| Robbie Brookside and Frankie Sloan get the crowd into it with a fast-paced affair that ends with Robbie Brookside pinning Wataru Inoue after Brookside took out Inoue the Iconoclasm.

| Yuji Nagata is backstage with Masuhiro Chono. Nagata says after many years, he found a protege. Blue Justice's protege is an accomplished amateur wrestler. He is a future star who never says quit. Ryusuke Taguchi comes out and shakes Nagata's hand. He's proud to have Nagata's mentorship. Taguchi and Nagata will team tonight to take on Otani and Takaiwa.

| Katsuyori Shibata takes on smug gaijin Giant Bernard to open the show. Bernard and Shibata exchange strikes from the bell. Bernard knocks Shibata to the ropes with a brutal bionic elbow. Shibata flies off the ropes. He hits Bernard with a brutal chop block! Giant Bernard is down! Shibata then hits a knee lift to Bernard. Katsuyori lifts to the top rope. Shibata hits a senton to Giant Bernard! Cover! 1...
No! Bernard gets a shoulder up! Shibata attempts to pick Beranrd up. Giant Bernard slams Shibata with an elbow! Bernard drags Shibata to the corner. He nails several strikes to Katsuyori. Shibata reverses it and sends Bernard into the turnbuckle. Bernard throws a Lariat. Shibata ducks. Katsuyori hits a superkick to Giant Bernard! He hits a vicious kick to Bernard to the leg. Another leg strike! Bernard charges again. Shibata throws Bernard to the groud with a leg sweep! Shibata lifts up with the turnbuckle. Senton! Shibata runs the ropes. He hits a rolling senton to Giant Bernard! Shibata begins working over the legs methodically. Shibata wrenches Bernard in a Judo leg lock. Bernard bridges out. He attempts to reverse the hold but Shibata throws him off! Shibata attempts to pick up Bernard. Bernard strikes Shibata and pulls Katsuyori into position for the powerbomb. Shibata slaps on the Octopus hold! Bernard is flailing! Giant Bernard is on the ground! He's forced to tap! Katsuyori Shibata made Giant Bernard tap out with the Octopus Hold for the win!

| Masuhiro Chono is backstage with Hiroyoshi Tenzan. Chono says they will easily beat Gedo and Jado tonight to retain the IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Titles for Black New Japan. Tenzan remarks that Gedo and Jado shouldn't even be allowed to challenge, because neither Gedo or Jado are big enough to challenge for the titles. Chono says that he cares more about taking out Control Terrorism Unit than keeping the tag titles. Masuhiro Chono says tonight will be about teaching the New Japan locker room a lesson, not just about winning.

| IWGP Junior Heavyweight Title Match
Black Tiger IV mask wins a back and forth match over Tiger Mask IV when Black Tiger hit Tiger Mask with the Kneeling Reverse Piledriver. Masuhiro Chono strolled down to the match during the finish. Black Tiger IV makes the first defense of the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Title.
After the match, Chono rolls into the ring. He offers Black Tiger IV a hand to congratulate the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion. Taro Nohashi, Jinsei Shinzaki and Yoshihiro Tajiri run out from the crowd. Black Tiger IV grabs Chono's outstretched left hand. Masuhiro Chono pulls Black Tiger IV in for a brutal lariat! Nohashi, Shinzaki and Tajiri charge the ring! Chono, Nohashi, Shinzaki and Tajiri lay into Black Tiger IV! Chono rolls the unconscious IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion from the ring.

| Hiroshi Tanahashi is backstage. Tanahashi pledges to bring the biggest prize in wrestling back to Japan for the Japanese fans. He concedes Lesnar may be stronger. But Tanahashi is quicker and a better wrestler than Brock, and he'll show that tonight when Lesnar goes down for the count. |
| IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Title Match
Black New Japan members Hiroyoshi Tenzan and Masuhiro Chono defend the IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Titles against Gedo and Jado from Control Terrorism Unit. Chono and Tenzan square off with Gedo and Jado before the match. Chono gives Gedo a light shove and then Gedo responds with a pronounced push that sends Chono into the ropes. Gedo and Chono start the match. Chono has the weight advantage over Gedo. Gedo deftly tries to outwit Chono with a drop toe hold but Chono rolls onto the ropes. The referee returns both to the center ring. Chono launches a lariat at Gedo. The challenger dodges the Champion! Chono quickly revereses the counter and launches Gedo to the opposite corner with an arm drag! Chono slams Gedo with a back elbow, a spinning heel kick and then a savate kick!
Masuhiro Chono tags in Tenzan. Hiroyoshi Tenzan and Chono crush Gedo with a head kick and leg sweep combo! Tenzan then tags back in Chono for more tandem offense. Jado tries to alert the referee to this attempt to bend the rules. Tenzan holds Gedo up by the neck. Chono launches a back elbow. No! Chono slams into Tenzan! Gedo fought out from the hold at the last second!
Gedo makes the hot tag to Jado. Jado slams Chono with a flying forearm, launches Tenzan from the ring apron with a running back fist and then levels the champion with a superkick. Jado picks up Chono. Chono discreetly cheap shots Jado with a knee strike! Chono picks up Jado. He offers to tag in Tenzan. Hiroyoshi Tenzan thinks about it for a few seconds. Tenzan tags in. He puts Jado up on his shoulders. Chono nails Jado with a bulldog from the top rope! Tenzan covers.
No! Gedo makes the save. Tenzan pulls Jado up. He goes for a Gory Bomb. Jado slips out! Jado charges at Tenzan. The champion throws the challenger to the ropes with a back body drop and then sends Jado to the mat with a neckbreaker! Tenzan gets up first. He slams into Jado with a soccer kick! Tenzan hits a second soccer kick to Jado! He picks up the challenger. Tenzan hits the tombstone piledriver! Hiroyoshi Tenzan covers Jado. 1... 2... 3!
Hiroyoshi Tenzan and Masuhiro Chono defeat Gedo and Jado by pinfall after Tenzan hit Jado with the Tombstone Piledriver! Tenzan and Chono make defense three of the IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Titles!

Brock Lesnar puts his IWGP Heavyweight Title on the line against IWGP U-30 Openweight Champion Hiroshi Tanahashi in a huge main event.
Brock Lesnar hands the title to the referee. Tanahashi glares towards Brock, before removing the IWGP U-30 Opeweight Title from the waist. Tanahashi hands the belt to Red Shoes Unno.
Brock slams Tanahashi with a rolling elbow! The champion jumped the bell! Tanahashi ricochets off the ring ropes. He recovers with a Lariat to Lesnar! Brock stumbles but doesn't fall down! The two engage in a brutal strike exchange. Lesnar eventually goes for another rolling elbow. Tanahashi takes control with a drop toe hold! The IWGP U-30 Champion slaps on an STF! Lesnar writhes for several seconds. He reverses the STF into a head sciscissors! Lesnar clamps down on Tanahashi's shoulder and back. Tanahashi reverses the headscissors into a flash pin! 1... Brock gets the shoulder up!
After a few exchanges, Brock manages to put a stepover armlock camel cluch. Lesnar wrenches Tanahashi for several seconds. Tanahashi manages to struggle and hit a hard elbow strike to Brock before nailing the IWGP Heavyweight Champion with a strike to the head! Brock recoils backwards. Tanahashi strikes Lesnar with a Pele Kick! Lesnar flinches. Tanahashi with a stunner to the IWGP Champion! Tanahashi goes for the cover, Brock reverses it, Tanahashi rolls Brock up! No, Brock was playing possum! Brock Lesnar pulls Tanahashi into the Anaconda Vice! Tanahashi bridges out! He reverses the hold into a pinfall! 1.. 2.. No! Lesnar kicks out!
Brock Lesnar picks up Tanahashi for the powerbomb. After several seconds, Tanahashi fights out of it! Both wrestlers hit the ropes. Lesnar goes for a spear. Tanahashi leapfrogs Lesnar! Tanahashi hits a dropkick! Another dropkick! He hits a third dropkick! The IWGP Champion is down! Tanahashi pulls himself to the top of the turnbuckle. Hiroshi launches the Sky High Flow from the top rope! Brock catches Tanahashi. Lesnar hits the Sidewalk Slam to Tanahashi! He rolls into a pin.. 1... 2... 3!
Brock Lesnar pins Hiroshi Tanahashi with a Sidewalk Slam to retain the IWGP Heavyweight Championship and win IWGP U-30 Openweight Championship!

Yeah, I think we're done for good with the IWGP U-30 Openweight Championship even though I thought Tanahashi would win the match. I now assume you're making Lesnar a forever champion, but I'm ok with that.

Yeah, I think we're done for good with the IWGP U-30 Openweight Championship even though I thought Tanahashi would win the match. I now assume you're making Lesnar a forever champion, but I'm ok with that. Liverpool Fight Club... L.F.C... you're a reds fan? I have a hunch the IWGP U-30 Heavyweight Title has a couple defenses left in it. We'll have to see about that. I follow soccer enough to know that the Reds are indeed a team. I do like the gimmick way more than "Liverpool Lads" too.
