WWE Smackdown 08.05.2007 WWE World Title: Edge def. The Undertaker (c) As in reality, Edge arrives to Smackdown to win the title. He's not the MITB winner, but on Raw May 5th he gets defeated by Randy Orton in a Loser Leaves Raw Match. Teddy Long accepts to take him to Smackdown by promising him a title match, so Edge shockingly uses it here after a cage match between Taker and Batista. Edge spears Taker and wins the belt
WWE Judgment Day 20.05.2007 St. Louis, MI
1. WWE Tag Titles: The Hardy Boyz (c) def. The Rednecks (w/ Mickie James) (15 mins) This actually happened and it was a good match, so I am happy to keep it on the card. The story of the Rednecks befriending the champions is changed to them revealing that they are their youth idols, but then they still turn on the Hardyz. It's an open match and Matt retains when he pins Cade after the twist of fate
2. WWE US Title I Quit Match: MVP (c) (w/ Maryse) def. Chris Benoit (13 mins) MVP needs to go over a bit more here and Benoit is almost done.. so I thought that this is the best way to put MVP over after the non-finish at Backlash. Benoit seems the favourite due to the stipulation, but MVP escapes the crossface and he applies a crossface of his own, giving him leverage with a chain and Benoit shockingly quits
3. Randy Orton (w/ Candice Michelle) def. Shawn Michaels by KO (6 mins) With Edge gone, Orton wants a title shot but he still has an issue with HBK for almost a year now, with the DX feud first and then for the WWE Title. Orton attacks HBK backstage and HBK can't go, so this match is almost an angle as in reality. Orton hits the rko and Michaels passes out, so the referee awards the match to Orton
4. WWE Tag Titles: William Regal & Fit Finlay (c) (w/ Dave Taylor) def. Speed Of Sound (w/ Ashley) (10 mins) London and Kendrick get a rematch from 'Mania, while the champions have now separated from Booker T and so they are more focused on keeping the belts rather then defending their ex leader. They can have a nice 10 minutes here with a good old school heel beating and a hot tag. Finlay hits the celtic cross on Kendrick to retain
5. ECW World Title: CM Punk (c) (w/ Kelly Kelly) def. Rob Van Dam, Elijah Burke (w/ Matt Striker) and Lashley (12 mins) Punk and Burke are still on bad terms, so Striker sides with Burke instead while Punk remarks to be the leader of New Breed. RVD still represents the Originals, while Lashley has turned heel as he's frustrated by the boos from the fans. Punk struggles a lot, but at the end he pins the shocked Burke with a roll up and wins
6. WWE Title: John Cena (c) (w/ Maria) def. Johnny Nitro (w/ Melina) (14 mins) I'm not Nitro's biggest fan, but anyone is better than Khali and so why not give him a chance here and see what happens. Nitro says he's better than Cena in anything, which amuses Cena. They have an intense match and Cena retains with the FU, but Nitro shows that he can hold his ground. Nitro slaps Cena after the match is over
7. WWE World Title: Edge (c) def. Batista and Kane (13 mins) Edge doesn't have an easy time as champions. Batista wants his belt back, mad at Edge because he ruined his feud with Taker, while Kane wants to get revenge for his brother but also the title for himself. Batista and Kane fight each other too, which helps Edge a lot. Edge retain with a spear on Kane while he was trying to chokeslam Batista

WWE One Night Stand 03.06.2007 Jacksonville, FL
I liked the concept of this as a card made of special matches, like Extreme Rules
1. WWE Tag Titles Ladder Match: The Hardy Boyz (c) def. World's Greatest Tag Team (15 mins) I am keeping this, it was a good ladder match even though nobody really talks about it, because of course the Hardyz are surely known for a lot of better ladder matches in the Attitude Era. WGTT get their 'Mania rematch here and want the belts back, it's a solid way to open the show. Jeff grabs the belt before Benjamin to retain the belts
2. Ambulance Match: Kane def. Chris Benoit (9 mins) Kane turns heel on Batista in a Smackdown on May 2007, when he's frustrated after Batista eliminates him in a Battle Royal for a title shot. Benoit is a sacrificial lamb here, for his last PPV ever. Kane has no remorse and chokeslams Benoit on the stretcher itself, before dragging him away and winning the match
3. Last Man Standing Match: Randy Orton (w/ Candice Michelle) def. Ric Flair (w/ Torrie Wilson) (13 mins) Orton is getting cockier and cockier thanks to his winning streak, Flair tries to talk sense into his former student but Orton doesn't like this and brutally attacks The Naitch. They have a brutal match here, Flair bleeds but gives his 100% as usual. Orton wins when he hits an rko on the MITB briefcase and Flair doesn't get up on time
4. WWE World Tag Titles Bullrope Match: The Jung Dragons def. William Regal & Fit Finlay (c) (9 mins) Yang and Noble reunite as the fighting Jung Dragons here, I mean it could call them anything else but WWE owns the name so why not. Regal and Finlay are determined on teaching them a lession, but the babyfaces have enough chemistry of course. Noble touches the last corner before Regal does for the unexpected title change
5. ECW World Title vs. Career Dog Collar Match: CM Punk (c) (w/ Kelly Kelly) def. Rob Van Dam (14 mins) RVD is going away for 6 years, so why not use this stipulation and put over Punk in a big way. RVD is sure that he can beat Punk in a hardcore match, but Punk chooses the dog collar as it's his speciality. Punk wins clean with the GTS and postmatch, while the Originals thank RVD, Punk comes back to shake RVD's hand and finally turns babyface
6. WWE Title Steel Cage Match: John Cena (c) (w/ Maria) def. Johnny Nitro (w/ Melina) (15 mins) Nitro gets another chance here, he wants to make it personal and the cage match creates a dynamic where he doesn't have to pin Cena to win and can only just escape to win the title. Nitro's quickness is a problem for Cena, but Cena gets the best when he sends Nito into the cage with an FU and then escapes the structure to retain
7. WWE World Title Falls Count Anywhere Match: Edge (c) def. Batista (12 mins) This is a bit of smoke and mirrors, as it's the hotter angle but not the best match on the show by any means. Edge tries to use all of his hardcore experience, but Batista seems on fire and gets the best of all the physical confrontations. They both fall on an opened double table outside the ring and Edge just happens to be on top, so the referee counts to 3 and Edge keeps the title

Draft 2007
RAW Booker T (w/ Sharmell) Lashley Snitsky Mr. Kennedy Paul London Brian Kendrick Sandman William Regal Jillian
SMACKDOWN Torrie Wilson Chris Masters Ric Flair Kenny Dykstra Hardcore Holly Brian Major Bret Major Victoria
ECW Chris Benoit The Miz Johnny Nitro Layla
CURRENT CHAMPIONS WWE Champion: John Cena World Heavyweight Champion: Edge ECW Champion: CM Punk WWE IC Champion: Umaga WWE US Champion: MVP WWE Tag Champions: The Hardy Boyz WWE World Tag Champions: The Jung Dragons
WWE Vengeance 24.06.2007 Houston, TX
1. WWE World Tag Titles: Speed Of Sound def. The Hardy Boyz (c) (15 mins) A dream match maybe, but a really interesting one at the very least. London and Kendrick are on Raw now, while Matt will now be Smackdown exclusive and Jeff is ready to go solo, so this is the only time I can run this basically. Clean and open match, Kendrick pins Matt with the sliced bread and then Hardyz pass the torch to the new champs
2. Kane def. Fit Finlay (7 mins) Finlay is now by himself as Regal has been drafted and he seems more like a babyface, but he also needs time off due to an injury. A minifeud with Kane is perfect, as Kane's push is still strong and the monster can beat Finlay and write him out of TV for a while. Kane pins his opponent after the chokeslam
3. ECW World Title: CM Punk (c) (w/ Kelly Kelly) def. Tommy Dreamer (11 mins) Punk is now a babyface, but Dreamer still wants to test him and he's pretty much the Originals' leader now as Rob Van Dam left. Dreamer and Punk are on the same side against Burke, but then opponents and Dreamer tells Punk not to trust him ever. The heels try some mind games, but Punk beats Dreamer with the GTS
4. #1 Contender: Lashley def. Booker T (w/ Sharmell), Umaga and Randy Orton (w/ Candice Michelle) (12 mins) The winner will face the WWE champion at Great American Bash. It's kind of a weird match as it's 4 heels facing each other here, but the roster is really weird for this PPV and the card is very restricted due to roster changes and absences. Orton is once again the most brilliant one, but Lashley wins the shot after a spear on Booker T
5. WWE US Title: MVP (c) def. Ric Flair by DQ (12 mins) Flair debuts on Smackdown saying that he knows his career won't last forever, but he wants to use the MITB and be a 17th time champion before retiring. MVP calls him a has-been and claims that he made the US Title the most prestigious belt. I know it's a bit cheap, but I don't want any of them to lose here as so the match ends by DQ
6. WWE Title Barbed Wire Match: John Cena (c) (w/ Maria) def. Mick Foley (14 mins)
This would be an unique deal, having Foley on a PPV should always be special (especially as business was down in 2007) but he was thrown in a multiman instead and I really didn't get it. Again, it's a chance for Foley to test Cena's doubters and for the champion to win some respect from the fans. Cena hits an FU on the barbed wire to win
7. WWE World Title Street Fight vs. Loser Leaves Match: Batista def. Edge (c) (13 mins) This is Batista's last chance to win the title, like in reality, as he couldn't get the job done with Taker and Edge. To make it more dramatic, Batista will leave Smackdown if he can't win the title and the stipulation would make it a better match hopefully. Edge tries everything he can, but Batista hits the batista bomb and finally regains the belt

CURRENT CHAMPIONS WWE Champion: John Cena World Heavyweight Champion: Batista ECW Champion: CM Punk WWE IC Champion: Umaga WWE US Champion: MVP WWE Tag Champions: Speed Of Sound WWE World Tag Champions: The Jung Dragons
WWE The Great American Bash 22.07.2007 San José, CA
1. WWE US Title: Matt Hardy def. MVP (c) by DQ (13 mins) MVP and Matt Hardy's feud was really nice and I'll keep it, it made Hardy relevant again in single action and it showed more potential from MVP. The two are total opposites and keep annoying each other. Here Hardy is close to winning and MVP decides to hit him low and leave the match instead, losing by DQ 2. Mr. Kennedy, Umaga & William Regal def. Carlito, Super Crazy & Jeff Hardy (11 mins) The problem with Umaga's IC Title is that he's too big for that title, buy maybe so is Hardy and other people he could feud with. These six get paired after the draft and this would be a nice little match, snug heels against flying babyfaces. Hardy gets the hot tag and pins Regal with a roll up for his team
3. Rey Mysterio def. Kenny Doane (9 mins) Mysterio is back from his injury and aiming to face Chavo Guerrero, who fakes an injury and gets Doane to replace him. This can be solid, not a match that sells a lot of tickets but it's still Mysterio's return after almost a year. Chavo tries to interfere, so we find out the injury is fake, but Mysterio gets the 619 and pins Doane
4. WWE World Tag Titles: Speed Of Sound (c) def. World's Greatest Tag Team (14 mins) Another dream match or kind of, London and Kendrick are now reigning RAW and they get heels WGTT in front of them, tired of these youngsters that don't respect them. It can be a classic southern tag deal here, Kendrick bleeds and sells but then he finally tags London, who wins the match with a 450 splash on Benjamin
5. Elijah Burke & John Morrison (w/ Matt Striker) def. CM Punk & Tommy Dreamer (w/ Kelly Kelly) (11 mins) Punk and Dreamer are now on the same side, with Punk now being close to the old ECW concept even though he's straight edge. Morrison, the former Nitro, is now in ECW and willing to get the best and live a rockstar's life. The match is open and uncertain, Punk gets shockingly pinned by Morrison's roll up and the heels prevail
6. WWE World Title: Batista (c) draws Kane by double DQ (12 mins) Batista is the champion now and his feud with Kane continues, but in the background Ric Flair is a bit sad, as he wants to use the MITB but he doesn't want to do it against his student Batista, a thing that distracts and offends the champion. Kane chokeslams Batista from the stage to a set of tables and the match gets thrown out. The doctors help the two of them, while Flair has the briefcase and decides not to use it
7. WWE Title: John Cena (c) (w/ Maria) def. Lashley (15 mins) This actually happened and was a good main event despite not drawing much, I'll keep it. In my story Lashley is a heel and so it should be more effective, he overpowers Cena but fails to listen to his words and keeps making rookie mistakes every now and then. Lashley seems ready to hit a spear, but Cena sends him against the turnbuckle and hits the FU to retain
Easily one of the worst periods to rebook, I'm not having Khali and Hornswoggle as champions but it's still not the greatest

CURRENT CHAMPIONS WWE Champion: John Cena World Heavyweight Champion: Batista ECW Champion: CM Punk WWE IC Champion: Umaga WWE US Champion: MVP WWE Tag Champions: Speed Of Sound WWE World Tag Champions: The Jung Dragons
WWE Summer Slam 26.08.2007 East Rutherford, NJ
1. Mask vs. Hair Match: Rey Mysterio def. Chavo Guerrero (12 mins) Mysterio missed almost a year of action due to an injury caused by Chavo, so on his return it's only logical for them to square off. 10 years earlier, Eddie and Rey had a tremendous title vs. mask match, here it's a mask vs. hair. Chavo is really aggressive, but Mysterio pins him with the 619 and protects his mask again
2. WWE IC Title: William Regal def. Umaga (c), Carlito and Jeff Hardy (11 mins) As said before, Umaga's IC Title run isn't the smoothest to book as he's still undefeated and recognised as a major threat. A four way is a good chance to lose the title without actually getting pinned. While Hardy dives on Umaga, Regal hits Carlito with a brass knuckle punch and pins him to win the title
3. WWE US Title: Matt Hardy def. MVP (c) (13 mins) Matt and MVP keep on doing really nice things together and I think the crowd would have appreciated a Matt's single run here, after all the good stuff he's been through for the last 2 years or so. MVP has Hardy beaten and plays with him, so Hardy hits a sudden twist of fate and manages to pin his rival for the title change
4. Triple H def. Mr. Kennedy (15 mins) I liked the way HHH/Booker was built, with Booker doing all the promo work and HHH returning at the PPV, so I would just do it with Kennedy instead, as Booker is pretty much done and H/Kennedy, while not the greatest match, had that IT tension for the me at the time. Kennedy has a good showing, but HHH beats himw with the pedigree
5. ECW Title: CM Punk (c) (w/ Kelly Kelly) def. Elijah Burke (w/ Matt Striker) (11 mins) Now fully rivals since Punk turned face, Punk and Burke have a blowoff as they never really liked each other, since fighting for the leadership of the New Breed back in the day. They never really shined together, I'd keep it short like their Unforgiven match. Punk has a good comeback and wins with the GTS
6. WWE World Title Casket Match: Batista (c) def. Kane (10 mins) Gimmick match needed due to their non finishes and the heat between the two. Keeping this short as well, short and to the point to focus on some spots and not making it overstay its welcome. Kane opens the casket and Taker is in it and chokeslams him. Batista, unaware of this, spinebusters Kane into the casket to retain the belt No updates on Flair, as him and Batista have a stern confrontation after GAB and Batista dares Flair to use the MITB, which Flair doesn't
7. WWE Title: Randy Orton (w/ Candice Michelle) def. John Cena (c) (w/ Maria) (20 mins) A dream match, the 2 future Aces of the ruthless aggression era before Randy f'd up and Batista took his place. 2007 Cena is a big time performer already, but 2007 Orton is finally more mature, a better performer and FINALLY capable of a big time single performance on a non-gimmick match (but the pre-turn 2004 character was better). They had a great match here, shockingly Umaga arrives to hit Cena, who dodges his attack, but Orton hits the rko for the title change

CURRENT CHAMPIONS WWE Champion: Randy Orton World Heavyweight Champion: Batista ECW Champion: CM Punk WWE IC Champion: William Regal WWE US Champion: Matt Hardy WWE Tag Champions: Speed Of Sound WWE World Tag Champions: The Jung Dragons
WWE Unforgiven 16.09.2007 Memphis, TN
1. WWE World Tag Titles: The Jung Dragons (c) (w/ Torrie Wilson) def. MVP & Matt Hardy (10 mins) Teddy Long is quite tired of Matt and MVP's continuous arguments and tries to get them on the same side, with bad results, which is a shame as they win quite a few matches as a reluctant team. Jung Dragons are doing well in their 2.0 version and Yang pins Hardy with a moonsault after MVP hits Hardy from behind
2. WWE Tag Titles: The Rednecks (w/ Mickie James) def. Speed Of Sound (c) (12 mins) Rednecks have been a thing for a couple years now, with a good work and solid performances, another little run can be handy and also help shaking the division around to keep it fresh. The cowboys isolate London after beating up Kendrick and pin him after a double lariat on him, winning the titles for the second time 3. ECW Title: John Morrison (w/ The Miz) def. CM Punk (c) (w/ Kelly Kelly) (13 mins) Morrison is getting over with his new persona and has Miz as his partner/lackey, almost a groupie for him. Punk is the complete opposite of him and gets annoyed when Morrison hits on Kelly. Their matches were a bit disappointing in the summer, Morrison uses Miz's help to find the starship pain and win the title from Punk
4. The Undertaker draws Kane by double DQ (8 mins) Taker has finally returned to get his title back from Batista, but is also annoyed at Kane doing bad things with the excuse of vindicating him for his injury. Kane calls him an ingrate. They have their usual brawl, but Batista arrives to push both of them off the stage into a set of tables. Batista consumes his revenge his way
5. Mr. Kennedy & Umaga def. Triple H & Jeff Hardy (14 mins) Umaga is now siding with Orton after Summer Slam, but also is mad at Hardy for costing him the IC Title. HHH and Kennedy get in the middle of this with their feud and HHH almost takes Hardy under his wing. They are not perfect partners though and Umaga pins Hardy with the samoan spike after a low blow from Kennedy
6. WWE World Title: Batista (c) def. Ric Flair (12 mins) The relationship from Batista and Flair is getting strained because Flair doesn't want to cash in the MITB on Batista, who feels offended and provokes Flair saying he's just scared and should go to Raw. Flair cashes in for here, as it's the anniversary of his first world title. Flair has another inspirational performance, but Batista goes over with the batista bomb and then they hug
7. WWE Title: Randy Orton (c) (w/ Candice Michelle) def. John Cena (w/ Maria) by KO (15 mins) Cena wants his rematch straight away, even though Orton and Umaga have beaten him up badly and Cena is quite injured. The match won't top the Summer Slam one, but the drama is there. Orton is giving Cena a bad beating and Cena's dad tries to stop it, but Orton hits Cena sr. with a rko. Cena gets furious and beats up both Orton and Umaga, getting disqualified for his rage, but an rko on the announcers table knocks him out

CURRENT CHAMPIONS WWE Champion: Randy Orton World Heavyweight Champion: Batista ECW Champion: John Morrison WWE IC Champion: William Regal WWE US Champion: Matt Hardy WWE Tag Champions: The Rednecks WWE World Tag Champions: The Jung Dragons
WWE No Mercy 07.10.2007 Rosemont, IL
1. Rey Mysterio def. Fit Finlay (11 mins) This is the match that pretty much makes Finlay's face turn come true. It's a clash of styles and of course the Irish man dominates Mysterio for a lot of time, while also selling his comebacks in a good way. Finlay prevents Chavo from appearing and loses to the 619, but shakes Mysterio's hand as he was the better man
2. WWE World Tag Titles: The Rednecks (c) (w/ Mickie James) def. World's Greatest Tag Team (10 mins) Heels vs. heels, as Speed of Sound are still waiting for their rematch and it's WGTT's time to shine here. This can be a solid match, selling the idea that the winners will be on London and Kendrick's targets. Rednecks retain the belts when Mickie hits Haas and Murdoch finishes him with a strong lariat
3. WWE US Title Street Fight Match: MVP def. Matt Hardy (c) (15 mins) The feud continues and a no rules match is booked by Teddy Long as they keep beating on each other and the plan to get their relationship to be civil didn't work too well. Hardy is really inspired as a champion and tries to hit a side effect on 2 tables, but MVP throws him face first and uses the playmaker to win the title
4. Mr. Kennedy def. Jeff Hardy (13 mins) Hardy is trying to get closer to the main event scene, but so is Kennedy as he was only breathing World Titles without getting them. This is the start of the Hardy's slow rise to the top. Kennedy holds his own here and proves to be ready to do anything, winning the match with a dirty roll up in a moment when Hardy seemed in control
5. ECW World Title: John Morrison (c) (w/ The Miz) def. Elijah Burke (w/ Matt Striker) (11 mins) Morrison and Burke get on the same side on ECW TV to gang on CM Punk and cause an injury to the former champion, but then they go back to fighting. The Illinois crowd chants for Punk and he makes his return here, kicking Burke in the head and so Morrison pins the opponent to retain, but Punk wants the belt back
6. WWE World Title: Batista (c) def. The Undertaker and Kane (12 mins) The brothers don't like each other, but Batista is in a tricky spot as he made sure to annoy both of them and now Kane and Taker want his head as much as they want the title. It's a big man triple threat, it doesn't need to go for long. Batista is smart to push Kane into Taker and then hits a spinbuster on Kane to retain the title
7. WWE Title: Randy Orton (c) (w/ Candice Michelle) def. Triple H and Umaga (17 mins) We were supposed to have Cena vs. Orton and HHH vs. Umaga, but Cena got injured and so this got changed to a triple threat. We find out that Umaga is with Orton as Candice lures the Samoan and he listens to her, not to Estrada or Orton himself. HHH is in the minority here, even though Umaga can be out of control at times. HHH pedigrees Umaga, but Orton hits him with the WWE Title and retains

CURRENT CHAMPIONS WWE Champion: Randy Orton World Heavyweight Champion: Batista ECW Champion: John Morrison WWE IC Champion: William Regal WWE US Champion: MVP WWE Tag Champions: The Rednecks WWE World Tag Champions: The Jung Dragons
WWE Cyber Sunday 28.10.2007 Washington, DC
1. WWE US Title: Rey Mysterio def. MVP (c) by DQ (11 mins) Kind of an odd combination due to their styles, I'd be interested in seeing what kind of match can come from here. Matt Hardy wants Mysterio to get revenge for him and supports him, which complicates things for MVP. The champion is smart enough to provoke Hardy and his interference causes a DQ, with MVP retaining the title
2. Last Man Standing Match: Jeff Hardy def. Mr. Kennedy (12 mins) Another Hardy looking for revenge here, as Kennedy cheated at No Mercy and Jeff wants to get his win and momentum back. They had okay matches together and the stipulation should improve them thanks to Jeff's crazy dives. A swanton from the top rope to the announcers' table makes Jeff get up at 8, while Kennedy stays down and loses
3. WWE World Tag Titles: The Jung Dragons (c) (w/ Torrie Wilson) def. The Major Brothers (8 mins) Yang and Noble are still champions and leading the division, here they face the new team of the Major Brothers, two happy and white meat babyfaces who seem happy just to be there. They of course play the heel here, showing sides that we will later find out fully. Noble pins Brian Major with the tigerdriver and the champions retain the titles
4. WWE IC Title: William Regal (c) def. Carlito (13 mins) Carlito is still chasing the IC Title after losing it to Umaga at 'Mania, irritated at Regal for cheating in the four way to win it as Carlito himself was in the match and felt robbed. Regal undermines Carlito, who drops the fun stuff and gets serious as never before. Carlito blocks the brass knuckle, but Regal still screws him with a dirty roll up
5. ECW Title Ladder Match: CM Punk (w/ Kelly Kelly) def. John Morrison (c) (w/ The Miz) (15 mins) Punk gets his rematch and wants it in a ladder match to get the title back, now as a babyface fully supporting ECW against the new disrespectful wave of people like Morrison. They did well in the blowoff, so with the ladder involved it would hopefully steal the show. Punk is really inspired and manages to grab the belt before Morrison, winning it back
6. WWE World Title: Batista (c) draws The Undertaker by double KO (Steve Austin as special referee) (13 mins) Batista and Taker had good chemistry and I need to milk this till Survivor Series for the blowoff, so I need a non-finish here. With Kane out of the equation, they can go at each other and special referee Austin doesn't enforce the rules as a normal official would do. Here I would do a double knockout spot, with both of them being down for the count of 10. Austin can be the only one counting it without being booed, then hitting the colour guy JBL just to get a pop from the crowd
7. Steel Cage Match: D-Generation X def. Randy Orton & Umaga (w/ Candice Michelle) (17 mins) HHH is struggling by himself against Orton and Umaga, but luckily Shawn Michaels comes back and DX is back in business. HBK still wants revenge on Orton for causing his injury back in spring. This can be a wild and bloody main event, but nice enough to save a title match for another show. Orton gets knocked out and leaves the cage to avoid further damage, Umaga is left by himself and gets finished by a sweet chin music and pedigree combo, eating his first pinfall ever in WWE

CURRENT CHAMPIONS WWE Champion: Randy Orton World Heavyweight Champion: Batista ECW Champion: CM Punk WWE IC Champion: William Regal WWE US Champion: MVP WWE Tag Champions: The Rednecks WWE World Tag Champions: The Jung Dragons
WWE Survivor Series 18.11.2007 Miami, FL
1. Speed Of Sound, Harry Smith & Cody Rhodes def. World's Greatest Tag Team & The Rednecks (w/ Mickie James) (16 mins) Rednecks team up with WGTT, even though Haas and Benjamin have championship goals. London and Kendrick, however, are joined by the new debuting team of Cody Rhodes and Harry Smith, second generation wrestlers that want to make an impact. London wins the match and survives after a shooting star press on Cade
2. MVP, Edge, Fit Finlay & Chavo Guerrero def. Rey Mysterio, Jamie Noble, Jimmy Yang & Matt Hardy (w/ Torrie Wilson) (17 mins) Edge returns and wants the title, but Teddy Long adds him to this elimination match and he's not happy. MVP/Hardy and Mysterio/Chavo of course continue here during the bout. MVP and Hardy both get counted out after their usual fight, this leaves Edge and Mysterio in the ring. Edge wins when he low blows and spears Mysterio for the pinfall
3. John Morrison, The Miz, Elijah Burke & Kane def. CM Punk, Tommy Dreamer, Stevie Richards & Matt Striker (w/ Kelly Kelly) (13 mins) Morrison and Miz lead the heels, with the addition of Kane, drafted to ECW and aiming for Punk's title. Punk is joined by the Originals and also Striker, tired of Burke and determined to get some redemption. Punk fights by himself against Morrison, Miz and Kane. He eliminates the first two, but Kane then chokeslams him and wins
4. Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Jeff Hardy & Ric Flair def. Randy Orton, Mr. Kennedy, Umaga & William Regal (w/ Candice Michelle) (25 mins) DX is still battling Orton and Umaga to get the WWE Title. Hardy and Kennedy are feuding, while Flair returns on Raw and wants to start from the bottom to get another title shot and reach his dream. It's a chaotic match, Umaga gets disqualified for a brutal attack on Flair. Hardy and HHH argue and so Kennedy rolls Hardy up. DX is left alone against Orton and Michaels finishes the champion with the sweet chin music, surviving the match
5. WWE World Title Hell In A Cell: Batista (c) def. The Undertaker (20 mins) It's the blowoff between the two, after almost a year of fights with a 1-1 score and no clear winner, they set up a HIAC to make sure that nobody can ruin the match this time. They had a good main event at the original show and it's the right way to close the show. Edge tries to run in, he can't but he sends a message to the two in the ring. Batista gets a rare and prestigious clean victory on Undertaker after a batista bomb

WWE Raw 26.11.2007 WWE Tag Titles: Speed Of Sound def. The Rednecks (c) (w/ Mickie James)
WWE Armageddon 16.12.2007
Pittsburgh, PA
1. Carlito & Speed Of Sound def. William Regal & The Rednecks (w/ Mickie James) (11 mins) Classic multi men match to open the show and carry 2 different storylines, Londrick/Rednecks and Regal/Carlito for the Tag and IC Title respectively. This can be a decent opener and give some energy to the crowd. Carlito is looking for redemption and does wonders with his team, pinning Murdoch after the backcracker to win the match
2. #1 Contender: Rey Mysterio def. Matt Hardy and MVP (12 mins) Another chapter of the Hardy and MVP feud, this time with Mysterio involved too after his No Mercy match against MVP. The three of them are involved in this match to get a title shot, which MVP feels it should be his anyway. It's an open match, Hardy hits the twist of fate but Mysterio is quicker and finishes Matt with a springboard legdrop
3. #1 Contender: Jeff Hardy def. Triple H (15 mins)
This was important at the time, as Hardy was trying to get a good push and HHH agreed to put him over (well kind of). The babyface "healthy" rivalry can go on here and the match wasn't too bad either to be fair. HHH is of course the favourite, but Hardy gets a roll up to win and wins a rare title shot, plus HHH's handshake after the match
4. WWE World Tag Titles: John Morrison & The Miz def. The Jung Dragons (c) (w/ Torrie Wilson) (7 mins) In this weird era, both Morrison and Miz were assigned to the ECW roster but were on Smackdown all the time so... might as well, as the other teams in the division are Deuce & Domino or Jesse & Festus. Jung Dragons had a successful and nice comeback, but it's time to drop them. Miz gets a rare win and pins Yang with a roll up to win the belts
5. ECW Title: CM Punk (c) (w/ Kelly Kelly) def. Kane by DQ (8 mins) The next logic step for Kane in ECW is to challenge Punk after his Survivor Series victory, with him being the biggest challenge to date for Punk due to his track record and physique. It's quite a loaded PPV so I can throw in a non finish here, Kane gets wild and knocks Punk out with a chokeslam on the concrete
6. WWE Title: Randy Orton (c) (w/ Candice Michelle) def. Shawn Michaels (17 mins) They have been feuding for a whole year, DX/Rated Rko and then also the injury that Orton caused HBK at Judgment Day. It's a grudge match, made more tense as HHH wants the belt as well and Orton tries to play them against one another. Umaga tries to protect Orton, but HHH arrives to fight the monster. HBK is ready for the sweet chin music, but a rko out of nowhere gives Orton the victory
7. WWE World Title: Edge def. The Undertaker and Batista (c) (15 mins) I really loved this match at the time, it was really good in ring and it featured the three best wrestlers one against another: Edge/Taker on the rise, Batista/Edge has been a thing for months and Batista/Taker had great moments in 2007 too. The finish, with The Major Brothers dressed as Edge to confuse the others, was genius too. Edge takes advantage of the confusion and spears Batista to win the belt back
