traded Hogan's taunts until Hulk showed HBK how it's done. But when he turned around?
"Michaels just Superkicked the hell out of Hogan!" "Hulk Hogan is knocked out."
HBK let everyone know that he did what he did because Hulk Hogan, to him, was a joke. He's stagnant. He's still the same old Hulkster from 20 years ago. Hogan said he wanted the old HBK, and well...he got him. This set the two on a spiral that involved weekly mockings by Shawn. A series of beatdowns by Hogan to those put in his path. A series of promos that involved HBK insulting Hogan and calling his character and his reasons for being a superstar into question. HBK has always does this for the fans while Hulk only does it for himself. He was sent to save the WWE a year ago, and he succeeded. And now...it's like Hogan was never the poison. Well HBK will continue to be the cure. Things came ahead in Montreal when HBK mocked the fans for screwing Bret 6 years ago, including playing Bret and Hogan's themes despite neither being in the building. Later that night, HBK had a one-on-one match with RVD, and unfortunately, things ended poorly for RVD when an unexpecting theme song played...
This ended up costing HBK the match, distracted by The Rock's presence. Afterwards, Rock and HBK met in the ring. Rock hit a Rock Bottom to HBK and announced that since he is the only man that hates both Hogan and HBK equally, he was the best fit to be the special guest referee for this match! It's Legend vs. Icon! For the first time ever! Two remnants of the 90s go one-on-one! Can Shawn Michaels rely on his old tricks of the trade to topple the Immortal one? Or will Hulk Hogan get revenge and defeat HBK in this epic encounter?

Theme: "Build a Bridge" by Limp Bizkit
Sunday Night Heat Traditional 5-on-5 Survivor Series Match
Team RAW (Mark Henry, Rodney Mack, Matt Anoa'i, and La Resistance [Rene Dupree and Robert Conway] with Theodore Long and Rico) vs. Team SD (Chavo Guerrero, Billy Kidman, Ultimo Dragon, The Hurricane, and Jamie Noble with Nidia) Winners: Team RAW at 8:13
Result: 1. Dupree and Conway get the jumpstart on Hurricane. It looks like they're going to eliminate him up until Hurricane fights back. He lowers the top rope to get Conway out of the ring before hitting a Chokeslam to Dupree to eliminate him. 2. After a bit, Conway starts to fight Hurricane, but is taken down by a Flying Crossbody. Hurricane tags in Dragon, who almost immediately hits an Aasi DDT to him for the pin. 3. Dragon gets up and is immediately thrown up for a Samoan Drop by Anoa'i for the elimination. 4. Hurricane fights with Henry for a little bit. He kicks Mark away from the corner before going for a Flying Crossbody. Henry catches him mid-air, hitting a World's Strongest Slam to get the pin. 5. Kidman gets with Mack for a bit, keeping him down. Kidman eventually fights off Henry and Anoa'i from the apron. He goes for a Shooting Star Press, but Mack dodges. When Kidman gets up, Mack hits a uranagi and locks in the Blackout. Kidman taps out soon after. 6. Noble gets in the ring and sees that Thuggin 'n' Buggin and Anoa'i are already in the ring. Noble turns towards Chavo before shrugging and exiting the ring. He grabs Nidia and walks to the back. Chavo yells at him the whole way as Noble takes the count out elimination. 7. Chavo fights off the three of them for a little bit, but soon finds himself victim of a ripcord lariat by Mack that sends Chavo almost inside out. Henry gets the tag and hits a World's Strongest Slam to him. Anoa'i gets the tag, but Mark hits a quick Big Splash to Chavo before leaving. Matt climbs up and hits a Flying Big Splash to Chavo for the final elimination.
Main Card
(intro is the same with the exception of Triple H vs. Goldberg being switched to HBK vs. Hogan with Rock as Special Ref and the participants in the Survivor Series matches changed to the right ones)
Traditional 5-on-5 Survivor Series Match
Team Angle (Kurt Angle, John Cena, Rikishi, Diamond Dallas Page, and Hardcore Holly) vs. Team Show (Big Show, Scott Steiner, Rhyno, Matt Hardy, and Sean O'Haire with Shannon Moore)
Winners: Team Angle at 13:15
Result: 1. The bell officially rings, but Holly wastes no time. He dropkicks Show from the apron to the floor. Holly then climbs up top and splashes on down onto Show. Holly beats on Show for a bit until the referee tries to step in. Holly shoves him on his ass before resuming his beating. Angle and DDP get in there to keep him back, but the bell is already called, disqualifying Holly and eliminating him. Angle tells Holly to get to the back, but he shoves Angle and instead grabs a chair. He gets the ref back, and the rest of Team Angle are dealing with the rest of Team Show in the ring proper, allowing Holly to blast Show in the face. This dents the chair, leaves it hanging around Show's neck, and busts him open. Show gets up soon after, pissed as Holly is dragged to the back. He tastes his blood, throwing the chair off him. 2. In the ring, Hardy and DDP fight for a bit. Hardy hits a Side Effect before throwing his shirt off. He goes for a Twist of Fate, but as is fate with DDP, he reverses it into a Diamond Cutter to eliminate Matt. 3. Show storms into the ring, cutting off Rhyno from doing so. Show beats on DDP a bit, blindly throwing him across the ring a couple times. Rikishi tags in and Show doesn't care, he starts beating on him. Rikishi ducks a Big Boot, hitting a couple of Savate Kicks that take Show down in the corner. Rikishi raises the roof and goes for a Stink Face, but before he can get there, Show gets up and hits a thunderous Chokeslam to him for the pin. 4. Rhyno, Steiner, and O'Haire take some time to isolate Cena, double and triple teaming up for a bit. Cena eventually reverses a butterfly suplex by Scott into a back body drop. Cena tags in DDP who starts taking it to a few of the members. That ends when Show gets the tag and big boots him down. Show gets on Page until going for a Chokeslam. DDP tries to reverse it into a Diamond Cutter, but Show stands tall, sending Page to the mat back first. Show stomps on Page in anger, the blood pouring down his face. He tags in O'Haire who hits a Superkick to Page for a two count. Eventually, Angle gets the hot tag, suplexing and getting rid of everybody on Team Show. Eventually, Sean goes for a Superkick to Kurt, but he ducks and it hits Rhyno. Kurt gets Sean out before hitting an Angle Slam to Rhyno to eliminate him. 5. O'Haire gets in and goes for a Widowmaker to Kurt. Angle gets out of it and hits a Triple German Suplex to Sean. He lowers the straps and locks in the Ankle Lock. Sean soon taps out. 6. Right after Sean taps, Show gets in and hits a Chokeslam to Kurt for the pin. 7. Show and Steiner isolate and double team DDP for a little bit. Eventually, Page lowers the top rope, sending Show out of the ring. Steiner grabs his lead pipe, pissed. He goes for Page who ducks. The pipe flies out of the ring, and when he turns around, he is hit with a Diamond Cutter to net the pin. 8. Show takes care of Page and Cena, keeping them apart. Eventually, he goes for a Chokeslam to Page, but Cena runs in, having made the blind tag. Show boots him back into his corner. While Show goes for a Chokeslam, Cena grabs his chain. DDP reverses the Chokeslam mid-move into a Diamond Cutter. While the ref tries to get Show out of the ring, Show manages to stand back up, though obviously woozy. Cena blasts Show with a chain-loaded-punch before hitting a ridiculously impressive FU to secure the final elimination.
Afterwards, DDP and Cena show some respect for each other with Page raising Cena's hand.
------------------
Before the next match, we head backstage where we see Mr. McMahon walking around. He approaches the SmackDown! locker room. He opens the door and tells everyone to get out but Test. Vince and Test talk about how they're facing the Brothers of Destruction tonight, with Vince telling Test that he's far different from the man who was going to marry his daughter 4 years ago. Vince asks Test if he feels a spirituality here. Test mocks Vince, telling him that Vince fell into his match with Undertaker, just like he's going to fall into the grave tonight. Test wants to end this thing with Kane, and end the torment and agony he started. Test tells Vince that both of them might be going to hell tonight, but Test is the only one coming back. Vince shakes his head and leaves. As he leaves, he meets Austin in the hall. The two share a tense moment where they just stare into each other's eyes. Austin starts laughing and Vince joins him. Austin cuts it off and Vince looks frightened. Austin brushes past Vince before heading off.
Eddie Guerrero vs. Rey Mysterio
Winner: Rey Mysterio at 15:39
Result: This is essentially their match from Great American Bash 2005. It's not as personal or as indicatively violent as it, but Eddie is visibly more aggressive against Rey, meaning Rey returns it in kind. The match comes to an end when Eddie hits a Frog Splash to Rey. He doesn't go for it yet, opting to go up and hit another one. Eddie hooks the inside leg and the head, going for it, but on a two count, Rey reverses it into a crucifix pin to secure the win.
Afterwards, Rey smirks and leaves the ring as Eddie starts having a tantrum. Rey runs back in and pushes Eddie. The two get nose-to-nose, eye-to-eye, face-to-face. It looks like they might come to blows, but Eddie eventually calms down. Rey and Eddie shake hands and hug, with Eddie even raising Rey's hand in respect.
------------------
Before the next match, we head backstage where we see Hulk Hogan. He gives us an interview about his match with Shawn tonight and Rock being the guest referee. It's very typical showmanship by Hogan up until Lesnar pops in with his title. He taunts Hogan, telling him that a year ago he was the head of the nWo and the WWE Champion. Now he's a man without a ship, and Lesnar once again holds the title Hogan held hostage in WCW. The two get nose-to-nose, with Hogan telling Lesnar to take a shot if he's brave enough, brother. With a smirk, Lesnar steps down, telling Hogan good luck tonight, and that if he ever wants to get a rematch, he tells him to get in line, he has champions' duties to take care of.
Right after that, we get a short recap of the Hogan vs. Rock trilogy from WM X8 and earlier this year to remind us of their rivalry.
WWE Cruiserweight Title
Tajiri (C) with Akio and Sakoda vs. X-Pac
Winner: X-Pac at 8:33
Result: Tajiri and X-Pac take it to each other for a good bit, trying to outdo the other. Eventually, X-Pac ducks a Buzzsaw and school boys Tajiri for a two. Tajiri ducks out of the ring to avoid a spin kick by Pac. Pac gets off a "suck it" that pisses off Tajiri and his crew. Eventually, Tajiri reverses an X-Factor into a powerbomb into the corner. The ref checks on Pac's neck, but Tajiri doesn't let him get any rest, locking in an octopus hold soon after. Pac fights out of it, getting to the ropes. Tajiri takes it to X-Pac for a lot of the match. His mistake comes when Tajiri goes for a Tarantula. Pac reverses it by getting out of it and kicking Tajiri in the face while he's upside down. Tajiri falls to the floor. Pac climbs up, hitting a splash that takes Tajiri down. Pac gets Tajiri into the ring and starts the comeback. Eventually, Akio gets on the apron. Pac clocks him down. Sakoda hops up, grabbing Pac's arms and keeping him contained. The ref laments this, and Tajiri goes for his green mist. Pac gets free and the mist hits Sakoda. Tajiri turns around into a spin kick and an X-Factor for the pin.
------------------
Before the next match, we head backstage where Show is seen in the EMTs room, getting his cut from earlier bandaged up. He and the doctor talk for a bit until Holly storms in, blasting Show in the face with a chair again. Holly beats on Show with the chair a couple times before security rush in to keep him out. Heyman tells them to throw Holly out of the building. Show is incensed, even shoving Heyman away.
After that, we get a promo detailing how we got to the next match.
WWE Title
Triple H (C) with Ric Flair vs. Rob Van Dam
Winner: Triple H at 11:44
Result: RVD continues to embarrass HHH with high-flying moves and kicks that take him out of his, pardon the pun, game. Eventually, RVD goes for a senton to the outside, but HHH moves. However, RVD lands on his feet with JR bringing up their last singles match and how RVD went splat. The two continue to fight until RVD goes up top for a Five Star Frog Splash. Flair gets on the apron, distracting RVD and allowing HHH to toss him to the outside into a barricade. Hunter then starts taking it to RVD with power moves and holds to keep him down. HHH goes for a Pedigree, but RVD reverses it into a back body drop over the ropes to the outside. RVD basement dropkicks Hunter into and over the Spanish announce table. RVD climbs up, going for a splash, but instead opts for a moonsault onto an unsuspecting Flair. RVD beats on HHH for a bit, tossing him face first into the announce table. RVD then does his apron leg drop with HHH hanging over the announce table, breaking the count in the process. Rob gets Hunter in, going up top. He hits the Five Star Frog Splash, but HHH manages to get a foot on the bottom rope. RVD drags HHH into the middle of the ring. He tries to go up top, but kicks Flair off the apron in the process. RVD gets up there and goes for another Five Star Frog Splash, but HHH gets his knees up. While RVD is struggling, Hunter manages to lock in and nail a quick Pedigree that puts Rob away.
------------------
We then head to the ring where Jonathan Coachman comes out. He talks some sh!t on Austin, JR, and King before noticing Mark Cuban. Coach insults Cuban a bit until Bischoff comes out. Eric tells Coach that he's got this before inviting Cuban into the ring. The two get face-to-face for a few moments before Eric insults Mark. Eric shoves Mark once before he responds by shoving Eric on his ass. Before too long, Mark is hit from behind by an RKO by Randy Orton who slithered into the ring.
------------------
Before the next match, we get a promo detailing how we got here. It features "Eat You Alive" by Limp Bizkit.
Hell in a Cell
Kane vs. Test
Winner: Kane at 20:57
Result: Kane can't wait and attacks Test before he comes out. The two brawl on the outside of the cell for a bit, eventually ending with Kane hitting a Chokeslam onto an exposed portion of the floor. Kane gets Test in the cell, shutting it himself. Once they're in the ring it starts. It's from there on a weapons fest where Kane and Test trade shots back and forth. At one point, Kane goes for a Tombstone, but Test gets down and hits a Big Boot that sends him out of the ring. Test hits a splash over the top onto Kane. Test drags Kane into the cell, busting him open. Test whacks Kane with the steel steps twice. Test goes for a Pumphandle Slam onto the steps, but Kane gets down, hitting a Chokeslam onto the steps. Kane doesn't go for it, opting to first throw the steps into the ring and then second pull out some chain from below the ring. He hooks it around Test's neck, dragging him into the ring. Once Test is in, he low blows Kane. Test gets the chain off him and starts whipping Kane with it. Test then starts choking Kane with the chain, hanging him off the ropes while Test is on the outside. Test then wraps the chain around a hole in the cell, almost locking it in place. Test grabs a kendo stick and starts flogging Kane in the chest while he's hanging and trying to get loose. Test blasts the kendo stick over Kane's face, breaking it in half. Test goes for a move, but Kane gets his boot up. Kane tries to get out, but ends up passing out from the chain. Test lets the chain go before hitting a Big Boot for a two count. Test goes under the ring and gets out a wooden casket. He gets it into the ring. He hits another Big Boot to Kane, sending him into the casket. Test covers it and gets some nails and a hammer. He start to hammer the casket lid on, but Kane fights back. He hits a couple of his usual comeback moves until grabbing the hammer. Test runs before Kane can whack him with it. Kane follows, and when Test tries to throw the chain at him, he just laughs. Test gets into the ring. Kane follows, but Test meets him halfway. Test tries to get the hammer away from him, but Kane gets him back, nailing a bit boot. Kane uses the sharp side of the hammer and presses it into Test's wound. Kane throws the hammer away before setting the casket lid back on. He then hits a Chokeslam to Test through the casket, lid and all. Kane tips the casket over, sending Test rolling. Kane does the cutthroat. Test grabs the chain as Kane gets him up for the Tombstone, allowing Test to wrap the chain around his neck again and choke him. Kane shakes his head, fighting out into a choke to Test. He gouges Kane's eyes. Test hits the ropes, but Kane hits a Sidewalk Slam on the rebound. Kane gets the chain off him, wrapping it around Test's neck and choking him. Eventually, Test kicks Kane down low, hitting another Big Boot. He leaves the ring and gets a table, setting it up. Test grabs a chair and whacks Kane with it a couple times, sending him onto the table. Test goes up top, and looks for an elbow drop, but Kane sits up on the table. Test sees this and looks frightened. Kane stands up, pulling the chain down and sending Test careening through the table. Kane calls for it and hits a Chokeslam onto the steel steps. He does his cutthroat once again, this time hitting a Tombstone onto the steps for the pin.
------------------
Before the next match, we head to the Evolution locker room where they are celebrating with a bunch of ladies over his win earlier. Orton then pops in and tells them what he just did to Cuban (after taking a glass of champagne and a couple girls on his arm) and how he just "killed" his legend. He then says he's gonna kill the legend of Austin tonight. HHH says that tonight Evolution is running wild, and he ain't talkin about some phony immortal, brother. They then share a glass before cutting back to the ring.
Cole and Tazz talk about the next match for a few moments before we get a promo detailing how we got there. It features "Build a Bridge" by Limp Bizkit.
World Heavyweight Title
Brock Lesnar (C) vs. Chris Benoit
Winner: Brock Lesnar at 16:07
Result: The two trade lock-ups early on with Lesnar powering through them. Eventually, Benoit reverses a lock-up attempt into a Crossface, but Lesnar just as quickly gets out and leaves the ring. Lesnar takes a few moments to recuperate before reentering. The two trade lock-ups once again, though Brock knees Benoit in the gut. Brock hits a couple belly to belly suplexes before going for a Powerbomb. Benoit gets out of it and locks in another Crossface. This time, Lesnar gets to the ropes. Chris lets go and starts getting frustrated. Benoit goes for Brock while he's on the ropes and is flapjacked onto the top rope for his trouble. Lesnar sends him to the outside. Brock spinebusters Benoit into the apron, the barricade, and the ring post. Brock then goes for an F5 into the ring post, but Benoit gets down and starts chopping the hell out of Brock's chest. It gets him back against the barricade where one final chop sends Brock over the barricade into the crowd. Benoit breaks the count before going after Brock. The two brawl out there for a few moments before fighting back towards the ring. Brock gets Benoit back before charging, where the former back body drops the latter over the barricade onto the floor. Brock throws Benoit back in the ring for a two count. Brock starts using his holds and strength to keep Benoit down, focusing on the back and ribs. Brock hits a Powerbomb to Chris, then lifts him up and hits a second one. On a two count, Brock gets Chris up and hits a third for another two. When Benoit kicks out, Brock locks in a half Boston crab. Benoit gets to the ropes, and a frustrated Brock lets go. Brock goes for an F5, but Benoit reverses it into a Crossface. Brock rolls through for a two, but Benoit rolls back through into the move. Brock eventually reverses it into a sidewalk slam for a two. Brock goes up top, but Benoit meets him, chopping him a couple times. Benoit hits a Superplex to Brock from the top rope. Benoit gingerly gets up and does the cutthroat. He hits a Flying Headbutt before going for a Sharpshooter. Brock kicks out, pushing Benoit away. Benoit tries to fight back with Brock, going for a Crossface once again. This time, Brock rolls through it and catches him in an F5...BUT BENOIT GETS A SHOULDER UP! Brock goes for an F5, but Benoit gets down, shoving him into the ref in the corner in an attempt of an O'Connor roll. Benoit goes for a German Suplex, but he holds on. Brock mule kicks Benoit down low. Brock then grabs his World Heavyweight Title, but before he can do anything with it, Hardcore Holly runs out through the crowd. He starts beating on Brock with punches and kicks. Brock shoves him away, so Holly kicks Brock down low. Holly grabs the World Heavyweight Title and whacks Brock in the face with it. Holly hits an Alabama Slam and then locks in a Full Nelson just as security arrives. Security manages to separate them. Big Show runs out with a bandage over his cut. He throws security away and starts beating on Holly. The two start brawling towards the back with Holly's pitbull like mentality enough to keep Show from dominating him. After they get to the back, Benoit gets up first. He grabs the title, seeing the ref starting to awaken as well as Brock. He throws it away with a huff before going for a Crossface. He gets it locked in and it looks like he might get it. Eventually, Brock gets to the ropes. Benoit is pissed and goes for it again, but Brock isn't letting go. Benoit tries to lock it in, but Brock powers out. Benoit swipes into the ref, distracting him and telling him to move. Benoit goes again, but Brock sweeps him up into a picture perfect F5 to secure the win.
After a commercial for Mick Foley's Greatest Hits and Misses, Benoit is standing in the ring, saddened by his loss. He stands up and is given a standing ovation from the crowd. As he heads to the back, he is met at the stage by Paul Heyman, who smirks at him. The two stare eye-to-eye before Benoit leaves, too disheartened.

Before the next match, we get a promo detailing how we got here.
Traditional Survivor Series Match. If Team Austin Wins, Steve can raise hell on anybody he wants. If Team Bischoff wins, Austin must leave RAW.
Team Austin (Booker T, The Dudley Boyz [Bubba Ray Dudley and D-von Dudley], Jeff Hardy, and Billy Gunn with Steve Austin) vs. Team Bischoff (Goldberg, Chris Jericho, Christian, Randy Orton, and A-Train with Eric Bischoff and Shane McMahon)
Winners: Team Bischoff at 27:27
Result: 1. Things start off super hot with A-Train and Gunn taking it to each other. It turns on them real quickly when The Dudleys help Billy reverse a Train Wreck by getting him down. They hit an inverted back suplex 3D and then a Fameasser, both to Train for the pin. 2. Not soon after, Billy and Goldberg go at it. Goldberg reverses another Fameasser by tossing Billy halfway across the ring. Billy gets up and takes a Spear and a Jackhammer, getting rid of him before too long. 3. This is where things get interesting. Goldberg is taken out of the ring by the remainder of Team Austin. Team Bischoff is fought back by their opponents enough for Goldberg to be hit with a 3D through the SmackDown! announce table. Team Austin then piles the Spanish announce table on top of Goldberg, as well as chairs and the bell table, whatever they can find around. On a seven, the legal man, Jeff, reenters the ring. Goldberg tries to get free, but only gets the table off at a 9. On a 10, Goldberg is almost helped up by Jericho and Christian. 4. Team Austin takes it to Team Bischoff for another stretch of time. Eventually, Jeff reverses an RKO into a backslide for a two. Jeff then starts his comeback, getting excited as he hits an inverted Twist of Fate. Jeff throws his shirt to the crowd before going for a Swanton Bomb. Shane gets on the apron to distract the ref, allowing Jericho to toss Jeff off, sending him throat first into the top rope. Shane gets down and Jeff rebounds right into an RKO to eliminate him. 5. D-von takes some time to take it to Team Austin, fighting back against their usual cheating tactics. D-von hits a running elbow and a Saving Grace to Jericho, but Christian breaks both of them up. D-von goes for another, but Jericho gets behind him, going for a bulldog. D-von hits a clothesline to Jericho instead. Christian distracts the ref, so when D-von hits the ropes, Shane hits him in the back with a kendo stick. D-von stumbles out into a running enzuguri by Jericho for the three. 6. Bubba and Booker survive the odds for another stretch. Eventually, Shane goes for a kendo stick again, but Booker catches it. The two fight over it long enough for Booker to pull Shane in. Shane stands up and looks between a rock and a hard place of Booker and Bubba. Eventually, he tries to leave, but turns around for a kendo stick shot. Bubba dodges and hits a Bubba Bomb to him. He is shoved right into a Book End. They get Shane up and hit a Scissors Kick before tossing him out of the ring. Bubba smashes the kendo stick in half on his leg before going for a Bubba Bomb to Christian. Jericho runs in to knock Booker off the apron, distracting the ref and allowing Christian to mule kick Bubba down low. Christian then hits an Unprettier to eliminate him. 7. Booker starts his comeback soon after on Christian, but Jericho pulls the ropes down mid-way. This begins a heinous 3-on-1 assault that includes Jericho leg catapulting Booker into the turnbuckle post, busting him open something fierce. They isolate him harshly, with Christian punching the wound and attempting a spinaroonie. When he gets up, he walks right into a Book End for a three count. 8. Jericho does a good job using his arsenal to keep Booker down and make the wound worse. After a bulldog, Jericho goes for a Lionsault, but Booker gets his knees up. Booker goes for a Scissors Kick, but Jericho dodges. He locks in a Walls of Jericho. Booker fights out, getting back onto his back. He then rolls up Jericho for an unsuspecting pin. 9. After he's eliminated, Jericho gets a chair and whacks Booker with it. He and Austin have a few choice words before Y2J hits the back. Orton covers Booker but it gets a two. Orton then starts beating on Booker and choking his relentlessly. Orton goes for an RKO, but Booker shoves him away, sending Randy into Shane who got on the apron. Orton steps back into a Book End attempt. Orton gets out of it and clotheslines Booker to the mat. Orton takes a few moments to regather his faculties before going for a Flying Crossbody. Booker either collapses from bloodloss to dodges the move, sending Orton careening into the ref. While Orton tries to get up, Booker goes for a Scissors Kick. Mid-move, Bischoff runs in and kicks him in the abdomen. Austin rushes in and starts to stomp a mudhole in Eric's ass. Austin turns and quickly hits a Stunner to Orton. Austin takes Bischoff out of the ring, fighting with him towards the back. Eventually, Booker crawls over and looks like he's going for the pin. That is, until Batista rushes into the ring from nowhere and hits him with a Batista Bomb. JR screams as Orton crawls over to cover Booker. The ref awakens and crawls over himself, counting the three as Austin rushes from the back to see his own career come to an end.
After the match, after the music has stopped, Austin helps Booker to his feet. Booker apologizes, but him and Austin have a nice moment. Austin then helps Booker to the back.

After a somewhat ironic commercial for The Stone Cold Truth DVD coming out next year, we head back to the arena where Steve Austin comes back up. He gives a somber retirement promo about how his career started and ended in Dallas. It is interrupted by Coach who comes out with a smirk and security. Coach tells Austin that since he doesn't work here anymore, he has to go. Austin beats him and the security down, giving him a Stunner to end this whole thing on a high note.
------------------
Before the next match, we head backstage where Shawn Michaels gives an interview about his match tonight about Hogan and Rock.
Right after that, we get a recap of the Rock vs. HBK match from earlier this year to remind us of their rivalry.
After that, we quickly go backstage where Victoria tells Steven Richards to stay in the back and that she will handle Lita by herself.
WWE Women's Title
Victoria (C) vs. LitaWinner: Victoria at 6:48Result: The match is very back and forth with Victoria's power almost matched by Lita's athleticism. Eventually, Lita goes for a DDT, but Victoria reverses it into a Northern Lights for a two count. Victoria goes for her spinning side slam, but Lita reverses it into a headscissors. She then hits a hurricanrana for a two. Victoria goes for a clothesline, but Lita ducks and hits a Snap DDT. She goes for a Moonsault, but Steven Richards starts to walk out. Lita sees this and points. She goes for the Moonsault, but Victoria dodges. She sees Steven and tells him to leave. Steven gets angry before walking away. Victoria goes back in and gets hit with a roll-up by Lita for a two. Victoria gets Lita up and hits her spinning side slam. Victoria feeds off the crowd before hitting a Widow's Peak for the pin.
Afterwards, the two ladies shake hands in the middle of the ring. Steven runs in and confronts Victoria. The two share a quick kiss. Steven backs up before going for a Steven Kick. Victoria catches it with both of them shocked. She turns to anger quickly, kicking him down low and hitting him with a Widow's Peak, cementing her face turn.
------------------We head to Cole and Tazz where they briefly discuss what just happened as well as Austin's career ending.
They then transition into the following match. A promo airs detailing how we got here.
Buried Alive Match
The Undertaker vs. Mr. McMahon
Winner: Mr. McMahon at 11:59
Result: Good news! It's the same match that happens in real life with the exception of the ending! When Undertaker throws Vince into the grave, Undertaker turns around and is hit with Spear by Goldberg that sends Big Evil careening through the tombstone. Goldberg gets Vince out of the grave before hitting a Jackhammer to Undertaker into it (Author's Note: which is more like a falcon's arrow but nobody cares). Vince heads to the payloader as Goldberg stares into the grave. He stares at it without emotion as Vince sends the dirt piling onto Undertaker.
------------------
We head backstage where The Rock gives an interview about tonight in his own way. He references the events of Survivor Series as a whole and all that has transpired so far, but promises that the final act, the final climax will be all that people will care about.
First Time Ever, Legend vs. Icon with The Rock as Special Guest Referee
Hulk Hogan vs. Shawn Michaels
Winner: Hulk Hogan at 21:24
Result: Also good news! This is their match from SummerSlam 2005! The only added benefit is The Rock is there to add to the comedy and be a nuisance for them both. Rock even takes the same ref bump that happens in the actual match. Same ending, same Big Boot, same oversell, same Running Leg Drop, same victory.
Afterwards, Rock and Hogan have a small confrontation before Rock leaves. HBK and Hogan also meet-up, with HBK shaking Hogan's hand and telling he "needed to know."
