A Night Of Terror And Suspense!
These are the results from Halloween Havoc, being held by World Championship Wrestling. It is being held in from of 37,157 people at Pontiac Silverdome in Detroit, Michigan.
And here we are. The Hulk Hogan vs. Ric Flair rivalry is coming to a smashing conclusion. The WCW World Heavyweight Championship is on the line inside a Steel Cage! It’s Halloween Havoc 1994. Here we go.
We get introduced to Halloween Havoc by Tony Schiavone. Our main event match will be a Steel Cage match with “The Immortal” Hulk Hogan looking for revenge on the WCW World Heavyweight champion “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair.
Your hosts are Tony Schiavone, Bobby Heenan and Eric Bischoff.

I Quit Match
Dusty Rhodes w/ Dustin Rhodes vs. Col. Robert Parker
Col. Parker’s Meng is banned from ringside. “The American Dream” Dusty Rhodes and Colonel Robert Parker has “Unfinished Business” in the ring and it’s time to get in the ring and settle the score. Crowd’s hot and the match has a ton heat as the crowd wants to see Col. Parker getting his ass kicked! The crowd is taunting Parker by chanting “KFC! KFC! KFC!” during the match.
In an extremely short, but entertaining match, Dusty Rhodes defeated Col. Robert Parker in an I Quit match in 5:23 by submission with a Figure Four Leglock, when Col Parker squeels like a pig and tap out. Dusty
receives a huge crowd reaction for beating up the Colonel.

The announcers tell us that Col. Robert Parker have been taken to the hospital by his bodyguard Meng, leaving “The Enforcer” Arn Anderson alone in his upcoming match with “The Natural” Dustin Rhodes.

Spin The Wheel Make The Deal
Cactus Jack and Kevin Sullivan will square off at Halloween Havoc. What kind of match will it be? Nobody will know until that night, when the wheel containing 12 different specialty matches will be spun. Here is a guide to bouts that will be included on that wheel:
I Quit Match: A match where the winner must make his opponent say the words “I Quit”.
Lumberjack Match: The ring is surrounded by wrestlers wielding leather straps to keep the competitors in the ring: pinfall or submission decides the winner.
Barbed-Wire Match: The ring ropes are draped with barbed-wire; pinfall or submission decides the winner.
Cage Match: The ring is surrounded by a steel cage; pinfall or submission decides the winner.
Texas Death Match: This match proceds until one man cannot continue; the other is declared the winner.
First Blood Match: The man who causes his opponent to bleed first is declared the winner.
Short Leash Match: The wrestlers are connected by a one to two foot “leash”. The only way to win is by knockout or submission.
Last Man Standing Match: A match which doesn’t end until one wrestler is so severely beaten that he is unable to answer a ten count.
Trick or Treat Match: This match begins with both opponents selecting one of two bags. The “treat” bag contains a weapon that can be used in the bout, the “trick” bag contains nothing but candy!
Texas Hangman Match: The Texas Hangman match has dog collars hung on the ring ropes. In order to win the match a wrestler has to hang their opponent from one of the collars until they can no longer continue.
Straitjacket Match: A match, where the only object is to beat your opponent to the point that you can secure him in a straitjacket. As an added stipulation, many straitjacket matches allow for a five minute beating of the loser.
Spinner’s Choice: The spinner of the wheel gets to choose the match from the 11 available match types.

Maxx Payne vs. One Man Gang
The bout was hard-hitting and reckless, with both wrestlers taking a beating like few other top stars in wrestling history would allow. In the end, One Man Gang hit Maxx Payne with an 747 Splash and scored the pin.
In a hard-hitting arena-wide brawl, One Man Gang defeated Maxx Payne in a Detroit Street Fight match in 6:23 by pinfall with a 747 Splash.

Interview w/ Hulk Hogan
Gene Okerlund had an interview with Hulk Hogan and Sting hyping Hulk’s upcoming Steel Cage match with WCW World Heavyweight champion Ric Flair. “Well you know something brother!” Hulk talks about how Hulkamania was running wild at his hotel room last night.
“Mean” Gene asks about Mr. T. Hogan says he saw him the other day and that Mr. T will call this match down the middle.

When Steve Austin came out, the camera panned to a sign in the audience saying “‘Superstar’ Steve is the wrestler of the ’90s.” Austin receives major heat from the majority of the fans and is clearly one of the most hated heels in WCW…
Match 1 in Best of Seven Series
Brian Pillman vs. Steve Austin w/ Jeannie
Steve Austin slaps Brian Pillman and heads out to the floor to screw around and pantomime to Pillman and the crowd, resulting in major heel heat.
Back in the ring Austin hits his knee in the corner and takes a nasty bump to the floor to start up some legwork for Pillman. He escapes a Legbar and kicks Pillman in the balls to get a break. Austin lowers a kneepad and drops the knee across Pillman’s face. He tries to lift him up off the ground, but Pillman tugs a little harder and whips Austin into the corner. Austin manages to catch himself in mid-move and springs out of the corner for another Knee Drop. Cover, 1-2-NO!
Austin starts slapping which just wakes up Pillman. Pillman lands some flashy high-energy offense, but Austin saves himself by crotching him in the corner. Austin wails away on him, but Pillman gets a quick Rollup for two. Inside Cradle gets two. Austin tries for the Stungun out of nowhere, but Pillman pounds out of it.
Austin is arguing with the referee, while Jeannie hits Pillman over the head with one of her heel shoes. Austin then hits the Stund Gun for 1-2-3! Austin raises his arms in celebration and starts mocking his defeated opponent.In an epic encounter that had superb wrestling and great heat, “Superstar” Steve Austin defeated Brian Pillman in a Best of Seven Series match in 19:50 by pinfall with a Stun Gun after Jeannie
interfered.

Interview w/ Steven Regal
Gene Okerlund had an interview with “Lord” Steven Regal hyping his upcoming singles match with “WCW World Television champion Hacksaw” Jim Duggan. Regal says that he wants his title back, and that he’ll punch Duggan in the mouth every time he hears a “U-S-A!” chant.
This results in the fans chanting “USA!, USA!”, while Regal looks utterly disgusted.

WCW World Television Title Match
Jim Duggan vs. Steven Regal
Steven Regal attacks early, but Duggan comes back with Clotheslines. Regal flips out of a Back Suplex and starts kicking after the knee. Duggan cleans house with an Atomic Drop. Back in, Regal tries the handshake bit and Duggan’s wise to it. Regal delivers a pair of stiff European Uppercuts. He goes for a third one and Duggan catches him with a big Punch.
Duggan starts stomping and getting excited, so Regal takes refuge in the corner when his Knee acts up into Duggan’s gut. Regal nails Duggan with several European Uppercuts and Forearm Clubs. Regal is a joy to watch thanks to the graceful way in which he wrestles, but also the fabulous facial expressions he makes and the manner in which he looks down on both Duggan and the fans in perfect heel pomp.
Regal stomps a mudhole in Duggan and gets pulled out of the corner by his hair by the referee. Duggan makes his comeback and charges for the Three Point Stance, but Regal steps out of the way Duggan eats the ringpost. Regal nails Duggan with a German Suplex and the locks him in the Regal Stretch for the win.
In a bout that had good wrestling and a decent reaction from the crowd, Steven Regal defeated Jim Duggan in 14:05 by submission with a Regal Stretch. Steven Regal wins the WCW World Television Championship title.

Sting vs. John Tenta
In a bout that had fantastic heat and big power moves, Sting defeated dominant monster heel “Big” John Tenta in 10:06 when John Tenta was disqualified when Jimmy Hart attacked Sting with the megaphone.
Then Hulk Hogan came to the rescue, saving Sting from a potential beatdown. WCW Security and Doug Dillenger swarms the arena.

We were sent to Eric Bischoff at the stage. He invited Kevin Sullivan, along with his valet Woman, to come out to “Spin the Wheel and Make the Deal” for his match against violent desert madman Cactus Jack. Sullivan spin the wheel to determine the stipulation for his match tonight, which sets of spectacular pyro effects from the wheel. The wheel landed on the Trick or Treat Match stipulation.
Now its time to complete the deal! Here are the rules:
Trick or Treat Match: This match begins with both opponents selecting one of two bags. The “treat” bag contains a weapon that can be used in the bout, the “trick” bag contains nothing but candy!

It’s time for The Booty Man also known as The Original Assman and Big Brother Booty. He is making his entrance together with his tag team partner The Badd Man…
WCW World Tag Team Title Match
Badd Booty vs. Harlem Heat
“The Badd Man” and “The Original Assman” are getting some crazy face reactions in this match, despite being both goofy characters and limited in the ring.Stevie Ray thumps The Booty Man around to start, and then kicks The Booty Man as he comes off the ropes and causes him to stumble into a Booker T dropkick.
Johnny B. Badd tags in and blasts Booker T down for a nearfall after some flashy offense. Harlem Heat distracts Badd, allowing Stevie Ray to hit him from behind. Booker T delivers his Scissor Kick. That gets 1-2! Booker T misses a Splash off the middle rope and The Booty Man gets the hot tag. “The Original Assman”’s running wild! Booker T runs into The Hi-Knee, but fights back with a Forearm Smash, a Collar-and-elbow tie-up followed by multiple knee lifts to The Booty Man’s face, followed by a big Heat Bomb. It’s all over and Harlem Heat reclaim their titles.
In a decent match, Harlem Heat defeated Badd Booty in 7:54 when Booker T defeated The Booty Man by pinfall with a Heat Bomb. Harlem Heat win the WCW World
Tag Team titles.

Last Man Standing Match
The Guardian Angel vs. Vader w/ Harley Race
These two behemoths simply don’t like each other. They have been clubbering away since January. Before the match even gets going, The Guardian Angel gives Harley Race a Suplex in the ring. Vader gets stiff with Angel to start and a series of Short-arm Clotheslines puts them out on the floor. Angel reverses a Whip and sends Vader into the guardrail. Angel takes Race into the ring and gives him a thunderous Slam. Vader comes back in the ring and gets Slammed on top of Race.
The Guardian Angel Avalanches his opponent in the corner and counters a Suplex into one of his own. Vader punches back and comes off the second rope, but gets caught and Slammed in mid-air. Angel delivers a Flying Headbutt fortwo. Harley Race screw up a Sidewalk Slam attempt and Angel winds up getting Clotheslined hard in the face by Vader. Vader delivers a stiff Pump Splash and tries another, but Angel gets the Knees up to block. He runs and Splashes Vader for 1-2-NO!
Angel hits a Spinebuster for another nearfall. Then a Sidewalk Slam! Angel chases after Race and gives him another Suplex in the ring. Angel handcuffed Race to the rope and threatened to beat him with a chair. Angel tells the security to get out of the way because, “whatever happens, happens.” Vader runs over and Splashes Angel. Then a hard-hitting Triple Powerbomb for the 1-2-3! The last Powerbomb looked botched and Angel is in pain. WCW Security, Doug Dillenger and a team of medics arrives.
In an exceptional match, Vader defeated The Guardian Angel in a Last Man Standing match in 15:15 when The Guardian Angel could not beat a ten count after a Triple Powerbomb. The Guardian Angel is removed on a gurney by medics.
Rating: 86 B+

I Quit Match
Dustin Rhodes w/ Dusty Rhodes vs. Arn Anderson
It’s time to settle the score as this is the final blowoff match from when “Double A” turned on Dustin Rhodes back at Bash at the Beach. Arn complains about hair pulling. Rhodes delivers an Atomic drop and a Clothesline from behind. Arn catches Rhodes up top for a Superplex, but gets shoved down for a Flying Clothesline for two. Arn stops Rhodes from a Flip Flop Fly and levels him. Rhodes tries to stop a flying Anderson with a Boot, but he sees it coming and stays one step ahead by grabbing the Boot and dropping an Elbow on him.
Down on the floor, Arn gets his arm posted. Back in, Dustin stays on the arm for a while. He whiffs on a Crossbody Block and goes flying over the top rope and down the aisle way. Arn beats up Rhodes on the apron and whips him into the ropes for a Forearm to the gut. They fight over a Knucklelock ending with Arn trying to Splash Rhodes. Dustin Body Scissors Arn to block, but gets slid over to the bottom rope for a Catapult. They take turns running each other’s eyes across the top rope and then we have a double-KO spot.
Rhodes comes back with the Lariat for 1-2-NO! Arn tries to catch Dustin telegraphing a Backdrop and goes for the DDT, but Rhodes blocks by grabbing the top rope! Rhodes Hotshots Arn and then attempts to Knee Drop the arm hoping to break it, but Arn gets his arm out of harm’s way just in time. Dustin Backdrops out of a Piledriver and goes down to a Sunset Flip. Arn grabs the ropes and gets caught by the referee. With Arn distracted by the referee, Dustin sneaks over, trips him and scoops him up in a Figure Four Leglock. Arn has had enough and tap out. The crowd goes wild as The Rhodes celebrates. After the match Dusty nails Arn with a Bionic Elbow for for old times’ sake.
In a bout that had superb wrestling and great heat, “The Natural” Dustin Rhodes defeated “The Enforcer” Arn Anderson in a 1 vs 1 I Quit match in 20:10 by submission with a Figure Four Leglock.

“Mean” Gene is with The Dirtiest Player in the Game! A limousine-ridin’, jet-flyin’, wheelin’ dealin’ kiss-stealin’ — Woooo! — Son-Of-A-Gun! — “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair and Elizabeth. They’re planning the biggest celebration in the history of the planet, after Hulk Hogan has been embarrassed in the Steel Cage in front of the whole World. Flair say that this match is determine “The Greatest Wrestler of All Time! The Biggest Icon in Professional Wrestling of All Time! “. “To be the Man! Woooo! You gotta beat the Man and Flair is the Man. Woooo!”
Flair shouts “The Price is Right!”, which Tony Schiavone takes as meaning they’ve bought Mr. T off…

Cactus Jack vs. Kevin Sullivan w/ Woman
This is the match everyone had been waiting to see since Kevin Sullivan turned on Cactus Jack back in August. No title on the line here, just a big score to settle. The match begins with both opponents selecting one of two bags.
Cactus Jack opens his bag which contains nothing but candy! He got the the “trick” bag. Cactus looks confused. In the meantime Kevin Sullivan open the “treat” bag and it contains a baseball bat that can be used in the bout. Sullivan now has a evil grin and starts chasing Cactus with the baseball bat.
He beats Cactus Jack out of the ring, over the barricade, through the crowd, and back into the ring. Sullivan tries to Clothesline Cactus up against the ringpost, but misses. Cactus jabs him with a chair and grabs a fan’s Camera to bash Sullivan in the head.
They meet on the rampway and brawl like crazy. Sullivan fires up the ol’ extensive moveset by Choking and Stomping Cactus. Cactus gets the chair again and nails Sullivan right in the skull.
They make it into the ring where Cactus runs into a Boot and gets drilled by a Clothesline. Sullivan takes him to the corner for more straight shots to the face. Cactus gets punched out to the rampway and reverses a Suplex on Sullivan to bring him out there as well. Cactus is clearly busted open at this point, looking bloody and bruised. He delivers a Back Suplex and pounds away as Sullivan grabs a chair. Cactus blocks a chairshot and takes it away from Sullivan for another chairshot to Sullivan!
Cactus fires away with some more punches and then walks out to head down the rampway. Sullivan comes out of all bloody from the last chairshot. Cactus nails him with a Running Clothesline and covers for three. Sullivan’s up at two and Cactus grabs a piece of the set and hits Sullivan with it. That knocks Sullivan down off the rampway to the floor where Cactus gives him a Flying Elbow! That’s another pinfall for Cactus, Sullivan’s up at three. Sullivan’s getting mad now and yanks Cactus off the rampway by his hair! Cactus punches back and tosses a table into the ring. The referee sets the table up in the corner.
They head into the ring where Cactus slams Sullivan into the table for two. They go back to the floor where Cactus delivers a Sunset Flip off the apron. Sullivan won’t go down and tries to squash him, but Cactus moves out of the way. Cactus puts Sullivan into the front row and tries to Cannonball into Sullivan over the railing, but Sullivan stands back and lets Cactus hit the concrete! Back over the barricade, Sullivan nails Cactus with a chair.
That gets three. Cactus is up at three and immediately kicked into the corner for more stiff punches to the face. They go back to the rampway where Sullivan blasts Cactus again with a chair, followed by a stiff DDT on the chair!
Some medics run down to check on Cactus, and it looks like Cactus Jack is injured and can not continue. Sullivan shoves them away, but are stopped by WCW Security and Doug Dillenger. Kevin Sullivan is declared the winner as the violent desert madman Cactus Jack is removed on a gurney by medics.
This was a Trick or Treat match with serious teeth, pitting two of the craziest, stiffest, most violent men in the business in an environment where they could let their insanity run loose.
In a Trick or Treat match that had superb wrestling and a great reaction from the crowd, Kevin Sullivan defeated Cactus Jack in a Trick or Treat match in 10:04 by stoppage when Cactus Jack was injured and could not continue.

Iron Man Match for the WCW United States Championship
Ricky Steamboat vs. The Great Muta
Crowd’s hot and the match has a ton of energy and drama! In a bout that had superb wrestling and great heat, Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat drew with Japanese superstar The Great Muta in an Iron Man match in 30:00 at two falls each.
Rating: 89 A
Hulk Hogan Promo
Cut to the locker room. “Well you know something brother!” Hulk Hogan is with Sting and they’ve been working on tactics for the Steel Cage match. Hulkster is convinced that that he is ready, because his preparations has covered all bases.
Hogan says that he still trusts Mr. T, because Mr. T and The Hulkster go way back, brother.
Hulk then says that he is going to tear WCW World Heavyweight champion Ric Flair apart inside the Steel Cage and that he trusts Sting to watch his back from any outside interference.

Steel Cage Match for the WCW World Heavyweight Championship w/ Mr. T as Special Guest Referee
Hulk Hogan vs. Ric Flair w/ Elizabeth
Hulk Hogan gouges and Clotheslines to start. He grabs his doo rag and tries to shove it down Flair’s throat. Mr. T shoves Hogan back from the corner and people start to get excited an wonder if “The Best Street Fighter in the World” is going to deck Hogan with his street fighting moves, but it goes nowhere.
Flair goes low and tries to send Hulk into the Steel Cage, but Flair tastes the steel instead. Flair goes after the knee and takes Hogan to school. Flair hits the Rolling Knee Drop, but Hogan reverses a Cross Corner Whip and follows in with a Clothesline. Hogan tries to choke Flair down with his t-shirt before Mr. T takes it away. Flair comes off the top with a Double-Ax handle to turn the tide. Flair delivers a Vertical Suplex and
Hogan actually stays down for 1-2!.
Hulk No-Sells some Chops and fires back. Flair tries to climb out the steel cage and Hogan follows him up to smash his head onto the rim of the cage. Of course, Flair walks across the top rope and gets crotched. Hogan runs into a Boot in the corner, but once again No-Sells Chops. Hogan grinds Flair’s face into the cage. Flair tries to climb out again even though that’s not an option for you to win. Hogan pulls him back in by his trunks and smashes his face into the steel mesh some more.
