 Raven captured the Hardcore Title at No Mercy in a Triple Threat Match by defeating Tazz & Steve Blackman.
 For the second time Rikishi captured the Intercontinental Championship over Latino Heat, Eddie Guerrero.
 In a rare David vs Goliath Classic. The Big Show defeated X-Pac.
 Just 2 months after losing the WWF Championship. Chris Jericho became the new WWF European Champion by defeating William Regal.
 The Undertaker gained a shot at the #1 Contendership for Survivor Series by defeating The Rock & Chris Benoit. After, The Rock shook The Undertaker's hand as a token of respect.
 Triple H was looking to become the second man to be a 5-time WWF Champion, a feat that had not been broken since 1992 when Hulk Hogan won the WWF Championship 5 times and he took on Kurt Angle in a Steel Cage Match for the Title.
 Of course Stephanie McMahon played a factor in the match.
 Kurt attempted a moonsault off the top of the cage on Triple H but The Game rolled out of the way on that one.
 Despite Triple H's efforts on beating Kurt Angle and slamming Kurt into the cage not once, not twice but three times with the cage broke and Angle able to escape. Angle walked out of No Mercy still the World Wrestling Federation Champion.
 After 11 months. The Rattlesnake made his return to the ring in the WWF facing The Big Red Machine Kane who Austin believed was the next suspect on his hitlist. But Kane claimed to have nothing to do with it saying he didn't need to use a car to beat Stone Cold Steve Austin.
 Kane would make sure The Rattlesnake would go down and he would make sure that Austin would be on the injured list once again.
 But eventually Kane would be put down with the Stone Cold Stunner and Austin would get the win. But as Austin was celebrating. The lights went out in the arena and a clip was shown of the incident at the 1999 Survivor Series with Austin being run down. Then it showed another clip of a man getting out of the limousine that ran down Austin and it was revealed to be
 OWEN HART!!!!!
 Owen attacked Austin and in a reminscent move to Summerslam 1997 dropped him on his head with a Tombstone Piledriver on a Steel Chair. Owen then picked up a black glove and beat the hell out of Austin busting him open. After Owen picked up a mic and said "Austin, your search is now over, now you know who ran you over, you Dumb Son of A Bitch!"

 WHY OWEN WHY?

Owen Hart came to RAW is WAR after being revealed as the culprit who ran over Stone Cold Steve Austin at the 1999 Survivor Series and also led a brutal beatdown on him at No Mercy. Owen said that ever since 1997. Stone Cold Steve Austin had blamed him for that Tombstone Piledriver incident that happened at Summerslam years ago. Owen wanted to let it go, but Stone Cold never talked to him. Stone Cold never accepted his phone calls. He wanted to forgive Stone Cold for what he did. But Austin blew him off, And how does he get repaid for it. Austin takes Owen's WrestleMania spot. A Spot that should've been for him when he was the World Champion 3 times. Austin got everything handed to him on a silver platter. Austin won so many Rumbles and won many World Titles, but that got Owen very agitated and so the only way he could get back to the top was to try to take out the toughest SOB like he did at Summerslam 1997 years ago. So he checked in to the Detroit Hotel, and went into the Joe Louis Arena like normal for work. But before he could do that, he stole The Rock's rental car because his car broke down. And then, when he saw Stone Cold Steve Austin in the parking lot. He knew his plan was in motion. All the years of Stone Cold being a main event player were about to come to an end. And when he saw Stone Cold's body hit the side of The Rock's car. Owen didn't feel no pain, Owen didn't feel no remorse. All he felt was a man who wanted forgiveness, but refused to get forgiveness from Stone Cold. So that's why he did what he had to do and he is damn proud of it and it felt damn good to run over Stone Cold and it will feel even more good to end his career at Survivor Series when he breaks his neck for the third time just like he did at Summerslam 1997, just like he did last night and just like Survivor Series. Then suddenly Stone Cold's music hit as he raced to get his hands on Owen. Austin & Owen brawled with numerous WWF officials and superstars trying to separate the two as RAW went off the air.

 FORMER WWF CHAMPION YOKOZUNA DIES AT THE AGE OF 34
October 23. 2000
Former WWF Champion Rodney Anoai, known as Yokozuna, has passed away at the age of 34. He was found dead at the Moat House Hotel in Liverpool. Yokozuna was a member of the Anoa'i Wrestling Family. He came into the WWF in 1992 and just months after his arrival would defeat Hulk Hogan at WrestleMania 9, and captured the WWF Title at Summerslam and held on to the title for about 5 months even defeating The Undertaker in a Casket Match at Survivor Series 1993 until losing the title at the 1994 Royal Rumble to Lex Luger. Yokozuna had most infamous feuds with Bret Hart. Lex Luger. The Undertaker. Hulk Hogan and others. He also won the WWF Tag Team Titles two times with Owen Hart in 1995. His WWF Career came to an end in 1996 with officials asking Yokozuna to lose weight. Yokozuna did so, but he was eventually released from his WWF Contract in 1998 before making a return. Yokozuna will sadly be missed by the WWF Fans!. |

 FOLEY'S TEAM vs MCMAHON'S TEAM AT THE SURVIVOR SERIES

On RAW is WAR. Vince McMahon made his return for the first time since June and announced that Mick Foley had done a terrible job as WWF Commissioner, and that he declared that Foley was a sadist with a twisted mind. Foley came out and said that he's doing a hell of a job as WWF Commissioner and that McMahon should know that he wasn't handed this opportunity by anyone. He was happy by retiring at WrestleMania 16 and winning the WWF Championship, and the Commissionership is all he's got. But if McMahon takes it away from him. McMahon will be sorry. McMahon said that he should fire Foley for his questionable decisions but he's going to wait til the Survivor Series. Vince announced that there would be a team of 5 vs Team Foley's Team of 5. Vince announced that on the side of the team would be his son's alliance. The Big Show. Edge. Christian. Chris Benoit & Kane. Foley announced that his team would consist of The Rock. The Hardy Boys. Triple H & Rikishi. Vince announced that if Foley's team won. Foley remains WWF Commissioner, but if his team lost. then Shane McMahon would become the new WWF Commissioner!. |

Benoit was able to make The Game submit cleanly to the Crippler Crossface after Triple H had survived a chokeslam through the Announce Table and a 3 on 1 agaisnt Edge, Christian & Chris Benoit. As a result Foley was fired.
 After Foley who had nothing to lose attacked Vince McMahon but he was too beaten down by the sole survivors of Team McMahon with Vince busting Foley up with a steel chair and announced that Foley was fired.
 Kurt Angle's next WWF Title Defense was against The Undertaker.
 The Deadman who had celebrated a decade of destruction was looking to win back his Fifth WWF Championship making him the second man since Hulk Hogan in 1992 to win the WWF Title 5 times.
 But again Kurt had a plan, as Taker had Kurt hoisted up for the Last Ride and he connected with it. Undertaker was set to cover, but he looked at Kurt and realized something wasn't right, it looked as if somebody dressed as Kurt Angle was in the ring, but then the real Kurt showed up and rolled The Undertaker up to get the win and retain the WWF Championship.
 This wasn't any kind of match, Austin wanted it to all be legal so that the WWF wouldn't be held responsible for what Austin does to Owen!.
 The Rattlesnake drug Owen Hart to the parking lot of his truck and was looking to run him over with his truck, but then a black car rammed into Austin's truck and that man was revealed to be!!!
 TRIPLE H!!!!. Both Owen and Triple H attacked a bloody Austin and they left him laying in the parking lot.

 WILLIAM REGAL WINS THE EUROPEAN TITLE WITH HELP FROM KANE

On a Special Thanksgiving of SMACKDOWN. William Regal regained the WWF European Title over Chris Jericho when the WWF Intercontinental Champion Kane interfered after Jericho had poured hot coffee on Kane backstage after Kane's successful Intercontinental Title Defense against Billy Gunn. Kane chokeslammed Jericho while the referee was distracted by Regal. |

 FACE TO FACE TURMOIL BETWEEN FATHER & SON LEADS TO VINCE ASKING FOR A DIVORCE FROM LINDA
December 7. 2000
At WWF SMACKDOWN's Madison Square Garden. Vince McMahon & Shane McMahon stood face to face center in the ring with Vince not happy about Shane booking a 6-Man Hell in A Cell Match for the WWF Championship at Armageddon. Shane said that it was the right thing to do for business because all 6 men's lives have been intertwined at one time or another. It was Kurt Angle costing The Undertaker the WWF Championship with his little brother Eric ruining the title match at the Survivor Series. Owen Hart becoming the master manipulator and Triple H being his accomplice to permanantely end Stone Cold Steve Austin for good and even Kurt messing around with Triple H's wife Stephanie. Shane then said that his mother and Vince's wife Linda could vouch for it as she came down to the ring. Linda, Shane and Vince all got into a group argument with Stephanie coming out and taking the side of Vince saying that she agreed with Vince saying that her friend Kurt and her husband Triple H should not be involved in some barbaric brutal Hell in A Cell Match. She wanted her brother Shane & her mother Linda to make up their minds. Both said NO!. Vince then threatened Shane telling him that if any WWF Superstar got hurt in that match, it would be on Shane's hands and then told Linda that as far as their marriage was concerned. He wanted a divorce!. |

WWF Hardcore Champion Al Snow was signing autographs at the MSG Arena, but then Ashton Kutcher, Sean William Scott & Jennifer Garner were sitting at ringside cause of all 3 of them having their movie Dude Where's My Car? come out. Ashton then rolled up Al Snow with a referee with him and won the Hardcore Title only for Sean William Scott to take the belt and then Jennifer Garner took the Hardcore Belt only for Crash to take it back but then Raven would hit Crash with a stop sign and win the WWF Hardcore Championship once more. |
