Money in the Bank 2021
Date: 18/7/21
Location: Dickies Arena, Fort Worth, Texas
Pre-Show:
Raw Tag Team Championship:
EC3 & Omos (c) vs The War Raiders
(The War Raiders win a battle royal on Raw to become the number one contenders. EC3 says that it would be a shame if Hanson injured his neck again and forced Rowe to wrestle on Main Event for 8 months, because it's better that they don't show up. The Raiders say that EC3 can talk about injuries all he wants, but that means he's underestimating them, which will prove to be his and Omos' downfall.)
Main Show:
Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match:
Alexa Bliss vs Liv Morgan vs Kay Lee Ray vs Naomi vs Shayna Baszler vs Natalya vs Mia Yim vs Asuka
(Liv Morgan continues her feud with Alexa Bliss & Kay Lee Ray after Hell in a Cell, which is the main storyline coming into this match. Liv takes out almost everyone with a Sunset Flip Powerbomb on Bliss off a ladder to the outside, with Kay Lee Ray capitalising and becoming Miss Money in the Bank.)
United States Championship:
Dominik Dijakovic (c) vs Sheamus
(After Hell in a Cell, Sheamus begins feuding with Dominik Dijakovic, beating him twice in singles matches, and then defeating Jeff Hardy to become number one contender to the United States Championship. Sheamus says that a man like Dijakovic isn't worthy to be U.S. Champion, he's the type of guy who gives up and quits when his nose gets broken, while someone like him fights through the pain. Dijakovic says that's pretty hypocritical coming from Sheamus, considering he wears a face-mask to protect himself, because he’ll shove that face mask where the sun doesn’t shine at Money in the Bank.)
SmackDown Tag Team Championship:
The Mysterios (c) vs The Usos
(After being decimated by Roman Reigns at Hell in a Cell, Jimmy Uso starts falling back in line and focuses his attention back on winning the Smackdown Tag Team Championships with Jey. The Usos attack Rey & Dominik Mysterio to make their intentions clear that they want all the gold. Jimmy & Jey say that it's time The Bloodline adds more gold to their resume, and that starts with becoming 7 time tag team champions. Rey & Dominik say that The Usos are one of the best tag teams in WWE history, but they're a relic of the past who can’t get the job done anymore.)
Fatal Four-Way Match for the Intercontinental Championship:
Angel Garza (c) w/Zelina Vega vs Kevin Owens vs Sami Zayn vs Cesaro
(Kevin Owens continues to go after Angel Garza and the Intercontinental Championship. Owens says Garza doesn’t take being Intercontinental Champion seriously, and it’s time he taught him a lesson. Sami Zayn and Cesaro are added to this match, with Zayn saying that there is still a conspiracy against him in WWE that he will end to become a 3-time Intercontinental Champion. and Cesaro re-focusing his efforts on regaining momentum after his loss to Roman Reigns at Backlash. Zelina Vega says all four men are not in Garza’s league, and he’ll prove that at Money in the Bank.)
Drew McIntyre vs Jinder Mahal w/Veer & Shanky
(3MB implode! Drew McIntyre and Jinder Mahal begin a short feud, with both men destroying each other's personal belongings in the buildup. Jinder steals and tries to break Drew's sword, while Drew destroys Jinder's motorcycle.)
SmackDown Women’s Championship:
Bianca Belair (c) vs Zelina Vega w/Angel Garza
(Zelina Vega defeats Tamina and Natalya in a triple threat match on SmackDown to become the number one contender to Bianca Belair’s SmackDown Women’s Championship following Hell in a Cell. Zelina says Belair needs to stop facing D level competition and start facing actual threats to her championship. The EST of WWE says that she would take Zelina seriously if she actually competed on a full time basis instead of being Angel Garza’s babysitter.)
WWE Championship:
Bobby Lashley (c) w/The Hurt Business vs Kofi Kingston w/Xavier Woods (by Technical Submission)
(After retiring Braun Strowman, Bobby Lashley is confronted by Kofi Kingston on the Raw after Hell in a Cell. Kofi reminds Bobby about how he scored a victory over The Almighty before Hell in a Cell, so that should put him in line for a WWE Championship match at Money in the Bank. A week later, Kofi overcomes Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander in a handicap match to secure himself a title shot. Lashley says that Kingston is too busy throwing around pancakes to even think about trying to become a 2 time WWE Champion, and that there's a hierarchy in this world, with The Hurt Business at the very top, and Kofi and his sidekick at the bottom. Kofi responds by saying he's taking this very seriously, just like when he beat Daniel Bryan to become WWE Champion at WrestleMania 35. Bobby remembers it because he was there that night, so was Shelton and Cedric, and so was MVP, because he was crying at the bar while watching it, and he's about to resurrect Kofimania and become a 2 time WWE Champion at the expense of a soft ass Bobby Lashley. This is the same 7 minute squash as in real life.)
Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match:
AJ Styles vs Damian Priest vs John Morrison w/The Miz vs Matt Riddle w/Randy Orton vs Seth Rollins vs Shinsuke Nakamura vs Big E vs Ricochet
(Not much story here. All eight men want to be Mr Money in the Bank. Rollins looks set to win, but Big E stops him with a Big Ending off the ladder and just beats Styles to the briefcase.)
World Heavyweight Championship:
Roman Reigns (c) w/Paul Heyman vs Edge
(Edge makes his first appearance since WrestleMania 37, returning on the 25/06/21 episode of SmackDown after Roman Reigns cuts a promo about how he's made everyone acknowledge him. The following week, Edge says that when he made his return, he saw fear in Roman's eyes, because he feeds off of his opponents fear, and at Money in the Bank, he’ll feed off of Roman's fear to become an 11 time World Champion by winning the World Heavyweight Championship for the 8th time in his career. Roman says that Edge thinks that he's witnessing a younger version of himself, but he's not the next Edge, he's The Head of the Table, he's The Tribal Chief, and at Money in the Bank, Edge will acknowledge him as World Heavyweight Champion. During this feud, The Rated-R Superstar confronts Seth Rollins, reminding Seth of their little incident on the 27/7/15 episode of Raw when Edge was GM of Raw and SmackDown, and that he didn't finish the job. The match is the same as in real life, with Rollins costing Edge and allowing Roman to retain. John Cena returns post match to stare down The Tribal Chief, setting up SummerSlam.)

NXT Takeover: Las Vegas
Date: 19/8/21
Location: T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas, Nevada
Million Dollar Championship - If Cameron Grimes loses, Ted DiBiase must become LA Knight’s butler:
LA Knight (c) vs Cameron Grimes w/Ted DiBiase
(On The Great American Bash special of NXT, LA Knight beats Cameron Grimes in a Million Dollar Championship Match, with the stipulation being that Grimes has to become Knight's butler since he lost. Over the next few weeks, Knight finds ways to try and humiliate Grimes by forcing him to do chores, but Grimes finds a way to stay one step ahead of him. After Knight squashes an enhancement talent, Ted DiBiase confronts Knight and Grimes, telling the latter that he was born to be a champion, not a butler, with The Million Dollar Man convincing Grimes to have one more match against Knight for the Million Dollar Championship. Knight agrees to the match, but on the condition that "when" he beats Grimes again, DiBiase will become his butler. Grimes wins, and, naturally, takes the Million Dollar Championship TO THE MOON!)
Raquel Gonzalez vs Dakota Kai
(On the 07/27/21 episode of NXT, Raquel Gonzalez and Dakota Kai lose a tag team match to Shotzi Blackheart and Ember Moon, with Gonzalez being pinned after an Eclipse/Ball Pit combo by Blackheart and Moon. Kai helps Gonzalez to her feet, with latter pulling herself up in the corner. Kai then lays her out with a side kick to loud boos from the Full Sail crowd. Dakota explains her actions the following week. She says that 18 months ago, she plucked Raquel from obscurity, and she stood behind her, she watched, she learned, and she was there for Dakota when she needed her, and helped her run down everyone in her way. She even became a star in her own right, she let Raquel get all of those big victories, but everyone knew who the leader was. And when Raquel started to become complacent, she showed her true colours to her at Takeover: Vengeance Day, when she didn't even give her that NXT Women’s Championship opportunity against Io Shirai, and she selfishly stole that opportunity. From that point on, she became known as "Raquel’s sidekick", but she is nobody's sidekick, because Raquel is nothing without her, and at Takeover: Las Vegas, she returns to that world of nothingness she used to live in. Raquel says she knew that one day Dakota would stab her in the back, but she didn't expect for Dakota to become impatient after so long, and in the City of Sin, her sidekick gets put in her place.)
Six-Man Tag Team Match:
Hit Row (Isaiah “Swerve" Scott, Top Dolla & Ashante "Thee" Adonis) w/B-Fab vs Legado Del Fantasma
(After becoming NXT North American Champion, Isaiah "Swerve" Scott and the rest of Hit Row turn face and begin feuding with Legado Del Fantasma after Santos Escobar makes a snide comment towards Swerve in a backstage segment. The two factions constantly disrespect each other, with Escobar saying that all Hit Row does is just come out here and vomit, while Swerve burns a lucha mask in retaliation. LDF pick up the win after a distraction by the debuting Elektra Lopez allows Escobar to pin Swerve after a Phantom Driver. Escobar and Swerve then square off in a Ladder Match for the NA title a few weeks later at NXT: Fall and Pray on the 31/8/21, which The Realest wins.)
NXT Women’s Championship:
Toni Storm (c) vs Io Shirai
(Following her return at Takeover: In Your House, Io Shirai sets her sights on reclaiming the NXT Women’s Championship from Toni Storm. Io says when she was gone, she had to sit back and watch a paper champion like Storm parade around with a title that she carried for 304 days, but now Storm’s free ride is over, because The Genius of the Skies will take back her title. Toni says she admires Io’s resiliency and determination, but she’s just a cockroach who won’t go away. And at Takeover: Las Vegas, she’s going to step on her.)
Loser Leaves NXT Hell in a Cell Match:
Kyle O’Reilly vs Adam Cole
(Adam Cole and Kyle O'Reilly's blood feud continues to cause chaos for NXT management as each week passes, with Cole beating O’Reilly at The Great American Bash. Eventually, with both men tied at 1 victory a piece, William Regal tells both men that their rivalry has to end....inside Hell in a Cell! Regal raises the stakes by saying that the loser must leave NXT. O’Reilly says he’ll never forgive Cole for breaking up The Undisputed Era, but he’ll find inner peace when he sends him packing from NXT and moves on with his life. Cole says O'Reilly is nothing without him, nothing without The Undisputed Era, and nothing without NXT. This is Adam’s Cole's final match before he becomes All Elite.)
NXT Championship:
Karrion Kross (c) w/Scarlett vs Samoa Joe (by Technical Submission)
Note:
(Kross doesn’t randomly debut on Raw looking like a gimp version of Shredder and loses to Jeff Hardy. He stays the way he is. Why? Because f**k Vince.)
(Instead of being released in the spring, Samoa Joe returns on the NXT after Takeover: In Your House. It’s revealed that Joe is now the enforcer for William Regal, after Regal briefly lost control of the NXT roster after Takeover: Stand & Deliver, and that Joe cannot attack any member of the roster unless provoked. Over the following weeks, Karrion Kross attempts to provoke The Destroyer, who doesn’t even flinch at Kross’s threats. On the 13/7/21 episode of NXT, Joe is chosen to be the special guest referee for Kross’s NXT Championship Match with Johnny Gargano. After retaining his title, The Herald of Doomsday attacks Joe and puts him in the Kross Jacket. The following week, Joe calls out Kross, saying face him like a man, or suffer the consequences. Kross is then shown on the Titantron, having attacked Regal in the parking lot, warning Joe that NXT is his show now, and that there’s not a damn thing he can do about it. The following week, Regal threatens to fire Kross for his actions, but Joe convinces Regal to reinstate him as a member of the NXT roster and offers to face Kross for the NXT Championship at Takeover: Las Vegas. Regal reluctantly accepts Joe’s offer. Kross says that he’s beaten everyone - Tommaso Ciampa, Dominik Dijakovic, Damian Priest, Santos Escobar, Finn Balor, Adam Cole, Kyle O'Reilly, Pete Dunne, Johnny Gargano - they have all fallen and prayed, and a broken down and empty shell like Joe will do the same in Las Vegas. Joe says even a stopped clock is right twice a day, but he’s willing to gamble with his career, become a two time NXT Champion, and put Kross down. Which is exactly what Joe does, making Kross pass out in the Coquina Clutch to become only the second man in NXT history to become a 2 time NXT Champion. Joe then defeats Kross in a Falls Count Anywhere Match at NXT: Fall and Pray, banishing Kross from NXT permanently. Joe doesn’t relinquish the belt just yet (NXT 2.0 isn’t a thing, but the younger talent will get their time to shine in the next set of posts) and the roster stays the way it is.)

Not surprised to see you don't do 2.0 in this timeline either, I didn't even call it 2.0 for mine, I just treated it as a reboot. Intrigued to see how the guys & girls introduced (Bron, Melo, Waller, Solo, Tony D, Gacy (he just needs a good gimmick and not a supernatural one), Cora, Gigi, The Creeds etc) will be booked and introduced

SummerSlam 2021
Date: 21/8/21
Location: Allegiant Stadium, Las Vegas, Nevada
Pre-Show:
Big E vs Baron Corbin
(A month or two after WrestleMania, Baron Corbin reveals he's broke, that he's had to sell his crown, and now lives with his parents. When Corbin starts asking people for money, but no one gives him any, he resorts to desperate measures when he steals Big E's Money in the Bank briefcase, believing himself to be rich, and leading to Big E challenging Corbin to a match at SummerSlam. Big E wins and takes back his briefcase. Corbin, however, becomes a winner in Vegas as he manages to turn whatever money he has left into millions of dollars, becoming Happy Corbin.)
Cross Brand Battle Royal - The winner gets a title match of their choosing:
Finn Bálor wins by last eliminating Sami Zayn
(Other entrants included Cesaro, Ricochet, Kevin Owens, Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods, Mustafa Ali, Mansoor, Apollo Crews, Commander Azeez, Jinder Mahal, Dolph Ziggler, Robert Roode, Shelton Benjamin, Cedric Alexander, Chad Gable, Otis, Veer, Shanky, Nick Miller, Shane Thorne, Humberto Carillo, Elias, Gran Metalik, Lince Dorado, Hanson, Rowe, Drew Gulak, R-Truth, Akira Tozawa, Dio Maddin and Titus O'Neil.)
Main Show:
Raw Tag Team Championship:
EC3 & Omos (c) vs RK-Bro
(Despite Matt Riddle failing to win the Money in the Bank Ladder Match, RK-Bro move their attention to the Raw Tag Team Championship, defeating The Miz and John Morrison to become the number one contenders. EC3 says that Randy Orton is just like his snake nickname, because everyone Orton meets, he uses and abuses, and Matt Riddle will turn out exactly like everyone else. Orton says that EC3's ego is as big as his jackass of a partner, and the only thing bigger than that will be when RK-Bro become the new Raw Tag Team Champions.)
Ambulance Match:
Liv Morgan vs Kay Lee Ray w/Alexa Bliss
(Liv Morgan’s feud with the Psychotic Queen of Scots, Kay Lee Ray, reaches its climax here. Liv challenges KLR to an Ambulance Match to avenge her fallen friend, Ruby Riott, and to make KLR pay in blood. KLR says that this match fits her environment, because she’s been involved in some of the most violent and brutal matches in ICW, and knows what it's like to be in the back of an ambulance, and at SummerSlam, Liv Morgan will experience that same feeling. During the match, Bliss and KLR use the numbers game to their advantage, and drag Liv to the ambulance. But as Bliss opens the doors, Sarah Logan (making her return after a year away) is shown to be hiding in the vehicle all along! Logan attacks Bliss, allowing Liv to recover and batter KLR with a chair, before putting KLR in the ambulance and closing the doors, finally ending this rivalry and giving Liv some closure.)
Drew McIntyre & Ilja Dragunov vs The Miz & John Morrison
(After his victory over Jinder Mahal at Money in the Bank, Drew McIntyre enters the crosshairs of The Miz & John Morrison. In the build up, Miz and Morrison invite McIntyre onto an episode of Miz TV and say Drew was one of the best WWE Champion’s in recent memory, he faced the best of the best each and every night during his 301-day reign, but when Sheamus realised he could be more than Drew's sidekick, Drew has had no one to watch his back since January. Drew disagrees, and challenges Miz & Morrison to a match at SummerSlam, saying he'll have backup to teach these 2 a lesson. Before the match starts, McIntyre makes his entrance, but stops halfway down the aisle and simply waits. Drew mystery partner is revealed to be... NXT UK Champion Ilja Dragunov (this is a one-off appearance for The Czar). Drew & Ilja win after a Claymore/Torpedo Moscow combo on Morrison. Drew then defeats The Miz 2 days later on Raw in a Last Man Standing Match, which writes The Miz off TV so he can do Dancing with the Stars.)
Intercontinental Championship:
Angel Garza (c) w/Zelina Vega vs Shinsuke Nakamura w/Rick Boogs
(After being unable to win in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match, Shinsuke Nakamura moves his attention on to the Intercontinental Championship. During his renewed focus, Nakamura gains a new mouthpiece in the form of Rick Boogs, who now does translation for The King of Strong Style. Zelina Vega says that Shinsuke is yesterdays news for SmackDown, and he still hasn't properly recovered from Paul Heyman betraying him, so he's using some nerd who's only talent is playing really bad air guitar to try and stay relevant. Nakamura says that it'll be a bad night for Zelina and her client at SummerSlam, because they’ll both lose. Despite Vega’s repeated interference, Shinsuke hits Garza with a Kinshasa to become a 2 time Intercontinental Champion.)
Six Man Ladder Match for the United States Championship:
Dominik Dijakovic (c) vs Damian Priest vs Sheamus vs AJ Styles vs Jeff Hardy vs Elias
(All six men want to be United States Champion, so Adam Pearce makes this match a Ladder Match. Elias sustains an injury in this match that sidelines him till April.)
Two-out-of-Three Falls Match for the SmackDown Tag Team Championship:
The Usos (c) vs The Mysterios (2-1)
(The Mysterios invoke their rematch clause after Money in the Bank, requesting a two out of three falls match against The Usos to see who the better tag team is. Jimmy and Jey agree to the stipulation. In the build, tension begins to brew between Rey and Dominik, which The Usos capitalise on to retain their titles.)
Triple Threat Match for the SmackDown Women’s Championship:
Bianca Belair (c) vs Zelina Vega w/Angel Garza vs Becky Lynch
(Zelina Vega continues to target Bianca Belair, saying that Bianca escaped with her life at Money in the Bank, and the next time they meet, she won't be so lucky. Bianca says that she doesn’t know why Zelina wants a rematch since she’s already kicked her scrawny little ass, but if she wants the smoke, then she can have all of the smoke. Becky Lynch is added to the match at the last minute (to a loud pop as well) to make it a triple threat. Instead of Bianca being squashed in 26/seconds, Becky hits Zelina with the debuting Manhandle Slam to become a 3 time SmackDown Women's Champion.)
Raw Women’s Championship:
Rhea Ripley (c) vs Asuka (by Technical Submission)
(Instead of getting injured after Money in the Bank, Asuka defeats Shayna Baszler, Charlotte Flair and Mia Yim in a fatal-four way match on Raw to become number one contender to the Raw Women’s Championship. In the build up, Asuka says that Rhea Ripley is an indestructible force of nature, but it’s time for her to bow at the feet of The Empress of Tomorrow. Ripley says Asuka hasn’t been the same woman since she was undefeated, because she wants Asuka to find the Asuka who was a killer in NXT, the Asuka who was SmackDown Women’s Champion for nearly a year, that’s the Asuka she wants to face at SummerSlam, and she won’t be bending the knee to anyone. An epic 15 minute encounter sees Asuka counter a Riptide into the Asuka Lock, which forces The Nightmare to pass out, allowing Asuka to become a 2 time Raw Women’s Champion.)
Edge vs Seth Rollins
(After Seth Rollins cost Edge the World Heavyweight Championship at Money in the Bank, The Rated-R Superstar and The Visionary begin feuding. Edge says Rollins made a mistake back on July 27th, 2015, he didn't pull the trigger and Curb Stomp him when he had the chance, and now it's coming back to bite Edge lite in the ass. Rollins says he knows exactly what will happen if he hits Edge with a Curb Stomp, but Edge won't live to see it, so he advises Edge to not show up at Summerslam for his own good, or he’ll send him home to his wife and children in a wheelchair.)
WWE Championship:
Bobby Lashley (c) w/The Hurt Business vs Keith Lee
(Keith Lee returns on the Raw after Money in the Bank, saving Jeff Hardy from a beatdown at the hands of Bobby Lashley. In the build up, Lee says in the time that he has been away for five months battling health problems, a lot has changed since he’s gone, but now that he's back, his quest to become WWE Champion resumes, for he is still limitless, and at SummerSlam, The Almighty Era ends and The Limitless Era begins. MVP says that he has to give Keith Lee credit where it’s due, because Keith is a brave man for wanting to go straight for The Almighty after coming back, because since he's been away for so long, he's definitely lost a step, and Lashley has become better and better as each day passed, and The Almighty will show that when he runs right through Keith Lee at SummerSlam. During the match, Lashley suffers a (kayfabe) leg injury and appears to be visibly limping following his win.)
WWE Championship - Money in the Bank Cash In:
Bobby Lashley (c) w/The Hurt Business vs Big E
(Just as Bobby Lashley and The Hurt Business prepare to leave the ring, Big E's music hits, and he runs down to cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase. After taking out Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin, as well as a shellshocked MVP, Big E hits a Big Ending on the injured Lashley to become the new WWE Champion, ending The Almighty’s 202 day reign.)
World Heavyweight Championship:
Roman Reigns (c) w/Paul Heyman vs John Cena
(On the SmackDown after Money in the Bank, John Cena explains why he has made his shocking return to WWE. Cena admits he could just say it's because he wants to become a 15 time World Champion, but he simply wants to silence the most overhyped and overprivileged member of the SmackDown roster since he became a part-timer, because when Roman Reigns loses that World Heavyweight Championship, he becomes nothing, he becomes a trivia question, so Roman needs to do everything in his power to prevent that from happening. Reign says that Hollywood fooled him, and he thought that they were going put a whole new paint job on John Cena, but he's still doing the same old lame run down the ramp, and the same old lame entrance, because if he wanted to see that, he'd just type in John Cena 2005 in a Google Search, because Cena’s like the missionary position, it's the same thing every single night. Following The Tribal Chief’s victory, Brock Lesnar makes his return after a year away. A terrified Paul Heyman wets himself and retreats with Roman as Brock stands in the ring and smirks.)
Non-PPV Title Change:
14/9/2021 - Samoa Joe vacates the NXT Championship due to an unspecified injury

Extreme Rules 2021
Date: 26/9/21
Location: Nationwide Arena, Columbus, Ohio
Pre-Show:
The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods) vs The Hurt Business (Shelton Benjamin & Cedric Alexander)
(Following his Money in the Bank cash in at SummerSlam, Big E is traded to Raw and reunites with his New Day friends, just as Bobby Lashley and The Hurt Business declare war on The New Day, with Benjamin & Alexander challenging Kofi and Woods to this match. MVP is ineligible to appear in The Hurt Business' corner due to knee surgery.)
Main Show:
No Holds Barred Tag Team Match:
The Riott Squad (Liv Morgan & Sarah Logan) vs Alexa Bliss & Kay Lee Ray
(After Liv Morgan’s victory over Kay Lee Ray at SummerSlam, KLR and Alex Bliss go to Adam Pearce and request one more match with Liv at Extreme Rules so they can end this month long rivalry. Pearce, in joint agreement with SmackDown GM Sonya Deville, set up a No Holds Barred Match, stating that all four women need to settle their differences once and for all. In the build up, KLR and Bliss say that Liv got lucky at SummerSlam, but this time, it’s No Holds Barred, and they will break both Sarah and Liv, physically and mentally. Liv and Sarah (reuniting The Riott Squad for one night only) say that KLR and Bliss are gluttons for punishment, and this punishment will be the most deserved one of all. Following this match, KLR shockingly turns on Bliss to loud boos from the Columbus crowd, wrapping a steel chair around her neck and stomping on it repeatedly, writing Bliss off TV for sinus surgery.)
Triple Threat Match for the United States Championship:
Damian Priest (c) vs John Morrison vs Dominik Dijakovic
(Dominik Dijakovic invokes his rematch clause on the Raw after SummerSlam. Things become complicated when John Morrison (Now by himself due to The Miz‘s absence) attacks both men to make his intentions clear that he wants the United States Championship as well. The Rare Breed says that Damian Priest and him go way back, they both came up from NXT, and they've both held the US title in such short spaces of time, but he'll be the one walking out of Extreme Rules as a two time United States Champion. Morrison says that whilst his tag team partner is increasing their status as household names, The Guru of Greatness will prove that he's more than just Miz's sidekick and becomes U.S. Champion. Priest says that he admires the guts on Morrison, but he should stick to tag team wrestling, and Dijakovic was a fighting United States Champion, but he’s had his time in the limelight, and it's time someone else gets that shine, and makes sure his name lives forever.)
SmackDown Tag Team Championship:
The Usos (c) vs The Street Profits
(The Street Profits draw the ire of The Usos after they save Finn Bálor from a beatdown from The Usos and Roman Reigns. The Profits say that Jimmy and Jey are just Roman’s bitches, and that they should start thinking for themselves. The Usos say that without Montez Ford, Angelo Dawkins is nothing, but they’ll make sure The Profits become something at Extreme Rules.)
Street Fight for the Intercontinental Championship:
Shinsuke Nakamura (c) w/Rick Boogs vs Angel Garza w/Zelina Vega
(After losing the Intercontinental Championship to Shinsuke Nakamura at Summerslam, Angel Garza continues his feud with The King of Strong Style, challenging him to a Street Fight at Extreme Rules. Garza says that Shinsuke is a one-trick pony whose one trick managed to fluke his way into winning the IC title, and The Lethal Lothario will take back the gold. Nakamura says Angel won’t be smiling after he’s done with him.)
Tornado Tag Team Match for the Raw Tag Team Championship:
RK-Bro (c) vs EC3 & Omos
(EC3 & Omos invoke their rematch clause after SummerSlam. EC3 says SummerSlam was one of the most embarrassing nights of his career, but he and Omos will soon be two time Raw Tag Team Champions, and they’ll dismiss that Tarzan wannabe and his tattooed snake of a partner. Orton and Riddle say that their reign is just beginning, and they won’t lose the titles anytime soon.)
Raw Women’s Championship:
Asuka (c) vs Rhea Ripley (by Disqualification)
(Following her loss at SummerSlam, Rhea Ripley invokes her rematch clause on Raw the next night. In the build up, Rhea says that at SummerSlam, she underestimated Asuka, she allowed herself to become complacent, and she thought it was going be an easy night at the office for her, but Asuka made a believer out of her and proved she's one of the best pure wrestlers in that ring for a reason, but now she's ready for Asuka, and she’s taking back her Raw Women's Championship at Extreme Rules. The Empress of Tomorrow says she reclaimed her throne at SummerSlam, and she has no intentions of letting the Raw Women’s Championship out of her sight. At the closing moments of the match, Asuka traps Ripley in the Asuka lock, and just as The Nightmare is about to tap...)
Raw Women’s Championship - Money in the Bank Cash In:
Asuka (c) vs Kay Lee Ray
(Miss Money Bank herself, Kay Lee Ray, runs down and breaks up the hold! The Psychotic Queen of Scots attacks both Asuka and Ripley with the Money in the Bank briefcase, and hits each of them with a Superkick. KLR then throws Ripley out of the ring, then hands over the briefcase to the referee. She’s cashing in! The bell rings and KLR quickly hits Asuka with a Gory Bomb to become the new Raw Women’s Champion. After the match, KLR grabs a steel chair and gives Asuka another Gory Bomb. KLR then wraps the chair around The Empress of Tommorow's neck and repeatedly stomps on the chair. KLR then adds insult to injury by climbing to the middle rope and landing one final stomp to the fallen Asuka. This writes Asuka off to recover from nagging injuries.)
SmackDown Women’s Championship:
Becky Lynch (c) vs Bianca Belair
(After Becky Lynch’s surprising return at SummerSlam, Bianca Belair confronts The Man and wants her rematch. Belair says that Lynch never pinned her or made her tap out to win the SmackDown Women’s Championship, so unless she wants to be considered a paper champion, she’ll give her the rematch. At first, Becky (having turned heel after SummerSlam) refuses to give Bianca her rematch, saying that she already won the title from her. However, Sonya Deville forces Becky into the rematch. Becky says it’s a joke she has to face this flash in the pan again, a flash in the pan who the fans are now preferring over her, a workhorse who takes the time out of her day to leave her 9-month-old daughter at home, only to come back to WWE and get treated like dirt. Becky retains her title after countering the KOD into a crucifix pin. Both women are then attacked by a returning Sasha Banks post-match.)
Fatal Four-Way Match for the WWE Championship:
Big E (c) vs Bobby Lashley vs Keith Lee vs Drew McIntyre
(Bobby Lashley invokes his rematch clause on the Raw after SummerSlam. Lashley says that Big E's cash in should be ruled invalid, and that its bulls*it that Big E was still allowed to cash in while he was in no shape to compete. The Almighty says unless Big E hands over the WWE Championship, he will have pain inflicted on him every single week. Big E says that his cash in was perfectly legal, so Bobby should quit whining and accept his defeat like a man. Drew McIntyre and Keith Lee also start to pursue Big E around this same time, with McIntyre saying that he's spent enough time without the WWE Championship, he wants it back, even if it means ending Big E's cinderella run. Lee says that he played an integral part in Big E's cash-in, he took Bobby Lashley to his limit at SummerSlam, because if it wasn't for him, Big E wouldn't be WWE Champion. Adam Pearce announces a huge fatal four way match between all four men. The next night on Raw, Big E defeats Lashley in a Steel Cage Match, ending their rivalry.)
Extreme Rules Match for the World Heavyweight Championship:
Roman Reigns (c) w/Paul Heyman vs Finn Bálor
(After his battle royal victory at SummerSlam, Finn Bálor chooses to face Roman Reigns for the World Heavyweight Championship. Bálor says that his return to NXT rejuvenated him, made him more hungrier than ever, and his return to the main roster will start when he knocks The Tribal Chief off his arrogant pedestal and becomes a 2 time World Heavyweight Champion. Reigns says Bálor made the biggest mistake of his life by choosing to face him, because that shows he doesn't respect him, and when you don't respect The Head of the Table, you don't respect The Head of the Table's family, so he’ll make The Prince acknowledge him before a higher power makes him. Finn doesn’t come out as the Demon for this match either. Instead of the top rope breaking, Roman retains after Finn misses a Coup De Grace and turns around into a Spear, which allows The Tribal Chief to retain.)

NXT UK Takeover: Belfast
Date: 23/10/21
Location: Odyssey Complex, Belfast, Northern Ireland
British Rounds Rules Match for the NXT UK Heritage Championship:
Tyler Bate (c) w/Trent Seven vs Noam Dar w/Sha Samuels (1-2)
(Noam Dar defeats Wolfgang on an episode of NXT UK to become the number one contender to the NXT UK Heritage Championship. In the build, Dar says that he’ll have Tyler Bate crying in the corner when the Big Strong Boi gets embarrassed by The Scottish Supernova. Bate says that Dar is an arrogant loudmouth who he will silence in Belfast. With both men tied at 1-1 heading into the 6th and final round, Dar locks Bate in the Champagne Superkneebar. All of a sudden, Pretty Deadly (whi have recently renewed their rivalry with Moustache Mountain) come down to the ring and begin to taunt Trent Seven. This causes The Don of NXT UK to get distracted and accidentally throws his towel into the ring, with the referee signalling this as Seven throwing in the towel on Bate, which stops the match and allows Dar to become the new Heritage Champion.)
Triple Threat Match to determine the #1 contender to the NXT UK Championship:
Rampage Brown vs Jordan Devlin vs Dave Mastiff w/Jack Starz
(Not too much story with this one. All 3 men stake their claim to an NXT UK Championship title shot, with Johnny Saint setting up this match to determine a clear winner. Rampage looks to have match won after hitting a thunderous superplex on Mastiff, but before he can register a pinfall, Devlin sneaks in, throws Rampage out of the ring, and pins Mastiff to become the #1 contender to the NXT UK Championship.)
Street Fight for the NXT UK Tag Team Championship:
Pretty Deadly (c) vs Gallus (Mark Coffey & Wolfgang) w/Joe Coffey
(Gallus win a Tag Team Turmoil Match on an episode of NXT UK to become the number one contenders to the NXT UK Tag Team Championship. Gallus say that these 2 pretty boys called Pretty Deadly have been tarnishing those NXT UK Tag Team titles for almost a year now, it's time for The Gallus Boys to once again be on top. Lewis Howley and Sam Stoker say Gallus are a group of thugs who aren't worthy of the titles they've held for the past year, because the thought of those 2 knuckleheads having the titles that have been around their luxurious waists for the past year is nauseating. Johnny Saint makes the match a Street Fight to match the intense heat of the feud. Pretty Deadly retain their titles with Spilled Milk on Wolfgang, reaching 1 full year as champions. After the match, a livid Trent Seven storms out to confront Pretty Deadly, whilst having to be restrained by referees.)
NXT UK Women’s Championship:
Meiko Satomura (c) vs Emilia McKenzie
(Emilia McKenzie wins a gauntlet match on an episode of NXT UK to become the next challenger to the indomitable Meiko Satomura. McKenzie says that Meiko has been the one woman she’s always wanted to wrestle since she arrived in NXT UK, and she knows that Meiko has 25 years of experience, but it’s a challenge that she’s taking very seriously, and she won’t let this opportunity slip through her fingers. Meiko says Emilia has a very bright future ahead of her, and she sees the fire and hunger in her eyes, the same fire she showed when she first debuted more than 3 decades ago, but she’s foolish to think that she can defeat The Final Boss, and she’ll prove to everyone that experience always trumps youth. Following this match, the lights go out and Isla Dawn appears on the ramp, glaring at Satomura and her NXT UK Women's Championship.)
30-minute Iron Man Match for the NXT UK Championship:
Ilja Dragunov (c) vs WALTER (1-0)
(After ending WALTER’s two year reign as UK Champion at Takeover: Berlin, Ilja Dragunov confesses that he cant describe all the sleepless nights of fear, the belief and self doubt fighting in his head, but the pain, the struggle, all of that allowed him to channel his inner will into sheer pride and honour, and he defeated the most dominant champion of the modern era. Because the rule of "The Czar" has begun. WALTER returns in mid September, confronting Dragunov and demanding a rematch. WALTER says for 806 days, he restored dignity and respect to a sport that is so sacred to him, a sport that proud men like him were chosen to represent, but when he lost to Ilja, he felt like he had failed, not only as a wrestler, but as a leader of the sport itself. And now, he wants the UK Championship back, and he will take it from Ilja’s filthy hands by force, if necessary. Dragunov accepts Der Ring General’s challenge, saying that their war will come to an end, in an Iron Man Match! This a 30 minute classic, with WALTER using his size and strength to wear Ilja down, and Dragunov powering through with sheer will and determination. With 10 seconds to spare and the match heading for sudden death overtime, Dragunov hits a decisive Torpedo Moscow to pin WALTER and retain his title, handing Der Ring General his first ever pinfall loss in NXT UK.)

TLC: Tables, Ladders, and Chairs 2021:
Note:
(This replaces Crown Jewel.)
Date: 24/10/21
Location: Canadian Tire Centre, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
Queen’s Crown Tournament Finals:
Liv Morgan vs Shayna Baszler
(Instead of the Queen's Crown tournament featuring short matches, and no sign of Doudrop (Her name is STILL Piper Niven and she’s in NXT), every women's match goes a minimum of 10 minutes. Liv Morgan and Shayna Baszler make it to the finals, with SmackDown’s Juvenile Delinquent defeating Zelina Vega and Sarah Logan to get through SmackDown's bracket, and The Queen of Spades disposing of Mia Yim and Charlotte Flair to make it through Raw's bracket. Shayna looks set to win as she traps Liv in the Kirifuda Clutch, but Liv counters by breaking the hold and rolling herself backward to pin Shayna, who still has the hold locked in, and keeps her shoulders pinned down to the mat to win the tournament. There’s no queen gimmick for Liv either, and this will benefit her in the long run in 2022.)
Raw Tag Team Championship:
RK-Bro (c) vs Alpha Academy
(Despite still technically being part of SmackDown, Alpha Academy are drafted to Raw win a tag team battle royal to become number contenders to the Raw Tag Team Championship on their first night on the red brand. Chad Gable says that he has no idea how 2 ignoramuses like Randy Orton and Matt Riddle managed to become Raw Tag Team Champions, because it’s not the 5 most dangerous letters called RK-Bro, it's the 4 most dangerous letters, and they are O-T-I-S, because Orton & Riddle are going to receive a beating in education from the man with an immaculate 4.0 GPA, and his #1 guy. Riddle says that Gable seems like a pretty smart guy, but he considers himself a man of "higher" education, and he’ll show Alpha Academy just how talented of a tag team he and his #1 bro, Randy, are at TLC. After the match, as RK-Bro celebrate after their victory, Drew Gulak runs down and shockingly attacks Orton & Riddle from behind with a steel chair. Gable & Otis then join Gulak in a 3-on-2 beatdown, with the new trio posing over the fallen Orton and Riddle, holding up the titles.)
Chair’s Match for the Raw Women’s Championship:
Kay Lee Ray (c) vs Nikki Cross
(Nikki Cross (minus her poorly contrived superhero gimmick that failed to even remotely get her over) defeats Rhea Ripley and Mia Yim in a triple threat match on Raw to become number one contender to the Raw Women's Championship. KLR says she has accomplished more in just 6 months with WWE than Cross has in her entire 3 and a half year run with the company, and that Cross doesn't even compare to her, so she'll make her grateful for sharing the ring with Raw’s new "forever champion." Nikki says that she's disgusted with what KLR did to her former best friend, Alexa Bliss, and she's going to pay with not just her life, but her blood. Cross lets her emotions get the better of her, and she becomes too focused on hurting KLR rather than winning, which allows KLR to hit a Gory Bomb onto a pile of steel chairs and retain her title.)
King of the Ring Tournament Final:
Xavier Woods w/Kofi Kingston vs Sami Zayn
(The King of the Ring returns to WWE, which is held throughout October. Xavier Woods manages to make it through the Raw bracket by defeating Drew Gulak and John Morrison (thanks to a Damian Priest distraction), while Sami Zayn defeats Rey Mysterio (who's starting to fall out with Dominik) and Finn Bálor to get through SmackDown’s bracket. Zayn says that The New Day have all accomplished great things - Kofi's a former WWE Champion, Big E's the current WWE Champion, but Woods is just a YouTuber riding their coattails, and that will still be his only career highlight following TLC. Woods says this is his childhood dream. and he's not going to have this taken away from him, especially by someone annoying like Zayn.)
Hell in a Cell Match:
Edge vs Seth Rollins
(After his loss to Edge at SummerSlam, Seth Rollins continues to target The Rated-R Superstar. This leads to a rematch between both men on the 10/9/21 episode of SmackDown in Madison Square Garden, which Rollins wins after hitting Edge with a Curb Stomp, with Edge being stretchered to the back. On the go-home episode of SmackDown before Extreme Rules, The Visionary says that he wants Edge to show up next week, admit that he is the better man, and to accept his challenge for a match at TLC, and not only will Edge get to pick the match stipulation, but it will be Edge's last match in the WWE. Edge shows up the next week, and calls out Rollins, but Rollins doesn’t come down to the ring. Instead, Rollins appears on the Titantron, saying he didn't actually think Edge would show up, because Edge is a liar, while he is a truth-teller, because he tells the truth. It’s revealed that Rollins is at Edge's house, where he taunts The Rated-R Superstar and escapes before the police arrive. Edge then viciously attacks Rollins the following week. Edge says that their match at TLC will take place inside.... Hell in a Cell! This is Edge’s last match on the SmackDown brand before he moves to Raw permanently.)
United States Championship:
Damian Priest (c) vs John Morrison
(John Morrison defeats Dominik Dijakovic on the Raw after Extreme Rules to earn one more shot at the United States Championship. Morrison says that Damian Priest has been a thorn in his side all year, he and Bad Bunny upstaged him and The Miz at WrestleMania, and now he's once again holding him down, because he knows he can succeed on his own until Miz returns, ans at TLC, there will be no Bad Bunny and no Miz - just him, Priest, and the U.S. title. Priest says that Morrison may think that he wants to be more than Miz's lackey, but he’s still no match for The Archer of Infamy.)
Triple Threat Ladder Match for the SmackDown Women’s Championship:
Becky Lynch (c) vs Bianca Belair vs Sasha Banks
(After returning at Extreme Rules, Sasha Banks comes out on SmackDown and reveals the reasons for her long layoff following WrestleMania. Sasha says everyone knows that she was the star of the first night of WrestleMania, so because of that, she needed to let Bianca Belair have her time to shine, but when she pathetically lost her title to someone who was MIA since March last year, she had to come back to send Bianca further back to reality, and as for Becky, the only reason she was able to become the first woman in WWE history to main event WrestleMania, is because she spent the past five years making sure she didn't cross paths with The Boss. Becky says that Sasha went AWOL for five months because she couldn’t handle the pressure, and now she wants to try and become relevant again just because Big Time Becks is running the show. Belair says she’ll beat both women and prove why she’s The EST of WWE. Sensing the hostility between all four women, Sonya Deville makes this match a Ladder Match. Despite coming up short, Bianca challenges Becky to one final match on the 29/10/2021 episode of SmackDown, which Becky accepts. That match is the same match as their WrestleMania 38 match that happened in real life, only with Becky winning. Bianca is officially moved to Raw shortly afterwards.)
Tables Match for the WWE Championship:
Big E (c) vs AJ Styles
(AJ Styles defeats Keith Lee and Dominik Dijakovic (in what is The Rare Breed’s last appearance on the red brand) in a triple threat match on Raw to become number one contender to the WWE Championship at TLC. AJ says that Big E’s been a great WWE Champion, but after TLC, the fairytale is over, and he’ll make sure the clock strikes midnight on his reign and becomes a 4 time WWE Champion. Big E says that Styles has lost his damn mind if he thinks he can reclaim the WWE Championship, because he’ll fight tooth and nail to keep the title around his waist. At the closing stages of this match. Styles attempts a Phenomenal Forearm, only for Big E to counter and hit a Big Ending on AJ through a table to retain the WWE title. After the match, AJ shakes Big E’s hand and raises it in a show of respect, turning The Phenomenal One face.)
Tables, Ladders and Chairs Match for the World Heavyweight Championship:
Roman Reigns (c) vs Brock Lesnar
(Tensions begin rising within The Bloodline. On the SmackDown after SummerSlam, The Usos confront Paul Heyman about whether or not he knew if Brock Lesnar was going to be at SummerSlam, which Heyman says he had no idea Brock would even show up. Two weeks later, Brock shows up on SmackDown in Madison Square Garden, interrupting a Roman Reigns promo. He tries to attack Heyman, but is stopped by a Superman Punch from Reigns. Brock then sets up Roman for an F5, but The Usos run out to interfere. The Beast then decimates Jimmy and Jey, sending a message to The Tribal Chief. The following week, Roman questions Heyman if he knew that Lesnar would be at SummerSlam, but Heyman says that Brock fears Roman Reigns because of this false narrative that Brock is spreading that he knew he would be at SummerSlam, which is all just a cover for the truth that Brock fears Roman. On the SmackDown after Extreme Rules, Sonya Deville confirms that Roman Reigns will defend the World Heavyweight Championship against Brock Lesnar at TLC… in a Tables, Ladders and Chairs Match! Brock then reveals that thanks to a loophole in his contract, if Heyman manages anyone other than him or Shinsuke Nakamura, he would become a free agent, and since Heyman is now "special counsel" to Reigns, he's officially a free agent, and can show up wherever he wants. Heyman then addresses this the following week that Brock outsmarted him on this one, but declares that'll be the the only time Brock will ever get one over on him. Heyman says The Beast has met his match, and his name is Roman Reigns. The Head of the Table tells Heyman to stay in the back for this match. The Usos run down to try to help Reigns, but Brock fights them off, hitting Jimmy and Jey with a pair of F-5’s. The Beast then attempts to F-5 Jey off the apron through a table set up on the floor, but Reigns intercepts with a Superman Punch, sending Brock crashing off the apron through the table. As Reigns then climbs the ladder to unhook his World Heavyweight Championship, Paul Heyman runs down... and pushes Roman off the ladder! The crowd is stunned. Heyman has betrayed The Tribal Chief and re-aligned with Brock, or so it seems. Heyman gets Brock to his feet and they embrace. Brock begins to climb the ladder... only to be shockingly low blowed by Heyman! Heyman then gets Roman back to his feet, and they embrace, both with s*it-eating grins on their faces. It was all a ruse! Roman then finishes off Brock with one last Spear through a table set up in the corner, climbs the ladder, and unhooks the World Heavyweight Championship, retaining the gold.)

NXT Takeover: Halloween Havoc: (Yes, I’m still using the Takeover name)
Date: 31/10/21
Location: VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena, Jacksonville, Florida
Note:
(On the 14/9/21 episode of NXT (no relaunch), William Regal shockingly announces that he is stepping down as NXT GM. Regal says over the last 6 years, NXT has gone from strength to strength, and it has been an honour to watch the brand grow from it’s humble beginnings into what it has become now, but NXT needs someone new, someone who will make the correct decisions in carrying the brand into the future. Regal then announces that his replacement is an icon, someone with a penchant for stealing the show… Mr WrestleMania himself, Shawn Michaels! HBK says that NXT will now be a hybrid of the past, the present, and the future, (the logo is the current white NXT logo that has gold ascents and black trim, not the 2.0 logo that looked like it was designed by a 5-year old on Ritalin.). HBK then addresses the NXT Championship situation, saying a 16-man tournament will take place to crown a new NXT Champion, with 8 superstars of the present and 8 stars of the future competing, and the finals for the tournament will take place on Halloween at NXT Takeover: Halloween Havoc.)
Ladder Match for the Cruiserweight Championship:
KUSHIDA (c) vs Roderick Strong w/The Diamond Mine
(Following the dissolution of The Undisputed Era, Roderick Strong appears to quit NXT in April, only to return in mid June and attack KUSHIDA on an episode of NXT, forming The Diamond Mine with Malcom Bivens, Hachiman, and upcoming tag team, The Creed Brothers. After sending Bobby Fish packing from NXT, Strong embarks on a small win streak, which ends after Roddy is eliminated from the NXT Championship tournament via a defeat to Tommaso Ciampa in the quarter-finals. Strong then turns his attention to the Cruiserweight Championship. Roddy says this game is 90% mental and 10% physical, and his 10% is better than KUSHIDA’s 100%, which is why he will be the next Cruiserweight Champion. KUSHIDA says Roddy did nothing but ride The Undisputed Era’s coattails to success, and now that 2 3rds of them aren’t around to have his back anymore, he will show why Roddy is at the bottom of the NXT totem pole. Shawn Michaels makes this match a Ladder Match. A distraction by the debuting Ivy Nile allows Roddy to push The Time Splitter off the ladder and become the new Cruiserweight Champion.)
Cora Jade vs Priscilla Kelly
(Priscilla Kelly (Not Gigi Dolin - I know a lot like her name, but I’m keeping her original name) debuts in the summer of 2021 and isn't thrown in a random stable either. She squares off with fellow newcomer to the women's division, Cora Jade, who has recently picked up a string of impressive wins herself. Due to a referee distraction, Piper Niven makes her NXT debut and shockingly turns heel by attacking Jade and helping PK to get the win after a PK Driver. Piper becomes Priscilla’s new bodyguard shortly afterwards.)
NXT North American Championship:
Isaiah "Swerve" Scott (c) w/Hit Row vs Carmelo Hayes
(Following a string of impressive performances in the NXT Championship tournament, Carmelo Hayes sets his sights on NXT North American Champion Isaiah "Swerve" Scott, who has been drafted to SmackDown (Hit Row stay in NXT in order to develop), but is allowed to defend the NA title following Hayes defeating Dexter Lumis to become number one contender. Hayes says that he might have gone out in the semifinals of the tourney, but when it's crunch time, he don't miss, and he'll show that at Halloween Havoc when he claims the NXT North American Championship. Swerve responds to Hayes, saying out of all the new punching bags introduced, Hayes seems to be the most arrogant one of all, because he’s nothing more than a cheap knockoff, and at Halloween Havoc, The Realest runs right through the cheap copy. Interference from the debuting Trick Williams allows Hayes to hit a Diving Leg Drop that he calls Nothin' but Net on Swerve to become the new NA Champion, sending Swerve to SmackDown.)
Fatal-Four Way Match for the NXT Women’s Championship:
Toni Storm (c) vs Ember Moon vs Dakota Kai vs Raquel Gonzalez
(Following her loss to Dakota Kai at Takeover: Las Vegas, Raquel Gonzalez continues to feud with her former best friend. Big Mami Cool says she won’t stop until she gets her hand on Kai for betraying her. Kai says she’s already proven that she’s better than Raquel, so she doesn’t deserve any of her time. This spills over into the NXT Women’s Championship scene, with current champion Toni Storm on the verge of departing to SmackDown, so Shawn Michaels announces a triple threat match between all 3 women. Storm says it’s cute that Dakota and Raquel are constantly at each other’s throats, because they’re not focusing on The Lightning from Down Under, and that’s why she’ll win and take the title with her to the main roster to remind them of their failure. Ember Moon gets added to the match after defeating Kai thanks to a distraction from Raquel, making the match a fatal four-way, with Ember replacing Zoey Stark, who was attacked by an unknown assailant backstage and suffers a serious knee injury, leaving her unable to compete (this writes Stark off of TV till next summer). Kai becomes the new NXT Women’s Champion after a GTK on Moon, with this match seeing an enraged Storm leave for SmackDown empty handed. This is also Ember's final match in NXT before she ends up released and rechristened as Athena in AEW.)
Two-out-of-Three Falls Match for the NXT Tag Team Championship:
MSK (c) vs Imperium (1-2)
(In the summer, WALTER expresses his dissatisfaction with Fabian Aichner & Marcel Bartel, saying that everything has gone downhill for them ever since they lost the NXT Tag Team Championship a year ago, and that reflects on him, he doesn't want to be reduced to his subordinates' level, so he wants them to come back up to his level and regain the tag team titles, or else. Aichner & Bartel then go in a win streak, running through Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch, Breezango (before both teams are released), and the Grizzled Young Veterans to earn a shot at the NXT Tag Team Championship. MSK decide to raise the stakes and request a two out of three falls match, saying that Imperium would love for you to believe that they're the best tag team in NXT today, but they haven't won the Dusty Rhodes Classic like they have, they haven't held the belts in a long time, because MSK are the real deal while Imperium are a bunch of tracksuit wearing clowns who will be put out to pasture. Imperium accept and respond by saying they don't care that MSK won the Dusty Rhodes Classic, it's actually an embarrassment that they did, because their lack of respect for this sacred mat borders on disrespect, and at Halloween Havoc, they will wipe the floor with those two ingrates. A European Bomb on Wes Lee sees Aichner & Bartel become 2 time NXT Tag Team Champions.)
Tournament Finals for the vacant NXT Championship:
Tommaso Ciampa vs Bron Breakker
(The finals of the tournament culminate here. Tommaso Ciampa, fueled by his quest to regain Goldie, defeats LA Knight, Roderick Strong and Santos Escobar to make it to the finals, while Bron Breakker runs right through Timothy Thatcher, Cameron Grimes and Carmelo Hayes to progress to the finals. Brom says that NXT deserves a new up-and-comer as champion, no disrespect to Tommaso, but he's not the same guy anymore, he's slower, older. and he's going to run circles around Tommaso and become NXT Champion to set an example for the new crop. Ciampa says that Bron is an ambitious man, he's on a bullet train to the top, but he's the last thing standing in the way between him and Goldie, and just like Bron's uncle once said, there's a 141 and 2/3's chance The Blackheart becomes a 2-time NXT Champion. This is the same match it was in real life. Ciampa wins after countering a German Suplex from Breakker on the bare concrete floor into a DDT, following up with a running knee and 2 Fairy Tale Endings, finally reclaiming Goldie after 956 days. Following the match, Ciampa shakes Bron's hand as a sign of respect.)
