The Stables
The Undertaker looks to take over the World Wrestling Federation and plunge the company into its darkest era. He heads the fearsome Ministry of Darkness and they will look to complete their mission by any means in 1999. Just ask the former Dennis Knight what lengths they will go to....

The Corporation are the established power and control most of the gold. Will they be able to fight off all challengers and keep their hold on power in the WWF? Vince McMahon says that there is no chance in hell that anyone will be able to stop his Corporation!

Degeneration-X loves to have fun but they equally love to kick ass and hold gold and p**s off authority while doing it. Can this next generation of wrestling further make its mark in 1999?

The return nobody asked for, the loudmouthed and opinionated Jim Cornette just announced that he is bringing back Camp Cornette for 1999. "There's nobody in charge that understands what wrestling is supposed to be anymore. I need to make my return and save this business, before all the other a**holes wreck it for good!"

Ummm yeah, these guys. Nobody quite knows how to describe the Oddities. I mean odd is pretty much a gimmie but with the collection of oddball veterans, the overall size of them and with their combined strength, you can't ever count them out.

Sure everyone laughs both at and with (but especially at) the J.O.B. Squad but they have toughness (Holly), athleticism (Scorpio), heart (Blue Meanie), the will to win (Al Snow) and they have something that the Ministry doesn't even have in gold (Gillberg). Write them off and these guys may shock the world in 1999!

The Brood are another oddball group. They've tasted some early success and Christian was even Lightheavyweight Champion for a time but you get the feeling that it's not gold that motivates them. You get the feeling that they might just want to inflict pain and suffering on others. They will surely get plenty of chances to do just that in 1999.

Tag Teams
A member of the famous Hart Family, who survived the worst that the infamous Dungeon threw at him and a Tennessee native that has traveled all over the world and wrestling in big matches. Separately they have both been Intercontinental Champions but now Owen Hart and Jeff Jarrett seek tag team gold together. Aided by the lovely Debra, the chances look good for their tag team mission.
Former Nation of Domination members D'Lo Brown and Mark Henry have found they make a pretty good team and aided by a new valet called Ivory, they seek to make their mark on the WWF tag team scene in 1999.
Val Venis and the Godfather have been off enjoying the party lifestyle but look to come back in 1999 with a bang and win some tag team gold.
The DOA are down to 2 members but Skull and 8ball are two big and tough individuals and it'd be a smart bet that they could hold tag team gold in the future, even without a full stable behind them.
Another stable, now reduced to a tag team. However when one of your team has previously held Light Heavyweight gold for 10 months, you cannot ever be counted out.
Singles Stars
Quite possibly one of the most over wrestlers of all time. Stone Cold Steve Austin doesn't seem to need allies to win his battles and hold gold and he'll look to be WWF Champion again soon in 1999.
Having been burned by others that he considered allies, Mankind looks to strike out on his own and hopefully one day achieve that dream that has eluded Mrs Foley's baby boy, of being a World Champion.
'Real Man's Man' Steven Regal is a strong individual, whose masculinity cannot be questioned. While his success of late has been questionable, his potential is unlimited.
Steve Blackman has tasted success in the WWF, having been undefeated for almost a year at one point. Currently directionless, you feel that all this noted martial artist needs is a little guidance and he could take on the world.
Is there a place in this modern era for this 16 year veteran, with a whole lot of attitude?
Injured/Absent list
A unique wrestler and human being. The 'bizarre one' Goldust is currently suffering from a shoulder injury and could be out until April.
Arguably one of the toughest men in any form of combat sports, Dan Severn will be out for potentially 2 months with a knee injury.
The Headbangers are currently scouting for potential future opponents or allies in Ohio Valley Wrestling. They should be back very shortly.
The former Brawl for it All winner is currently visiting Ohio to "find himself" Look for him to be back before year's end with a fresh outlook on life and wrestling.
Aguila and Pantera were invited to OVW to compete for the new OVW X-Title. Aguila won but their battle has only just started.....
Shotgun Saturday Night Preview
-Jim Cornette has challenged the J.O.B squad to face an unknown member of Camp Cornette in the main event. Bob Holly has accepted on behalf of the group.
-'Real Man's Man' Steve Regal gets a chance to settle things with X-Pac and take some gold, in a European title match here tonight.
-Gangrel takes on Sho Funaki w/Taka Michinoku. Funaki will have Taka Michinoku back him up but will that be enough against the leader of the Brood?
European Title match; X-Pac (c) versus Steve Regal
Gangrel vs Sho Funaki
Camp Cornette member versus Bob Holly
No my other diary is not dead. I've just been having a massive clean up the last few weeks and in a rare break moment, I decided to bring to life another idea I had. The effort needed in this project is less than in my other one, which will continue once I am back full time.
