Another title was taken away from the WWF as Lance Storm captured another WWF Singles Title, the WWF European Championship!.

THE BATTLE LINES HAVE BEEN DRAWN Fall of 2001
Before & After Summerslam. WCW had been a thorn in WWF's side, Before the Invasion got way worse. The Invasion minorly started at WrestleMania 17 when Sting was the first defector to come out staring down Stone Cold Steve Austin and the WWF Championship, and then it would be Lance Storm who stole the Hardcore Championship at Judgment Day, and then it would be followed up by Scott Steiner stalking The Undertaker and his wife Sara. It went pretty much far as it could go, because Kronik. Buff Bagwell. the WCW Tag Team Champions Chuck Palumbo & Sean O. Haire, WCW Champion Booker T & Others would invade the WWF. Shane & Vince agreed to have both the WCW & WWF in 2 Pay Per View Matches. Fully Loaded and Summerslam. Fully Loaded & Summerslam were both dominated by WCW wins over the WWF while Kurt Angle & The Dudley Boys did represent the WWF by winning at Summerslam. But WCW was able to steal some Championship Belts. First they stole the Light Heavyweight Championship in where Billy Kidman defeated Eddie Guerrero with help from Eddie's uncle Chavo was is a part of WCW. And then they took the European Championship with Lance Storm defeating Test to regain the title, and then more wins were under WCW's belt. Sting repeated his Fully Loaded Win by defeating the 2001 King of The Ring winner Chris Jericho, and as too did Scott Steiner when he defeated The Undertaker as well. And also team WCW took advantage of a 12-Man Tag Team Win over Team WWF. But in the main event, the nWo consisting of Kevin Nash, Scott Hall & Hulk Hogan attacked Stone Cold Steve Austin & The Rock with Eric Bischoff coming out and announcing if Vince thought they were just going to go away. The next night on RAW it was announced that Shane McMahon sold his WCW & WWF Shares to Eric Bischoff, McMahon guaranteed a main event rematch between Austin & The Rock, but before the rematch could happen, they were attacked by some of the WCW Superstars but Austin & The Rock were easily able to fend them off until they were attacked by the nWo, Booker T, Sting, Scott Steiner & Diamond Dallas Page, but then relief arrived in the form of The Undertaker, Chris Jericho, Kane, Kurt Angle & The Big Show causing WCW to go into retreat mode. Then McMahon and Bischoff had more confrontations with McMahon demanding a match with Bischoff at Unforgiven. Bischoff accepted, but McMahon's opponent would be none other than Ric Flair, Kurt Angle announced that he wanted to take the WCW Title to the WWF and win in his hometown over Booker T. The Undertaker wanted payback against Scott Steiner, but it would be in a Tag Team Match with The Undertaker & Kane taking on Scott Steiner & Diamond Dallas Page. Chris Jericho would take on Sting one more time, and Austin. The Rock & Big Show would team up to take on the nWo.
