Tony Schiavone, Bobby “The Brain” Heenan and Eric Bischoff open the show telling us that tonight’s Main Event will be the Final in the WCW United States Title Tournament between fan favorite Sting and Four Horsemen member “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair.

WCW Cruiserweight Title Tournament Opening Round
Super Liger vs. Psychosis
In a Cruiserweight bout that had decent wrestling, but didn’t have much heat, Super Liger defeated Psychosis in a Tournament Quarter Final match in 6:06 by pinfall with a Liger Bomb.

Interview w/ The Four Horsemen
Eric Bischoff interviews “The Enforcer” Arn Anderson, “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair, “Superstar” Steve Austin and Curt Hennig. Arn Anderson puts over his recent string of victories and says none of WCW’s big dogs measure up to him, and they’re all worried because “Double A” is hot again, and that goes double for “Macho Man” Randy Savage.
Being a member of The Four Horsemen means you are one of the elite technicians in the wrestling business. It is a tight knit group and being a Horsemen is an achievement and an honor that isn’t just handed out, it is earned.
Arn says Savage thinks he can come into WCW and think he’s the measuring stick when he ain’t worth the paper he was drawn on. He says if Savage wants to find out what the real measure of a man is, come get him some of “The Enforcer” and try to take this WCW Television Title tonight.

Super Tiger vs. Ultimo Dragon
In a Cruiserweight bout that had decent wrestling, but little heat, Ultimo Dragon defeated Super Tiger in a Tournament Opening Round match in 6:53 by submission with a Dragon Sleeper.

Interview w/ Randy Savage
Eric Bischoff is standing with “Macho Man” Randy Savage.
“Macho Man” talks about the WCW Television Title Match tonight where he will face Four Horsemen member “The Enforcer” Arn Anderson. Savage can’t stand still and says that he is going to be victorious tonight, because the madness is runnin’ wild!
Savage also warns The Four Horsemen that they will be paying for their actions at The Clash Of The Champions.

Dustin Rhodes vs. Bob Orton Jr.
“Cowboy” Bob Orton Jr. starts off hammering away on Rhodes, but Dustin avoids a Blow in the corner to beat Orton down. Rhodes sends Orton to the floor following an Elbow Strike. Dustin gets a near fall after a Back Suplex and focuses on the left arm.
Orton sends Rhodes to the floor where Col. Robert Parker and The Blacktop Bully are watching. Orton and Col. Parker distracts the referee so The Blacktop Bully can hit Rhodes on the floor. Blacktop Bully rams Dustin face first into the ring post and throws him back in the ring.
Back in the ring Orton maintains control with a Big Boot and chokes Dustin over the middle rope. Orton wraps Dustin’s arm around the ring post a couple of times. Orton works over Rhodes left arm on the mat. Dustin comes off the middle rope to drop Orton with an Elbow Strike and they go to the floor. Rhodes sends Orton arm first into the ring post. Rhodes gets a near fall after a Snap Suplex. Rhodes sends Orton into the ropes and hits a Clothesline, but gets distracted by Col. Parker on the apron. Dustin leaps off the top but Orton hits him behind the referee’s back. Orton decides to punch Rhodes, but Dustin ducks and nails Orton with a Bionic Elbow followed by a Bulldog for a three count!

Post-Match Brawl
“The Natural” Dustin Rhodes and The Blacktop Bully are in the ring, and are squaring off. They are joined by Meng and Kurosawa for a wild brawl, with the chaos spilling out all around ringside. The brawl is hard-hitting and reckless, with Dustin Rhodes taking a beating like few other top stars in wrestling history would allow.

Ray “The Law” Traylor, Nikita Koloff and a very big man that resembles “The Russian Nightmare” ran out to make the save and clear the ring. Traylor is using his baseball bat to clear the ring.
Nikita Koloff says “Meet my cousin Vladimir, The Russian Beast”! The Koloffs are in WCW to get some glory for Mother Russia and to help the Rhodes Family.
Security swarm the arena to keep The Stud Stable away from Dustin and his allies.

Mean Gene interviews Col. Parker, The Blacktop Bully, Kurosawa and Meng.
Col. Parker thinks that 1995 is going to be “the Year of the Bully”. Parker isn’t worried about the time that The Blacktop Bully had done in jail. Dustin Rhodes is the reason that The Blacktop Bully went to jail. The Blacktop Bully warns Dustin to be ready, because he will end up like “Roadkill”. Col. Parker is all smiles.

The Steiner Brothers vs. The High Rollers
Welcome to Suplex City! In a good match with great selling from the heels, The Steiner Brothers defeated The High Rollers (The Hustler and The Gambler) in 5:48 when Rick Steiner defeated The Hustler by pinfall with a Steinerizer. The Steiners controlled the match with Suplex variations and power wrestling.
During the match we also saw Steve Williams and Terry Gordy watching The Steiner Brothers from the ramp.

Interview w/ Harlem Heat
Eric Bischoff had an interview with WCW World Tag Team Champions Harlem Heat about their title defence against Fire and Ice at SuperBrawl V. Booker T and Stevie Ray isn’t impressed by Ice Train and Scott Norton. Stevie Ray says they are coming hard. Booker T chimes in saying it will be all over.
“Ice Train and Scott Norton, we comin’ for You, Suckaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!”
Stevie Ray reminds us that they are the champions and they are going to through Fire and Ice.
“Now can you dig that, Suckaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!”
Booker T says they can’t lose to Ice Train and Scott Norton.
“Cause Harlem Heat is here to dominate the WCW tag team ranks, suckas got to know!”

Vader Hype Video
An pre-taped in-ring segment in which the No.1 Contender Vader, alongside Harley Race, took on five preliminary wrestlers in a public workout. After fighting off several of the wrestlers, Vader ends up delivering Release Powerbombs to all jobbers on the concrete floor.
Moments later Harley Race said the workout was over and ordered the film crew to stop filming.

WCW World Television Title Match
Randy Savage vs. Arn Anderson
“Macho Man” Randy Savage goes for gold against WCW World Television Champion “The Enforcer” Arn Anderson this week. Savage goes for a few quick pinfalls to start the match, but Anderson is able to kick out easily. Anderson bails to the floor after another near fall to kill sometime because of the time limit for the match.
Savage hammers away on Anderson while on the floor, but Anderson rams Savage chest first into the ring post.
Savage almost wins with a Sunset Flip, but Anderson gets out and gets back in control. Savage drags Anderson to the floor, but is stopped with a Knee Lift and Anderson rams Savage back first into the ring apron. Savage takes Anderson down with a Snap Suplex. Savage ducks a Clothesline to put a Sleeper on Anderson, but doesn’t hold on long because Anderson delivers a Jaw Breaker to break the hold.
Later on, Savage hit s a Top Rope Cross Body which Anderson rolls through to nearly pin Savage! Sixty seconds remain in the contest. Anderson attempts the DDT, but Savage hooks the ropes and Anderson drops to the mat.
Ric Flair walks down the ramp and struts around ringside.
Savage gets distracted by “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair and Anderson connects with a Suplex back into the ring. Savage cuts Anderson off on the top with a Slam, but the time limit has expired.
Ric Flair, Curt Hennig and Steve Austin run in to give Savage another Horsemen Stomp, but Hulk Hogan and Sting run in to make the save for Savage!
Arn Anderson makes defence number 1 of his WCW World Television Championship title. In a bout that had sensational wrestling and fantastic heat, Randy Savage drew with Arn Anderson in 15:00 when the time limit expired.

Hogan is focused on SuperBrawl and says the whole World is going to see what they have been waiting for. Hogan needs to win so he can be the future of WCW.

Sting can’t wait to get his hands on “The Nature Boy”. Sting has all these fans siding with him, and he better not let them down. Sting says that the heat is turned up as he is going for the gold tonight.
When…
“The Nature Boy” Ric Flair and his valet Elizabeth interrupts the interview. Flair says that he is considered the best pro wrestler ever, while Sting is a glorified gym rat.
“To be the man! Woooo!”
“You gotta beat the man!”
“It’s time for Sting to go to school! Woooo!”

WCW United States Title Tournament Final
Sting vs. Ric Flair w/ Elizabeth
Crowd’s hot and the match has a ton of energy and drama! Sting is on fire tonight and is tearing Ric Flair apart with explosive power moves.
Sting is just about to end it, when Flair starts to beg for mercy. While the referee is distracted, Elizabeth take off her shoe and use it like a machete to hit Sting over the head. Flair quickly ends it with the Figure Four Leglock.
In an unbelievable match, Ric Flair defeated Sting in a Tournament Final match in 16:21 by submission with a Figure Four Leglock after interference from Elizabeth. Ric Flair wins the WCW United States Championship title.

Interview w/ Vader
Gene Okerlund conducted an interview with “Rocky Mountain Horror” Vader, alongside Harley Race, who said he is the demon who put fear into the eyes of WCW World Champion Hulk Hogan.
Harley Race says that Vader is indeed the demon and is staring right at Hogan, which scares Hogan.
Vader says that Hulkamania is dead! Vader says he heard Hogan say that he is the man and has no fear.
