Ron Simmons known as Faarooq made his RAW Debut as he defeated an enhancement talent, after. Faarooq grabbed a microphone and started cutting a "racist" promo saying that the WWF is so racist and that they've given a black man such as Ahmed Johnson the Intercontinental Championship. Ahmed Johnson came out and said that like every person black or white has the same opportunities as Faarooq. Faarooq has an opportunity and so he needs to take it. The two got into it with Faarooq gaining the upper hand and whipping Ahmed Johnson with his belt.

WWF KING OF THE RING - June 23. 1996 - Milwaukee, WI
King of The Ring Quarterfinals: Steve Austin D. Terry Funk King of The Ring Quarterfinals: Marc Mero D. Faarooq by countout King of The Ring Quarterfinals: Jake Roberts D. Owen Hart King of The Ring Quarterfinals: Vader D. Bam Bam Bigelow WWF Tag Team Championship Match: The Smoking Gunns D. The Godwinns to capture the WWF Tag Team Championship #1 Contenders Match to face Shawn Michaels for the WWF Title later in the night: Ultimate Warrior D. British Bulldog King of The Ring Semifinals: Steve Austin D. Marc Mero King of The Ring Semifinals: Jake Roberts D. Vader by DQ WWF Women's Championship: Aja Kong D. Rockin' Robin to retain the WWF Women's Championship WWF Intercontinental Championship Match: Ahmed Johnson D. Goldust to retain the WWF Intercontinental Championship No Holds Barred Match: Mankind D. The Undertaker King of The Ring Finals: Stone Cold Steve Austin D. Jake Roberts WWF Championship Match: Shawn Michaels D. The Ultimate Warrior to retain the WWF Championship
Stone Cold Steve Austin was the odds on favorite to win the 1996 King of The Ring as he defeated The Undertaker to advance in the tournament. He defeated Terry Funk in the quarterfinals and Marc Mero in the semi-finals.
And another was another odds on favorite to win the 1996 King of The Ring. Roberts was looking to rebuild his "comeback" story as he defeated Hunter Hearst Helmsley to advance in the tournament. He defeated Owen Hart in the quarter-finals and Vader by DQ in the semi-finals.
After their match however, Vader let on a brutal assault on the WWF Veteran questioning if he was going to be able to compete.
The Gunns with help from their new manager Sunny won the Tag Team Titles over the Godwinns.
The feud between Mankind & The Undertaker would continue once more in their No Holds Barred encounter.
It was a war at best like their encounter at WrestleMania 12.
However with an accidental urn shot by Paul Bearer. It took 3 piledrivers and a Mandible Claw to put Undertaker down giving Mankind the biggest win of his career.
The Snake was somehow able to make it to the final match of the King of The Ring against Stone Cold Steve Austin and almost held his own for a bit despite being injured.
But it wasn't enough for The Snake as Stone Cold Steve Austin put him down with one stunner thereby becoming the 1996 King of The Ring!.
After Stone Cold got on the microphone and badmouthed The Snake "The First Thing that I want to be done is to get that piece of crap out of my ring, don't just get him out of the ring, get him out of the WWF because i've proven son beyond the shadow of a doubt that you ain't got what it takes anymore, you sit there and thump your bible and say your prayers and it didn't get you anywhere, talk about your psalms. Talk about John 3:16. Austin 3:16 says I just whooped your ass, all he's gotta do is buy him a cheap bottle of thunderbird and try to get back some of that courage he had in his prime, as the 1996 King of The Ring. I am serving notice to everyone of the WWF Superstars. I don't give a damn who they are they are on the list and that's Stone Cold's list and i'm fixing to start running through all of them. as far as the WWF Championship Match is considered, I don't care if it's the Ultimate Warrior or Shawn Michaels. Steve Austin's time has come and that's the bottom line because Stone Cold Said So!. A New Attitude has begun for Stone Cold Steve Austin and any WWF Superstar that gets in his way better watch out, friend or foe. He doesn't care.
Note: This is a Legends of WrestleMania Video Game because Shawn Michaels & Ultimate Warrior never faced off in the ring, but i'm just doing this because in my rebooking of the WWF & WWE, they are facing off one on one at the King of The Ring as The Ultimate Warrior took on the Heartbreak Kid in perhaps Shawn's Ultimate Challenge.
After kicking out of Ultimate Warrior's 2 splashes. Michaels somehow survived and hit not one, not two but Three Superkicks to take the Ultimate Warrior down and retain the WWF Title in this hard fought match.

Vader got his revenge for what happened at the King of The Ring by defeating Jake Roberts and thus earning himself a spot at the #1 Contendership at Summerslam to face Shawn Michaels for the World Wrestling Federation Championship.
Former WWF Champion Sycho Sid made his return after a 6 month absence by defeating Hunter Hearst Helmsley in an open challenge match.
Stone Cold Steve Austin wanted to prove to be tough, he got a lumberjack match against The Phenom, The Lord of Darkness, The Undertaker.
Taker nearly had the matchup well in hand, but Mankind came out breaking a hole in the ring as the heel and the face lumberjacks were fighting with the referee trying to break them up and nailed Undertaker in the back with a 2X4 behind the referee's back.
That gave The Rattlesnake the victory over The Undertaker.
Michaels and Bulldog's feud finally came to a head in a Steel Cage Match for the WWF Championship.
But it would be The Heartbreak Kid that retained the WWF Title over The British Bulldog, however after the match. Michaels would be jumped by Vader.

Mixed Tag Team Match: Marc Mero and Sable D. Goldust and Marlena with Sunny as the special guest referee Bradshaw D. Savio Vega Hunter Hearst Helmsley D. Terry Funk WWF Tag Team Championship Match: The Smoking Gunns D. Crush & Kama to retain the WWF Tag Team Titles. Sycho Sid D. British Bulldog Jake Roberts D. Jerry Lawler by DQ with interference from Brian Christopher. WWF Women's Championship Match: Manami Toyota D. Kyoko Inoue to retain the WWF Women's Championship. Stone Cold Steve Austin D. The Ultimate Warrior WWF Intercontinental Championship No Disqualifaction Match: Ahmed Johnson D. Faarooq to retain the WWF Intercontinental Championship Boiler Room Brawl: Mankind D. The Undertaker WWF Championship Match: Vader D. Shawn Michaels to regain the WWF Championship
Marc Mero and Sable worked well as a mixed tag team as they defeated Goldust and Marlena to kick off Summerslam.
This was billed as the greatest challenge for Stone Cold Steve Austin's career, but he was able to overcome the former WWF Champion The Ultimate Warrior.
Ahmed and Faarooq would continue their rivalry for the Intercontinental Championship in a No Disqualifaction Match.
But in the end. Ahmed retained the Intercontinental Title against Faarooq in a Hard Fought No Disqualifaction Match.
Summerslam presented a major first in history, the Boiler Room Brawl between The Undertaker & Mankind, the third encounter.
Mankind got the jump in first to attack The Undertaker starting real aggressively on the Phenom like he had numerous times.
It had the makings of an out of control war between The Undertaker and Mankind.
And they even fought out in the backstage area where the winner of the match had to gain possession of the urn to get the victory.
They finally continued their fight in the middle of the ring with Paul Bearer watching.
The Undertaker was about to take the lead on this war as soon as he told Paul Bearer to give him the urn, but?.
Paul Bearer just turned around and that gave Mankind the advantage.
Mankind delivered the Mandible Claw to The Undertaker.
As Undertaker tried desperately to get the urn from Paul Bearer despite being beaten down. Bearer hit the death sentence on The Undertaker and their 6-year friendship by striking The Undertaker with the urn.
Giving Mankind the victory over The Undertaker for the second time, as the King of The Ring proved to be an "accident", but Summerslam was "deliberate".
Mankind not only had possession of The Undertaker's urn, but Paul Bearer now had the possession of Mankind after he betrayed The Undertaker, a friendship that he had with him for 5 years leading him to the WWF Championship in 1991. But the betrayal was more shocking.
After Mankind and Paul Bearer had left. The Undertaker got up under his own power and without the power of the urn. He still looked angrier although he walked a little slower. But for the first time, The Deadman was heartbroken when Paul Bearer betrayed him.
And speaking of Heartbreak, could The Heartbreak Kid keep up his WWF Championship Momentum Push against the Mastadon Vader.
Vader was clearly the dominant one in this match as usual.
But Michaels continued to keep going and going and going on Vader and almost put him away with 2 superkicks, but the mastadon kicked out.
As Shawn attempted a third sweet chin music on the Mastadon. Vader powerbombed him not once, not twice but three times and then hit the Vaderbomb on Michaels to pick up the win and he finally ended The Heartbreak Kid's reign.
Vader Time was officially here. The Heartbreak Kid's second boyhood dream had now come to an end.

WWF IN YOUR HOUSE: MIND GAMES - September 22. 1996
WWF Intercontinental Championship Match: Marc Mero D. Faarooq to regain the WWF Intercontinental Championship The Headbangers D. The Godwinns Terry Funk D. Bradshaw in a Texas Bullrope Match WWF Tag Team Championship Match: Owen Hart & The British Bulldog D. The Smoking Gunns to win the WWF Tag Team Championship Jake Roberts & Mark Henry D. Jerry Lawler & Brian Christopher in a Tag Team Match Mr. Perfect's Open Challenge: Sycho Sid D. Hunter Hearst Helmsley WWF Women's Championship: Manami Toyota D. Miss Texas to retain the WWF Women's Championship No Disqualifaction Match: The Undertaker D. Goldust Shawn Michaels D. Mankind by DQ WWF Championship, Stipulations state that if Warrior loses the match, he leaves the WWF!: Vader D. The Ultimate Warrior
With help from Mr. Perfect & Ahmed Johnson. The Wildman Marc Mero captured his first singles title by winning the Intercontinental Title over Faarooq.
Some ECW Superstars like Paul Heyman, Sandman and Tommy Dreamer were on hand to witness the show.
But they caused a distraction when they helped their friend Terry Funk defeat Bradshaw in a Texas Bullrope Match. Security was able to get Dreamer, Sandman & Heyman out.
During Lawler and Christopher's Tag Team Match against Mark Henry & Jake Roberts. Lawler cut an unscripted promo on ECW's Appearance tonight. And in the middle of the Tag Team Match. Sandman & Dreamer with Heyman returned to distract Lawler long enough for Roberts & Henry to get the win.
Owen Hart & British Bulldog recaptured the WWF Tag Team Titles once again for the fourth time in their career by defeating The Smoking Gunns.
Despite Paul Bearer turning his back on The Undertaker. That did not stop The Undertaker to settle his rivalry with Goldust once and for all.
Arguably the best match of Mind Games was Shawn Michaels taking on Mankind.
Both men fought tooth and nail as this was Shawn Michaels's road to recovery to threepeat as World Wrestling Federation Champion and also Mankind's road to success with Paul Bearer as his new manager.
Both men even broke the announce table in that match.
Paul Bearer got Mankind disqualified when he hit Michaels with the urn, Mankind used the Mandible Claw to Michaels and as he attempted to put Shawn in the casket that Paul Bearer brought to ringside, out stepped The Undertaker inside the casket to chase off Mankind & Paul Bearer.
Vader's first PPV WWF Title Defense was against The former WWF Champion Ultimate Warrior. Warrior had wanted to gain the title that he held from April of 1990 through August of 1991 and wanted to have a second reign as WWF Champion but had Warrior lost the match, he would have to leave the WWF.
But Vader was just too dominant as the Mastadon ended The Ultimate Warrior's WWF Career by retaining the WWF Title.

Stone Cold Steve Austin D. Jake "The Snake" Roberts with interference from Jerry Lawler WWF Tag Team Championship Match: Owen Hart & The British Bulldog D. The Headbangers to retain the WWF Tag Team Titles Hunter Hearst Helmsley D. Mr. Perfect WWF Intercontinental Championship Match: Marc Mero D. Goldust to retain the WWF Intercontinental Championship Faarooq, Crush & Kama D. Bam Bam Bigelow. Chris Candido & Shane Douglas in a 6-Man Tag Team Match. WWF Women's Championship: Manami Toyota D. Lady Satan to retain the WWF Women's Championship WWF Championship Match: Vader w/Jim Cornette D. Sycho Sid w/Shawn Michaels to retain the WWF Championship Mankind D. The Undertaker in a "Buried Alive Match"
Despite wanting revenge for the King of The Ring. Jake Roberts once again fell short to Stone Cold Steve Austin who issued a challenge to Bret Hart who was scheduled to show up at Buried Alive: In Your House!.
A year ago, Sycho Sid won the WWF Title, but could history repeat itself would he win the WWF Title in the same month he won last year?. He had a bigger task ahead of him as he took on the Mastadon Vader!.
In the middle of the match, the new WWF Tag Team Champions British Bulldog & Owen Hart came out in support of Vader, but Shawn Michaels ran down to try to even the odds but as he attempted a superkick on Bulldog. He accidentally superkicked Sycho Sid allowing Vader to get the win and retain the WWF Title.
Bret Hart made his return for the first time since WrestleMania 12 and declared that he signed a new contract with the World Wrestling Federation and he also declared that he will face Stone Cold Steve Austin at Survivor Series!.
Brian Pillman who was excited about this was not approved by Stone Cold Steve Austin.
But the main event was met with grave consequences as The Undertaker took on Mankind in the first ever Buried Alive Match to finally settle the rivalry once and for all.
The rivalry had been so intense since Mankind debuted the night after the 1995 Survivor Series when he attacked The Undertaker. Mankind and Taker continued their war inside and outside the gravesite.
The Undertaker wanted to even the score to 2-2 after Mankind had beaten him twice at the King of The Ring and Summerslam, and Undertaker had defeated him at WrestleMania 12!.
But as soon as Mankind was closer to put Undertaker in the grave. The Deadman rallied and chokeslammed Mankind into the grave, but as he was set to bury Mankind alive. Paul Bearer hit Undertaker in the back with the urn but it did not faze The Undertaker, then suddenly many Heel wrestlers like Hunter Hearst Helmsley, Bradshaw, Crush, Kama, the new WWF Tag Team Champions Owen Hart & British Bulldog, Bam Bam Bigelow, Chris Candido, Goldust & Brian Christopher all came out to attack The Undertaker. Undertaker fought them off one by one but the WWF Champion Vader came out and hit Undertaker with a shovel and also powerbombed him into the gravesite not before digging Mankind out of there.
And then The Undertaker was buried alive by the heel locker room. Mankind then digged a shovel into the dirt to make sure The Undertaker stayed dead.
But then a lightning bolt struck the grave and The Undertaker's hand appeared inside the grave signaling that he could not die.
