Rebuilding The NWA (Compactverse) (PWS)

With Eli Drake and The Awakening at ringside, Trevor Murdoch defends the NWA National Heavyweight Championship against Joe Hennig. Hennig allows Murdoch to get a lot of offense in the early part of the match. Hennig is able to withstand them, until a massive right hand hits Hennig in the chin, dazing him. Murdoch hits his finisher and goes for the pin, but Hennig kicks out at 2.9. Murdoch, having spent all of his energy, is now on the defense as Hennig goes after him. Hennig uses his wrestling skill to tire out Murdoch, and after 13 minutes, Hennig finishes off Murdoch with his finisher to win the match and the NWA National Heavyweight Championship.

Trevor Murdoch, The Rock N Roll Express, and The Von Erichs watch from ringside as Eli Drake takes on Rene Dupree. Dupree somehow gains control of the match, but when Drake takes over, Dupree isn't afraid to cheat. Waiting until the referee looks away for a moment, Dupree takes out a roll of quarters and knocks Drake in the chin. Drake hits the mat, knocked out, and Dupree covers him for the win after 10 minutes.

With JTG and JR Kratos at ringside, Aron Stevens faces Fred Rosser. The match is back and forth until Stevens manages to pick up the win after 11 minutes.

With Tim Storm at ringside, Jax Dane faces James Storm. Dane pushes against Storm early on, but Storm is able to withstand his attacks, and it soon becomes an open brawl. After 6 minutes, Storm is about to hit his finisher, when Mr. Anderson runs out and distracts him. Tim Storm goes after Anderson, but the distraction was costly, as Dane waylays Storm from behind. Dane hits his finisher, and pins Storm for the win after 7 minutes.

In a chaotic match, Homicide faces Chris Adonis. Homicide brutalizes Adonis, beating him around the ring and taunting him. Homicide finally pins Adonis after 6 minutes for the win.

With JR Kratos at ringside, Rene Dupree fights Aron Stevens. Stevens easily controls the match and throws Dupree out of the ring, but as the referee isn't looking and when Stevens sticks his head through the ropes, Dupree wacks him with a kendo stick. Dupree goes into the ring and pins Stevens for the win. Then, Eli Drake, Rock N Roll Express, and The Von Erichs come out and tell the referee what happened. The referee then orders that the match continue, and Stevens hits his finisher on Dupree to get the win after 11 minutes.

In a brutal bout, Jax Dane faces Homicide. Homicide uses the same hard-hitting and vicious tactics he used against Adonis, but Dane is able to power through, and after 9 minutes, is able to beat Homicide for the win.

With Allysin Kay, ODB, Melina, and Mickie James at ringside, Ashley Vox faces Marti Belle. Belle cheats early on and Mickie is suspiciously looking the other way, and goes for her finisher, but Vox is able to reverse it and hits her own finisher for the win after 8 minutes.

With JR Kratos at ringside, Aron Stevens faces Jax Dane. Dane powers through Stevens, and fatigues him. Dane hits his finisher. However, JR Kratos distracts Jax Dane, and Dane goes to the outside and brawls with Kratos. Stevens, recovered, comes from behind and attacks Dane, who turns on him. As the referee counts, they continue to brawl, then when the referee gets to 7, they both run to the ring, but Dane trips Stevens and enters the ring. Stevens barely gets in as the referee counts to 9. After a few more minutes, Dane is finally becoming worn down, and Stevens takes advantage by first hitting his own finisher, then he hits Question Mark's finisher to get the win after 17 minutes, winning the tournament.

With JR Kratos and Strictly Business at ringside, Aron Stevens, worn out, takes on Nick Aldis. Despite his earlier matches, Stevens brings the fight. Right at the start, Aldis hits his finisher on a tired Stevens. Aldis gets the pin and the first fall. Aldis decides to hit his finisher again, and goes for the pin, but Stevens kicks out! Aldis, realizing that Stevens won't go down so easily, picks Stevens up. Stevens then punches Aldis in the face and slaps him. Aldis goes for a punch, which Stevens ducks and the two spend the next several minutes in a chaotic fist fight and brawl, which then turns into a wrestling based fight. Stevens then gets Aldis in position for his finisher, but Aldis gets out of it. Aldis knocks Stevens down, and puts him in his finishing submission hold, but Stevens refuses to tap. After a gruesome thirty seconds with that hold locked in, the referee forces Aldis to let go. Aldis confronts the referee, then turns around to get hit with a clothesline by Stevens! Aldis gets up and is hit with another. Aldis gets up again, and Stevens hits his finisher! ONE, TWO, KICKOUT! Aldis barely kicks out, and Stevens gets up and picks up Aldis. He gets Aldis in position for his finisher, but then collapses of exhaustion. Aldis picks him up, spits in his face, and slaps him. Aldis hits his finisher. Stevens doesn't kick out, and after 19 hard minutes, Aldis gets the second straight fall and the victory, retaining the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship.

In a chaotic match, Melina & Marti Belle face Mickie James as Allysin Kay, Ashley Vox, Kamille, and ODB watch from ringside. Belle starts out against James, but James soon gets the better of her. Belle tags out to Melina, who immediately tries to cheat. James reverses it and hits her finisher, but Melina kicks out. James then looks like she's about to cheat by hitting Melina in the back of the head with a kendo stick, but as the four at ringside watch she says "I can win without cheating too" and throws the stick away. She goes to hit her finisher again, but Melina gets out of it, and tags out to Belle. Belle comes in and tries to eyepoke James, but James cheats with a small wooden object, which knocks out Belle. James pins her for the win after 10 minutes.

Matt Cross takes on The Dawsons. Before the match starts, Perfect Chaos come out to watch from ringside. After 4 minutes, Cross gets the win by pinning Dave Dawson. Joe Hennig looks impressed and nods in approval as he leaves.

In a chaotic match, JTG takes on The Pope. After 8 minutes, Pope picks up the win.

Fred Rosser makes his 4th defense of the NWA World Television Championship against Jordan Clearwater. In 4:21, Rosser retains the title.

Looking to get revenge, Drake & Murdoch team with Rock N Roll Express and The Von Erichs to face Rene Dupree. The match is basically a beatdown on Dupree, as the teammates tag in and out and beat him. Finally after 8 minutes, Eli Drake tags out to Trevor Murdoch, who hadn't been tagged in at all. Murdoch goes in, but Dupree low-blows him. The referee sees, and DQs Dupree, giving Murdoch and company the win via DQ after 8 minutes.

JR Kratos faces Royce Isaacs as Strictly Business watches from ringside. Kratos controls the match, but when Isaacs cheats, he nearly loses, but kicks out. As Isaacs is turned looking at Strictly Business, Kratos rolls him up and before Strictly Business can do anything, Kratos gets the win after 9 minutes.

Joe Hennig faces Matt Cross. The two put on a classic wrestling match, with plenty of offense by both competitors. Nobody has the advantage until Hennig hits a Perfectplex on Cross to get the win after 13 minutes.

The Awakening defend their tag titles against The Awakening. PCO starts out the match and actually gets his finisher on Vik. Brody King is on the apron yelling to be tagged in, and PCO reluctantly tags him in. However, in that time Vik tagged out to Kon, who comes in at the same time and decimates King, getting the win for his team after 10 minutes.

In a chaotic match, Bad Storm & Jax Dane fight Mr. Anderson. James Storm starts out the match, and beats up Anderson. Then he tags in Tim Storm. Storm is controlling Anderson, then turns towards Dane. Dane is asking to be tagged in, and Storm ignores him. As Storm turns around, Anderson waylays him with a small black box. The referee doesn't see, and Storm is knocked out. Anderson pins Storm as Dane and James Storm enter the ring, but they aren't quick enough. Anderson gets the win after 8 minutes.

Homicide teams with Effy to take on Chris Adonis and The Pope. Homicide starts out against Adonis, who tags out to Pope as Homicide starts to run across the ring. Pope then looks uneasily at Homicide, who yells out "You want to feel safe?" and goes to Effy. He whispers in Effy's ear, then tags out. Effy gets in the ring and Pope smirks. Pope starts walking towards Effy, who instantly tags out to Homicide. Pope runs back across the ring. Homicide corners him in the turnbuckle, and throws a punch, which Pope dodges. Pope then manages to get some shots into Homicide, who low-blows Pope as the referee isn't looking. Adonis then manages to tag himself in, but Homicide knocks him off the apron before he can even get in. He gets out of the ring and the two brawl. Homicide hits his finisher and puts Adonis into the ring. He then tags out to Effy, who comes in and pins Adonis for the win after 6 minutes.

JR Kratos takes on Scott Steiner, with Strictly Business, JTG, and Fred Rosser watch from ringside. The match is back and forth, as they trade heavy blows and nobody gets the advantage. Suddenly, Steiner goes for his finisher, but Kratos gets out of it and performs his. He's got the match won when Nick Aldis sends The Wildcards to attack him. JTG and Fred Rosser stop them and brawl with them on the outside. Steiner, who kicked out of Kratos' pin, is brawling with Kratos, when he notices how the referee is turned towards the action on the outside. Nick Aldis then throws a chair into a corner, and Steiner allows himself to be knocked over there. He then gets up with the chair, and hits Kratos with it. He throws away the chair and gets the ref's attention, and pins Kratos for the win after 12 minutes.

With a shot at the tag titles on the line, The Von Erichs face The Fatal French. Ross & PCO start off, and PCO uses his power to dominate. After 7 minutes, Ross manages to dodge a punch and land a massive one of his own, and hits a series of moves which ends in both men on the mat. They each get a hot tag, and Marshall comes in against Dupree. Dupree tries to go for a low-blow right away, but Marshall gets out of the way and gets the tries to get the iron claw on him. Dupree escapes when he kicks Ross in the knee and he gets on top of him and starts pounding on him. Suddenly, Brody King runs out and distracts Dupree & PCO. Then, Marshall gets the iron claw on a distracted Dupree, and gets the win after 12 minutes.

In a chaotic match, Effy takes on Chris Adonis. It's a comedic match, as at the start, Adonis flexes his muscles and tries showing off. Effy then mocks him by doing the same, but more comedically. They repeat this a few times as the crowd cheers for Effy and boos Adonis.th Then Adonis charges at Effy, who ducks and mocks Adonis. Adonis comes at him again, but Effy ducks and Adonis goes over the top rope. Effy mocks Adonis and celebrates with the crowd. Adonis, outside the ring, picks up a pair of brass knuckles and hides them, returning to the ring, he punches Effy in the chin with them, which knocks him out, but the referee sees this and DQs Adonis, giving Effy the win via DQ after 5 minutes.

With Allysin Kay & ODB at ringside, Team Sea Stars take on Melina & Marti Belle. Melina & Belle try to cheat, but Vox outsmarts them and is able to take control. She tags in Delmi Exo to finish the match, but then Kamille comes out. Once again, she watches, but this time Kay & ODB get in her face and tell her to leave. Exo, distracted, is rolled up by Belle and loses after 7 minutes.

In a chaotic match, Fred Rosser defends his Television Title against Mr. Anderson with JTG at ringside. Anderson attempts to cheat, but Rosser avoids all of his attempts and gets the win after 5:03.
