THURSDAY, WEEK 3, APRIL 2014 NXT RECAP
NEVILLE TO FIGHT FOR THE TV TITLE ? The current NXT Champion Adrian Neville pleaded his case to NXT GM William Regal to fight for the previously announced TV Title and try and become the triple champion in NXT history. Regal said he'd think about it, but he'll have to defend his NXT Championship sooner than later. THE ASCENSION KEEP DOMINATING The NXT Tag Team champions kept their hot streak going by defeating two local talents in minutes. After the match, the pair was interrupted by the duo of Enzo Amore and Colin Cassady who vowed to dethrone the kings of the NXT Tag Team division. CEDRIC ROUGEAU BEATS ANOTHER WWE VETERANCedric Rougeau and his father Jacques are on a quest to prove that NXT is for up-and-coming talent and for their old-school ways. Jacques challenged WWE veteran Justin Gabriel and Rougeau overpowered the high-flyer on his way to a third straight win over a WWE superstar. It appears sky is the limit for the new NXT rookie. ANOTHER DRAW FOR ZAYN Desperate to prove himself to William Regal, Zayn challenged former NXT Champion Bo Dallas to a match on NXT. The hard fought match ended in a double countout, the second straight draw for Zayn in as many weeks. He was met with a disappointing look from Regal on his way back to the locker room. PAIGE FENDS OFF ANOTHER WWE DIVAPaige continues to ask for a main roster call-up and was confronted once again by a group of WWE divas. In the sort of rite of passage, Paige said she'll defeat them all to earn her due. After defeating Layla last week, she beat Tamina in a highly competitive match this week, winning once again. One must wonder what is next for the NXT Womens' Champion. COMPLETE RESULTS The Ascension def. Local Talents Paige def. Tamina Snuka (Non-Title) Sami Zayn vs. Bo Dallas ended in a no contest

MONDAY, WEEK 4, APRIL 2014 RAW RECAP
TOP MATCH SET FOR EXTREME RULES The Shield interfered during the opening promo and beat down Randy Orton. Triple H had enough of the Shield's actions in the past couple of weeks and challenged two thirds of the Shield to a match against himself and Randy Orton at Extreme Rules. Rollins and Reigns agreed and suggested a Falls Count Anywhere match, so the Authority can't run away then things inevitably get tough. Triple H agreed and the match was set for the PPV. TOURNAMENT WINNER CROWNED IN CONTROVERSY Big E had warned The Miz and Bad News Barrett to stop interfering in the tournament to determine Big E's challenger at Extreme Rules, but it looks like they couldn't help themselves. Damien Sandow has also repeatedly told them to back off, but The Miz did what he wanted and distracted Santino just enough to allow Sandow to steal the win and a match against Big E at Extreme Rules. An angered Big E came out and challenged Bad News Barrett to a match that an angered Big E won quickly. BATISTA CAN, IN FACT, WRESTLEAfter the Shield awcknowledged the chants directed at Batista that he can't wrestle and taunted him with it, Batista went out of his way to prove that he can, in fact, wrestle. Batista was challenged by Rob Van Dam. RVD gave his all, but Batista caught him and planted him to the mat with the Batista Bomb to silence his haters, who were still vocal, much to the Shield's pleasure. FANDANGO IS PISSED Fandango lost his match in the Intercontinental Championship tournament a couple of weeks back thanks to Kelly Kelly helping Dolph Ziggler win. The two agreed to a rematch tonight, but Fandango snapped and hit Ziggler with a blatant low-blow. The pair later agreed to a match at Extreme Rules to settle the score, but only if their managers were involved. The mix tag team match was later confirmed for the pre-show.
CESARO HEADS TO EXTREME RULES WITH MOMENTUMIt's been a while since Cesaro lost on WWE TV and his white hot streak continued on RAW with a win over WWE veteran Goldust. The former Intercontinental was motivated by his younger brother Cody Rhodes, as Goldust wanted to prove to him that he still had what it takes. Despite the Bizarre One's best effort, Cesaro won the match convincingly. After the match, Paul Heyman and Cesaro taunted Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter. The two rivals nearly started a brawl, but were both told by their managers to hold it off for Extreme Rules. WYATT WARNS CENA THAT HE HAS EVOLVED The enigmatic Bray Wyatt has been especially creepy since losing to John Cena at Wrestlemania XXX. With the two set to square off at Extreme Rules, Wyatt delivered a cryptic promo, telling Cena that he has evolved since the last time they faced each other and that he's making a mistake stepping in the same ring as him. Cena addressed the WWE Universe and told them that with their help, he can overcome whatever Bray Wyatt has planned for him. AJ LEE WARNED BEFORE EXTREME RULESLast week, Kharma was revealed as the mysterious assailant wrecking havoc on the Divas' division, but we still don't know who's asking her to attack and target AJ Lee. AJ sent her bodyguard Tamina in a match against Kharma, that the returning Diva easily won. After the match, as Kharma was chasing Lee, leaked pictures of Lee were shown on the titantron, taken by a mysterious stalker in the locker room area. THE TITLE CHALLENGERS TAKE A DAY OFFKane decided to take a vacation day one week before Extreme Rules and was seen in a spa getting a massage and relaxing. His opponent and the defending champion had a totally different evening, running away from the Authority who wanted to get his hands on him. He was able to hijack the show during a backstage segment, leading a YES chant, but was chased away by Triple H and Stephanie McMahon. MAIN EVENT ENDS IN CHAOS There's a lot of tension between The Shield and The Authority in the past few weeks and all that tension was released during a main event filled with star power. The match got underway, but quickly derailed after numerous interventions and referee finally called it off after he had enough, with the show ending with a massive brawl between the two groups. COMPLETE RESULTSDamien Sandow def. Santino Marella w/R-Truth Big E Langston def. Bad News Barrett Batista def. Rob Van Dam Dolph Ziggler def. Fandango by DQ Cesaro def. Goldust Kharma def. TUESDAY, WEEK 4, APRIL 2014 SMACKDOWN RECAP
SWAGGER AND CESARO ON PAR BEFORE EXTREME RULES Jack Swagger once again held an open challenge on SmackDown that was answered by Goldust, who still wants to prove to Cody Rhodes that he still has what it takes. Just like on Monday night, the Bizarre One was defeated by Swagger. The match had the exact same length as Goldust's match with Cesaro. The two former tag team partners appear to be really closely matched ahead of their I Quit match at Extreme Rules. KANE PROMISES TO MAKE DANIEL BRYAN PAY Kane has risked a lot by signing a contract behind the Authority's back to face Daniel Bryan at Extreme Rules. In a bid to win a title he hasn't held since 2010, Kane betrayed Triple H and Stephanie McMahon by going against their wishes. If Daniel Bryan thinks he'll have to it easy on Sunday, well, he's mistaken, because Corporate Kane has sacrificed too much to back down without a big fight! A SUCCESSFUL IN-RING RETURN FOR KELLY KELLYSince she returned to the company, Kelly Kelly has been paired with Dolph Ziggler as a manager, but as the pair is entangled in a feud with Fandango and Summer Rae, the former Divas Champion laced up the boots to defeat Summer Rae in her first match since 2012. The two pairs have agreed to a mixed tag team match to end the feud at Extreme Rules, so Kelly Kelly fans will be able to see her in action again on the pre-show! DAMIEN SANDOW REPEATS THAT HE'S NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE MIZ Damien Sandow earned a match against Big E Langston thanks to the help of The Miz and Bad News Barrett, but the Intellectual Savior keeps reminding people that he could've done it himself and never asked Miz anything. Big E isn't buying what Sandow is selling, but nevertheless challenged him to a Strap match at Extreme Rules so he can always keep him in check. SANTINO CAN'T AVENGE HIS LOSSSantino's cinderella run in the tournament came to an unfortunate end thanks to The Miz and Bad News Barrett. In a bid to avenge his loss, Santino challenged Bad News Barrett to a match on SmackDown, but was defeated by the former Intercontinental Champion. Along with his new friend R-Truth, Santino challenged "the coward" Miz and Barrett to a match at Extreme Rules. KHARMA MERCILESS AGAINST BRIE BELLAKharma was confronted by the Bella Twins asking the returning diva not to interfere in Nikki Bella's match for the championship against AJ Lee at Extreme Rules. Kharma wasn't having any of it and quickly defeated Brie Bella in a singles match and appeared to injure her after the bell rang, sending a message to the entire Diva division.
SHEAMUS GETS THE SHORT END OF THE STICK Forced to do the Authority's dirty work or he'd risk getting fired, Sheamus was tasked to wear down a Shield member of his choosing in an Extreme Rules match in the main event on SmackDown. He eventually chose Seth Rollins. Although it started well for the Celtic Warrior, things turned sour and he was pinned following a Triple Powerbomb after Rollins was joined by Ambrose and Reigns. COMPLETE RESULTS Jack Swagger w/ Zeb Colter def. Goldust Kelly Kelly w/ Dolph Ziggler def. Summer Rae Bad News Barrett w/ The Miz def. Santino Marella w/ R-Truth Kharma def. Brie Bella w/ Nikki Bella The Wyatt Family w/ Bray Wyatt def. Los Matadores Seth Rollins def. Sheamus WWE EXTREME RULES CARD

THURSDAY, WEEK 4, APRIL 2014 NXT RECAP
ENZO AND CASS CALL OUT THE ASCENSION The NXT Tag Team champions have dominated the tag team division for a while now with no team really coming close to dethrone the long time champs. It appears they may have new challengers with Colin Cassady calling out the duo after a dominating win against CJ Parker. Enzo Amore is currently injured, but it didn't stop the loudmouth from calling out the Ascension too. WILLIAM REGAL'S ANNOUNCEMENT SPOILED YET AGAIN NXT General Manager teased an announcement in addition to the announced NXT Television title and he was about to announce something to the Full Sail crowd before his microphone stopped working and the light turned off. Regal didn't give up and promised to make the official announcement later. PAIGE HAS ONE MORE OPPONENT TO GO THROUGHNXT Womens' Champion Paige has spent the last few weeks winning against WWE Divas in a bid to earn a main roster call-up. She did that yet again this week by earning a win against long-time WWE employee Alicia Fox. There's only one WWE veteran standing between Paige and her dream of a WWE call-up, the Queen of Harts, Natalya. THE REVIVAL THROW THEIR HATS IN THE RING After Big Cass and Enzo challenged the tag team champions, The Revival showcased their talent by defeating the made up team of Mason Ryan and Judas Devlin after devastating Shatter Machine. Wilder and Dawson set their sights on the tag team belts, but received no answer from The Ascension. THE ROUGEAUS ASK FOR A BETTER OPPONENTCedric Rougeau has been making waves in NXT recently, defeating several WWE veterans, while impressing by his in-ring ability and impressive size. Cedric and his father Jacques looked through the roster and don't believe anyone has what it takes to beat Cedric. Regal announced that he's working on it. NEVILLE FORCED TO DEFEND HIS TITLE NXT Champion Adrian Neville had the audacity to ask NXT GM William Regal for a TV Title opportunity to become a dual champion. Regal didn't take it kindly and reminded that Neville is the NXT Champion first and foremost and he might be forgetting about it. Neville then had to defend his title against his former tag team partner Oliver Grey, who has been asking for a shot at Neville. Neville ended up defeating Grey in a good match to mark the 2nd defence of his title. COMPLETE RESULTS Colin Cassady def. CJ Parker Paige def. Alicia Fox (Non-Title) The Revival def.
