Tony Schiavone, Bobby “The Brain” Heenan and Eric Bischoff open the show telling us that tonight’s Main Event will feature a Tag Team match between Randy Savage and Brian Pillman versus The Four Horsemen members Ric Flair and Steve Austin.
Schiavone says that tonights episode could become the greatest and most explosive night in the history of our sport…
For the Cruiserweight match we had Mikey Tenay and Chris Cruise replacing Tony Schiavone and Bobby Heenan at the broadcast booth.

“Mean” Gene talks about the upcoming “sold out” European Tour and the European Cup.
“Mean” Gene interviewed Steven Regal at ringside, during which Regal called WCW “the Mecca of Wrestling” and said he wanted a shot at the European Cup.
Regal said the Queen of England is upset by the royal affairs and wanted someone to reclaim some glory for the UK. He is sick of all these filthy inbred Americans. The only king they know is the one who serves those filthy american hamburgers.
Including a video package on the upcoming WCW European Cup tournament. Superstars like Steven Regal, Dave Taylor, Jim Duggan, Frank Andersson, Arn Anderson, Vladimir Koloff, DDP, Maxx Muscle and Paul Orndorff were then highlighted and it was noted it would be a 16-man tournament.

The Micro Powers vs. Big, Bad, and Dangerous w/ Harley Race & Col. Parker
In an extremely short match, Big, Bad, and Dangerous defeated The Micro Powers in 2:04 with a Tag Double Release Powerbombs.
After defeating The Micro Power, Vader and Bam Bam Bigelow ends up delivering Release Powerbombs to both jobbers through two tables.
Moments later Harley Race and Col. Parker said the workout was over and ordered the film crew to stop filming.

In a bout that had good wrestling and a good reaction from the crowd, Fire and Ice defeated Diamond Fever in 5:45 when the somewhat clumsy bodybuilder Max Muscle got a Flashback followed by a Train Wreck. Fire and Ice make defence number 3 of their WCW World Tag Team Championship titles.

Sting and The Warrior withstood an early offense flurry from The Colossal Kongs to win the hard-hitting brawl following a Diving Splash. In a entertaining brawl, Sting & The Warrior defeated The Colossal Kongs in 6:26 when The Warrior defeated Krusher Kong by pinfall with a Diving Splash.

“Mean Gene” interviews Sting about facing Vader in a No Holds Barred Match at Spring Stampede that will take place in Calgary, Alberta.
The Stinger admits the the “Rocky Mountain Horror” Vader was the better man at the Uncensored, but that doesn’t mean this is over, because Vader sent the message loud and clear, and Sting’s ready to answer. He says Vader will make the same mistake every 300+ pound monster that’s come into WCW over the years has made, and that’s he’s going to turn his back on The Stinger, and that’s when the scorpion will strike. Sting assures Mean Gene and all little “Stingers” to not be worried.
“Mean” Gene makes the announcement that there will be a Steel Cage Bunkhouse Stampede Battle Royal at Spring Stampede. The winner gets an title shot at Slamboree. Interview w/ The Four Horsemen
The Four Horsemen is interviewed by Tony Schiavone.
Being a member of The Four Horsemen meant you are one of the elite technicians in the wrestling business. It is a tight knit group and being a Horsemen is an achievement and an honor that isn’t just handed out, it is earned.
“The Nature Boy” Ric Flair declares himself to be the greatest WCW US Champion ever. Ric Flair says that he is the man and tells Randy Savage to come and get it. Flair wants Randy Savage to face him tonight so that he can embarrass him in the ring.
“I’m every woman’s dream and every man’s nightmare! Woooo!”
Schiavone hypes up the success that Arn Anderson has been having as of late. Arn chimes in to say that he is just warming up. If he ever has a day off he stretches his neighbors just for fun. Arn thinks that Schiavone isn’t use to seeing a WCW World TV champion like his before.

Randy Savage and Brian Pillman vs. Ric Flair and Steve Austin w/ Elizabeth & Jeannie
Crowd’s hot and the match has a ton of energy and drama!
Ric Flair takes Randy Savage down early on and taunts the fans.
Flair does the strut for a moment, and then turns and “Wooo!”s
Savage fights back with a Backdrop and a Clothesline followed by a Swinging Neckbreaker! Savage looks for the Top Rope Elbow Drop, but Flair bails to the floor and wants to talk to Mean Gene on the floor.
Savage tells him to get his ass in the ring.
Back in the ring they brawl before making the tag to their partners.
Brian Pillman flies around all over the place. Pillman and Austin have a terrific brawl that goes to the outside where “Superstar” Steve Austin attempts a Piledriver on the concrete, but Pillman backdrops out of it.
Austin tries to bail so Pillman teases a top rope move, but Austin drops back. Pillman instead leaps up mid-rope and hits a Moonsault out to the floor!
Austin is reeling, and then Pillman rushes into the crowd by the exit and leaps off the balcony with a Flying Clothesline.
Pillman actually leaped off a balcony and dove onto Steve Austin on the floor.
The announcers are shocked by what just happened!
Pillman rolls Austint back into the ring and tries to end it with a top rope Diving Crossbody, with Flair then attacking Pillman from behind with a Nature Boy specialty the low blow. Flair grabbed the advantage with a brutal Suplex throwing Pillman over the rope for a DQ.
In a bout that had sensational wrestling and fantastic heat, “Macho” Randy Savage and “Loose Cannon” Brian Pillman defeated “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair and “Superstar” Steve Austin in 20:04 when Ric Flair intentionally got disqualified by throwing Pillman over the rope.

Savage and Pillman dares The Four Horsemen to step in the ring and a 4 on 2 almost ensues until Sting bolts out and the heels bail to the back.

Savage says that Sting is cool and Sting just says “Oh yeah, dig it.” He also tells Savage he has his back no matter what, with Savage thanking Sting for his help
Brian Pillman says that life is too short to focus on the negative. He promises to crack up the intensity every time he competes.
